The increased needs for medical cost containment and the quality of life improvement for the low-income elderly with chronic disease require the complementary relationship between hospital care and community health services. This study investigated the current status of the linkage between Korean hospital care and community services using Seoul Welfare Panel Study(SWPS) data. Logistic regression analysis was used to examine the effects of experiences of hospitalization and outpatient health services on use and needs of community health services. The analysis results indicated that the elderly with chronic disease who have not experienced outpatient health services were unlikely to receive health and social services in the community. Even those who have experienced hospitalization were not provided complementary health services in the community despite the increasing demand.

At present, several artificial intelligence projects in the healthcare and medical field are competing with each other, and the interfaces between the systems lack unified specifications. Thus, this study presents an artificial intelligence platform for healthcare and medical fields which adopts the deep learning technology to provide algorithms, models and service support for the health and medical enterprise applications. The suggested platform can provide a large number of heterogeneous data processing, intelligent services, model managements, typical application scenarios, and other services for different types of business. In connection with the suggested platform application, we represents a medical service which is corresponding to the trusted and comprehensible tracking and analyzing patient behavior system for Health and Medical treatment using Internet of Behavior concept.

The health care services are the most basic social institutions that are provided to citizen including disabled persons for improvement of health. However, the study of the difference of health care services according to the speech therapy use in the people with speech-language disorders was insufficient. The aim of this investigation was to compare the awareness of health care services and characteristics of people with speech-language disorders according to speech therapy use. The researchers selected 229 people with language disorder using raw data of National Survey of the Disabled Person (2017). We compared the characteristics and health care services of people with speech-language disorders by distinguishing between speech therapy non-users and speech therapy users. Among the 229 people with language disorder, speech therapy users were 37 persons (16.2%). In comparison with non-users, users were younger, more preschoolers, more family incomes, and intellectual disabilities and autistic disorder were the most common types of disability enrollment. Users had a lower proportion of unmet medical needs than non-users. For the reasons of unmet medical need, there were 6.8% and 6.3% of the "economic reasons" and "communication difficulties" Both users and non-users responded that "disability management services" need to be strengthened by the government. In conclusion, we suggest that access to health care services needs to be increased to lower the barriers of speech therapy use.

u-Healthcare 활성화의 필요성이 꾸준히 제시되어 왔으나, 아직까지 이해자들의 공감대를 이끌어 낼 수 있는 개념정립 및 분류체계가 미비한 실정이다. 새로운 서비스 영역인 u-Healthcare 분야 산업 발전을 위해서는 정책적 전략과 제도적 정비 등의 기반조성이 필요하며, 이에 앞서 명확한 개념 정의와 영역 범주화의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 ubiquitous computing 속성에 대한 이해를 통해 u-Health 환경과 u-Healthcare를 정의하며, 보건의료적 접근에 의한 분류를 통해 보건의료서비스에의 적용가능 분야를 제시하고자 한다.

2001년 카타르 도하에서 열린 세계무역기구(WTO)의 각료회의 결과 2005년까지 보건의료 서비스분야의 시장개방 논의를 마쳐야 한다. 이에 국내 의료계는 의료공동대책위원회를 구성하여 대응방안을 모색하고 있으며, 치협도 특별위원회를 구성하여 국민 구강보건에 최선의 방향을 찾기 위해 노력을 하고 있다. 그런 노력의 일환으로 치협은 치과의사들이 현 의료시장 개방이라는 명제 앞에서, 얼마나 처해진 상황을 잘 파악하고 있으며 무엇을 원하는 가를 알기 위해 회원들의 의견을 물었다. 이번 호와 다음 호에서는 치협이 지난 4월에 회원 및 치대생 등에게 설문 조사한 결과를 중심으로 모아진 회원들의 견해를 중심으로 구강보건정책연구회에서 발표한 자료를 게재한다.

Objectives: This study compares cases of Dalgubeol Health Care Project, 301 Network Project, and 3 for 1 Project based on program logic models to derive measures for promoting integrated healthcare and welfare services centered around medical institutions. Methods: From January to December 2021, information on the implementation systems and performance of each institution was collected. Data sources included prior academic research, project reports, operational guidelines, official press releases, media articles, and written surveys from project managers. A program logic model analysis framework was applied, structuring the information based on four elements: situation, input, activity, and output. Results: All three projects aimed to address the fragmentation of health and welfare services and medical blind spots. Despite similar multidisciplinary team compositions, differences existed in specific fields, recruitment scale, and employment types. Variations in funding sources led to differences in community collaboration, support methods, and future directions. There were discrepancies in the number of beneficiaries and medical treatments, with different results observed when comparing the actual number of people to input manpower and project cost per beneficiary. Conclusions: To design an integrated health and welfare service provision system centered on medical institutions, securing a stable funding mechanism and establishing an appropriate target population and service delivery system are crucial. Additionally, installing a dedicated department within the medical institution to link activities across various sectors, rather than outsourcing, is necessary. Ensuring appropriate recruitment and stable employment systems is needed. A comprehensive provision system offering services from mild to severe cases through public-private cooperation is suggested.

The purpose of the study is to verify the effectiveness the Preliminary Health Administrators(PHA)' Empathy Ability(EA) through the application of Medical Service Design Thinking(MSDT) conducted by undergraduate school of Intrapreneurship education. The pre-post questionnaire survey was conducted on 41 students in the second year of the Department of Health Administration after applying MSDT for 15 weeks from March to June, 2018 at a college in Daegu. The main results are as follows. MSDT was positive influenced on the improvement of Empathic Imagine, Empathic awakening of the PHA' EA. Especially, male student or aged 20-25, it was effective on the improvement of Empathic Imagine and Empathic awakening of the participants. Further research is needed on the development of MSDT programs for each grade to improve the empathy of PHA.
