  • The primary objective of this study is to provide simple analytical tools to estimate dynamic characteristics of steel framed floor system in hospital building for vibration serviceability due to human activities, bogie, medical equipment. and so on. In order to evaluate the dynamic characteristics and vibration levels according to steel framed floor system, we had executed impact test and measurement on steel structure floor system in various hospital buildings. But perhaps most importantly, how to make the most of deduced design factor for design of hospital building. therefore we presented the access method such as the three-dimensional F.E. numerical analysis on the basis of the design drawing, and the properties of all floors for estimation of vibration level in hospital building.

Trend of Healthcare Architecture in China (중국의료시설의 최신 동향에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구는 경제성장과 함께 빠르게 발전하고 있는 중국의료시설의 최근 의료 환경과 의료시설의 변화 동향을 분석한 것으로 병원의 디자인, 병동 유니트 계획, 의료자원의 지역적 불균형과 건축기준 등 다각도의 변화 동향을 사진, 도면과 함께 제시하였으며, 중국 의료시설의 문제점과 과제를 정리하였다. 중국의 의료시설은 현재 급속한 성장기에 놓여 있으며, 그 과정에서 의료자원의 대도시 집중과 병원의 대형화 현상으로 지역적 의료자원의 불균형 문제가 나타나고 있고, 환자부족으로 중소병원의 경영문제가 심각한 반면, 대규모 병원은 환자집중으로 긴 대기시간과 혼잡함 등의 문제가 나타나고 있다. 또한 대규모병원과 중소병원 간 의료자원의 과다한 중복으로 비효율성 문제가 지적되고 있어 합리적인 경제기반에 기초한 효율적인 의료시설과 건물시스템을 어떻게 개발할 것인가 하는 점이 중국 의료시설의 큰 과제중의 하나가 되고 있다.

  • 건축구조물의 삼차원 거동을 해석하기 위한 S3D는 한국과학기술원 이동근 교수에 의하여 개발되었으며 소프트웨어센터를 통하여 보급되고 있다. 보와 기둥 및 전단벽 등으로 구성된 건축구조물의 삼차원 거동을 효율적으로 해석하기 위하여 S3D에는 여러가지의 특수한 기법이 사용되고 있으며 개인용 전자계산기를 사용하여 사무소건물, 아파트 호텔, 병원 및 학교건물 등과 같이 규칙적인 형태를 대형 건축 구조물에 대한 삼차원 거동을 짧은 시간내에 해석 할 수 있도록 개발되었다. 우리나라의 내진설계 기준에 의한 지진하중 산정 및 층간변위, 우발비틀림 모멘트 등이 손쉽게 계산될 수 있으며 풍하중 등의 횡력에 대한 해석도 가능하다.

  • 건축구조물의 이차원 해석을 위한 SWAN88은 한국과학기술원의 이동근 교수에 의하여 개발되었으며 소프트웨어센터를 통해서 보급되고 있다. SWAN88은 보와 기둥으로 구성된 프레임이나 여기에 전단벽이 추가적으로 사용된 구조물의 해석이 사용될 수 있으며 개인용 컴퓨터를 사용하여 짧은 시간내에 상당히 큰 구조물의 해석이 가능하도록 개발되었다. 사무소건물, 아파트, 호텔, 병원 및 학교건물 등과 같이 규칙적인 형태의 구조물에 대한 해석에 매우 효율적인 SWAN88은 주택, 공장, 창고, 격납고 또는 체육관 등과 같이 보, 기둥 및 전단벽 이외에 트러스나 아취 등이 사용되는 구조물의 해석에는 적합하지 않다.

A Survey on the Co-Generation Load for Large Commercial Buildings (대형상업건물의 열병합발전 부하조사)

  • Energy consumption statistics have been surveyed for 50 large commercial buildings with high energy consumption records in Seoul City. The buildings were classified into three different groups for data analysis: hospitals, hotels, and department stores/office buildings. The analysis was focused on identifying installed boiler and refrigerator data, energy consumption rates, and energy load distribution throughout the year. Refrigerating electricity was confirmed again to affect most on the formation of the summer electricity load peak as expected. Replacing the refrigerator electricity peak in the summer with co-generation in large commercial buildings. However, overall heat load distribution in a single building is still considered not large enough for economically feasible co-generation and thus joint co-generation for multiple neighboring buildings are preferred and the Electric Power Law and LNG pricing policy should be revised favorably for co-generation in advance.

  • This research refers to the importance of health care in relation to the establishment of health care facilities and health care facilities in the rapidly changing health care environment, and the influence of health care in relation to the customer's satisfaction with health care. Orthographic analysis First, a hypothesis was adopted that the attractiveness of building materials will affect the positive (+) impact of the customer's satisfaction. Second, the hypothesis that the transport infrastructure will have a significant impact on the customer's satisfaction with the customer's satisfaction has been denied. Third, the hypothesis that the building appeal will have a significant effect on the health of the medical industry is adopted. Fourth, the hypothesis that the transport infrastructure will have a significant impact on health care is adopted. Fifth, the hypothesis that medical integration will have a significant impact on the customer's satisfaction with the customer's satisfaction is adopted. Sixth, the hypothesis that the relationship between the building and the customer's satisfaction in relation to the relationship between the client and the client was found to be partly attributable to the fact that there was a partial role. The assumption that the relationship between the transport infrastructure and the customer's satisfaction in relation to the traffic infrastructure was established has been identified as a complete parameter. The results of this study could be applied to provide the basis for selecting the location for future health care facilities.

Study on Corn Yield Enhancement by Plant-Growth Promoting Rhizobacterium (식물생장촉진 근권세균에 의한 옥수수(Zea may L.)의 생산성 향상에 관한 연구)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the effects of rhizosphere bacterium and pathogenic fungi on the growth of corn(Zea may L.) in continuous corn cultivation soil(CCCS) and non-continuous cultivation soil(NCCS). Corn was established by seeding into pots of 30 cm in diameter and 50 cm in depth containing 1 : 1 mixture of soil and vermiculite. Rhizobacterium and pathogenic fungi were inoculated into the soils. The field experiment was carried out at the Animal Research Station, College of Agriculture, Chonnam National University. Sample of corn was taken from each pot at 50 days and 90 days after sowing. Corn was cultivated in a vinyl house with three replications under natural daylight conditions. The bacterium used in this study was Bacillus subtilis. B. subtilis was directly isolated and identified from forage rhizosphere soil. Dry matter(DM) of coron plant in treatment without B. subtilis was lower than that in treatment of B. subtilis. DM of corn plant inoculated with B. subtilis was higher than that of corn inoculated with pathogenic fungi in both CCCS and NCCS. DM of corn plant in NCCS was more increased than that in CCCS. The effect of B. subtilis inoculation on the growth of corn was better in NCCS than in CCCS. However, DM of corn plant was apparently decreased by the inoculation of the pathogenic fungi in both CCCS and NCCS.

  • This paper presents a basic energy performance data of microturbine, renewable Energy(BIPV and Solar Collector System) and a hybrid energy system(geothermal system and microturbine) installed in hospital building. The efficiency of solar collector and BIPV system was 30[%], 10[%] individually, and lower than micro turbines. Finally, in energy performance aspect, microturbine and geothermal source heat pump system were a high-efficiency system in hospital building. It is confirmed hybrid energy systems also show the most powerful alternative energy system for green hospital building from the simulation results.
