Smart cards are currently used in about 150 locales, including the metropolitan ares, and are utilized as a policy base for various public areas, including public transportation, bus fares, and public transportation requirements. However, excluding the metropolitan area and some metropolitan areas, there are many areas where the existing BIS data was unable to match station information on the data and Smart cards itself are not available on the bus stop information by the line. The purpose of this research was to produce bus stop information generated by the bus stop based on the bus route, and the actual stop information generated by the model presented in the study was derived by matching the actual station information.

The manual construction of the knowledge-base takes much time and effort, and it is hard to adjust intelligence systems to dynamic and flexible environment. Thus mental development in those systems has been investigated in recent years. Autonomous mental development is a new paradigm for developing autonomous machines, which are adaptive and flexible to the environment. Learning conversation, a kind of mental development, is an important aspect of conversational agents. In this paper, we propose a learning conversation method for conversational agents which uses several promising techniques; speech-act templates and genetic programming. Knowledge acquisition of conversational agents is implemented by finite state machines and templates, and dynamic sentence generation is implemented by genetic programming Several illustrations and usability tests how the usefulness of the proposed method.

유역 통합 수자원 환경관리 시스템 내의 유출예측모듈인 RRFS를 통한 유출예측결과의 신뢰도 개선을 위해 ESP 기법을 금강유역에 적용하였다. 시나리오를 통해 생성된 유출예측 앙상블을 이용하여 50%의 확률값을 적용하여 본 결과 우리나라의 실정에 맞지 않아 예측의 결과를 적용하기 힘들고 수자원 관리의 정보로서 활용하기 힘들기 때문에 통계적인 분석을 통하여 정확도가 개선된 발생확률을 제시하기 위하여 본 연구를 수행하였다. 금강유역을 용담, 대청, 공주 지점으로 나눈 뒤, 유출량의 확률 예보를 위하여 '83년$\sim$'07년까지 25년간의 강우자료와 온도자료를 RRFS에 적용하여 '07년의 매월 25개의 유출 시나리오를 생성하였다. 생성된 유출 시나리오에서 Case별로 ESP확률을 산정하였다. 통계분석을 통해 얻어진 월별 ESP 확률분포를 이용하여 '02년부터 '07년까지 과거 실측 월별 유출량에 대한 ESP 확률범위를 결정하였고 년강수량의 2/3가 홍수기인 $6{\sim}9$월 사이에 집중되는 우리나라의 특성을 고려해 이수기(1월$\sim$6월 그리고 10월$\sim$12월)와 홍수기(7월$\sim$9월)로 분리한 후 각각에 대한 ESP 확률 값을 최종적으로 결정하였다. Case별로 '07년 금강유역에 적용한 결과, Case 2로 산정된 ESP확률 값이 다른 Case에 비해 더 적합한 것으로 나타났다. Case 1 큰 오차가 나는 ESP 확률을 제외한 평균 ESP확률의 적용, Case 2 월별 최소 오차가 나는 ESP확률의 적용, Case 3 Case2의 월별 ESP확률을 이수기 홍수기로 평균한 ESP확률 적용, Case 4 분기별 최소 오차가 나는 ESP확률의 적용, Case 5 Case4의 분기별 ESP확률을 이수기 홍수기로 평균한 ESP확률의 적용.

In this study, we performed anti-oxidation, whitening, cell recovery and anti-inflammation effects with Alisma orientale to evaluate the cosmeceutical properties. Alisma orientate extract (30, 70, 100 % MeOH) exhibited a significant tree radical scavenging effect against 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl hydrazine (DPPH) radical generation and showed tyrosinase inhibition effect in a dose dependent manner (over 0.5% concentration). In cell proliferation assay using human fibroblast, it didn't show any proliferation effect but showed safety from cytotoxicity under 0.05% concentration. For whitening assay, we evaluated the melanin synthesis rate using B16 melanocyte and it showed a significant inhibitory effect (up to 40% under 0.05% concentration). After major screening assay, we separate 3 fractions from Alisma orientate extract by MPLC and performed cell recovery assay, melanin synthesis inhibition assay and anti-inflammatory assay. The third fraction showed a cell recovery effect over 30% against radical damage and remarkable repression in melanin synthesis and COX-2 synthesis.

Clogging phenomenon in drainage system is one of the important problems and this phenomenon would be bad effect to structure of tunnel, so it needs a remedy urgently. Recently, scale in drainage pipe is removed by water jet cleaning and other treatment. But these treatments need much cost and regular management. In this study, magnetic device was used to solve this problem and an effect of prohibiting scale in accordance with array of magnetic device was investigated. Analysis method was visual analysis and measuring weight of each pipes. As a result, interior top and out-bottom (CASE II) was the most effective array to prohibit scale. and interior left and right (CASE III), interior top and bottom (CASE I) was effective for prohibiting scale in order.

Mobile device can get useful user information, because users have always this device. In this paper, we propose automatically story generation method and user topic extraction using user information in mobile environment. Proposed method is follows: (1) We collect user action information in mobile device. Then, (2) we extract topics from collected information. (3) For the results of (2), we determine episodes for one day. Then, (4) we generate sentences using sentence templates and we compose stories which have theme-based or time-based. Because proposed method is simpler than previous method, proposed method can work only in mobile device. There's no room to leak user information. And proposed method is expressed more informative than previous method, because proposed method is provided sentence-based result. Extracted user-topic, a result of our method, can use to analyze user action and user preference.
