For the establishment of early selection of heat-tolerant clones through in vitro tuberization of true potato seeds, different temperature treatments for in vitro tuberization were investigated. The ratios of tuberization at 2$0^{\circ}C$ on var. Superior and DTO-33 treated with 5 mg/L of BAP and 500 mg/L of CCC, were 85% and 92%, respectively. At 3$0^{\circ}C$, the ratio of tuberization on DTO-33 was 37%, which revealed strongly heat-tolerant clone. In culture system of in vitro tuberization, the number of tubers per flask at 2$0^{\circ}C$ on non-subculture incubation was more than that on subculture incubation. The condition of non-subculture and short-day treatment for 4 weeks was good for production as 10.6 tubers per flask, which was very similar to that of long-day treatment. On the other hand, tuber diameter on long-day treatment was greater as 11.2 mm than on short-day treatment. Therefore, in vitro tuberization from true potato seeds could be induced under the condition of long-day treatment at darkness.

해양에서 자연적으로 형성된 기포 또는 기포집단의 그 자체의 공진특성에 의해, 해중에서 사용하는 음파의 전달과정에 여러 가지 영향을 미칠 수 있음이 제기되어 왔다. 본 실험은 기포집단이 수중에서 음파의 전달과정에 어떤 영향을 주는가를 알아보기 위한 것으로, 수중에 수직형태의 판형기포 집단을 발생시켜 1 kHz ~ 100 kHz의 주파수를 가지는 음파를 각각 투과시킴으로써 주파수별 음파전달손실을 측정하였다. 측정결과, 개개 기포의 공진주파수 영역에서 투과손실이 최대가 됨을 알 수 있었고, 그 이하의 주파수영역에서는 기포판의 두께공진모드에 의한 변화가 관측되었으며, 공진주파수 이상의 고주파수영역에서는 주파수 증가에 따라 투과손실이 감소하는 현상을 알 수 있었다.

본 연구에서는 물류의 개선 및 생산율 향상을 통하여 전 생산시스템의 생산성을 향상시키기 위한 효율적인 제조셀의 설계 및 운용시에 고려하여야 할 요소를 고찰하였다. 효율적인 제조셀을 형성하는데 발생하는 문제점(부품/기계군 형성, 설비배치, 스태핑, 셀 일정계획 및 운용)을 해결하기 위하여 필요한 요소별 지침을 제시하였다. 그러나, 셀생산의 장점을 충분히 얻기 위해서는 이들 요소들은 종합적으로 고려하여야 한다.

A reliable and effective tissue culture system was established for Perilla frutescens (perilla) using different cultivar, explant source, and growth regulator composition in medium. MS medium supplemented with 2.0 mg/L BA and 0.1 mg/L NAA was maximum at shoot induction. Cotyledon explants formed more shoots than hypocotyl explants. The frequency of plant regeneration through organogenesis was higher (22.8%) than that (6.1%) of somatic embryogenesis. Five genotypes of perilla were screened for the feasibility of shoot regeneration, cotyledon explant of 'Manbaek' showed the highest shoot induction at a frequency of 27.3% among the tested cultivars.

Applying channel state information feedback scheme based on codebook for FDD downlink MIMO system to massive MIMO system directly causes following two problems. First, codebook generation becomes hard because resources needed for codebook generation increases exponentially in the number of antennas. In addition, long time is needed for channel state information feedback because users's codebook search time increases linearly in the number of antennas. This paper proposes a codebook generation scheme and a codebook search scheme which can reduce resource for codebook generation and codebook search time drastically though they have similar performance as conventional approaches.
