The Effect of Childcare Center President's Transformative Leadership on Childcare Teacher's Satisfaction: Focusing on the Effect of Organization Culture and Organization Committment (어린이집 원장의 변혁적 리더십이 보육교사의 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 : 조직문화와 조직몰입의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between childcare center president's transformative leadership, organization culture, organization commitmen, organization culture, organization commitmen of the mediating effect in the effect of the childcare center president's transformative leadership and job satisfaction of childcare teachters. Three hundred twenty three childcare teachers located in S City in Jeollanam-do were selected as subjects of this study and subsequently surveyed. The results of this study were as follows: First, a positive correlation was observed between childcare center president's transformative leadership and organization culture, job satisfaction and organization commitment of childcare teachers. Second, childcare center president's transformative leadership had an influence on job satisfaction through the medium of organization culture and organization commitment. This study examined the effect that childcare center president's transformative leadership would have on job satisfaction of childcare teachers through the medium of organization culture and organization commitment. The results of this study may provide basic data for efficient operations of childcare centers, and such results are remarkable elements in job satisfaction of childcare teachers, implying the importance of childcare center president's transformative leadership, organization culture and organization commitment.

  • 조직에는 조직의 목적을 효율적으로 달성할 수 있도록 조직구성원들을 움직이게 하는 리더가 존재하게 된다. 조직 내에 달성해야 할 비전과 목표가 있고 그것을 수행해야 할 과업에 있어서 가장 필요한 것은 구성원들의 비전과 목표를 달성하기 위한 리더십이 중요한 요인이다. 리더십은 비전과 목표달성을 위해 다른 사람들의 행동에 영향을 미치는 과정이기 때문이다. 따라서 모든 유형의 집단이나 조직, 그리고 지역사회나 국가에는 효과적인 리더십이 필요하고 그 같은 효과적인 리더십을 발휘할 유능한 리더가 요구된다. 따라서 리더십은 모든 집단이나 조직의 중요한 자산이며 성공요인이 아닐 수 없다. 특히 중소기업의 경우 기업경영전반에 걸쳐 경영자의 기호나 의도에 따라 수시로 변하는 경우가 많고, 최고 경영자의 개인적 속성이 조직구조나 전략에 적지 않은 영향을 미치기 때문에 최고경영자의 리더십이 중소기업의 조직문화 형성에 대기업보다 훨씬 많은 영향을 미치고 있다. 변혁적 리더십은 사장이 카리스마, 지적자극, 개별적 배려 등을 통해 종업원들에게 기대를 능가하는 최고의 노력을 발휘하도록 동기부여 시키는 것이다. 변혁적 리더십을 발휘하는 사장은 종업원들의 욕구수준을 높여 주고 자신감을 심어줌으로써 성공에 대한 확신을 높여준다면 종업원들로 하여금 조직에 대한 몰입을 이끌어 낼 수 있고, 보통이상의 추가노력과 낮은 이직의도를 거둘 수 있다는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 연구와 관련된 선행연구자들을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 연구모형을 설계하여 중소제조업체의 CEO들에게 요구하는 리더십모형을 제시하였다. 중소기업의 리더십 유형을 카리스마적, 전략적, 거래적, 변혁적 이론 등을 기본으로 하여 기업에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 이론을 통해 제시하였다. 이러한 리더십 유형들이 기업의 목표에 영향을 주는지를 분석한 후 여기에서 중소기업의 CEO에게 필요로 하는 리더십 유형을 제시하였다.

A Study on Mediating Effects of Wedding Industry Employees Equity Perception in the Relationship between Transformational Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (웨딩산업에 종사하는 리더의 변혁적 리더십과 조직시민행동의 관계에서 공정성 지각의 매개효과에 관한 연구)

  • The aim of this study is to examine the effect of transformational leadership of the leader in the wedding industry on the behavior of employees, and also to examine the equity perception of employees on their behavior. As a result of analysis, when the relation between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior was examined, transformational leadership had not effect on behavior of employees. Thus, hypothesis 1 was rejected. As transformational leadership had significant effect on equity perception, hypothesis 2 was adopted. When the relation between equity perception and organizational citizenship behavior was analyzed, equity perception had significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Thus, hypothesis 3 was adopted. When the mediating effect of equity perception in the process of the effect of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior as hypothesis 4 was examined, equity perception had partial mediating effects. Thus, hypothesis 4 was partially adopted. Accordingly, the leader in the wedding industry needs to demonstrate transformational leadership in order to promote organizational citizenship behavior of employees and also makes employees to feel impartial treatment and procedural impartiality. Further studies on practical measures of this issue are recommended.

  • This study examines how the president's transformative leadership in community child-care centers influence organizational effectiveness through the mediation of teachers' self-efficacy. Survey has been conducted on teachers who work in community child-care centers in the Kwangju and Jeonnam region. The data is analyzed using Factor Analysis, Structural Equation Modeling and structural equation Modeling in order to test the relationship among the president's transformative leadership, teachers' self-efficacy, and organizational effectiveness. The results indicate that the transformative leadership of the president has a positive and significant effect on both teachers' self-efficacy and organizational effectiveness. Moreover, teachers' self-efficacy mediates the relationship between transformative leadership and organizational effectiveness. The results have implications for the importance of the president's leadership and suggest that governmental support should be directed towards the enhancement of the president's leadership in community child-care centers.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine how the transformational leadership of university library managers affected the empowerment of university librarians and their organizational effectiveness. In this study, we examined the impact of transformational leadership on empowerment, and the impact of empowerment on organizational effectiveness. We then examined the mediating role of the empowerment between the transformational leadership and organizational effectiveness. Empirical results are as follows: empowerment and organizational effectiveness are significantly influenced by transformational leadership, organizational effectiveness is significantly influenced by empowerment, and the impact of transformational leadership on organizational effectiveness is mediated by empowerment.

  • The leader has an indispensable role in the enterprise. This article takes transformational leadership as the research object and introduces job satisfaction and job performance as variables. It is aimed to explore the impact of various dimensions of transformational leadership on employee performance and satisfaction, and to try to find the acting mechanism of the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. The study used a questionnaire survey method and SPSS23.0 for statistical analysis. Through the analysis of 378 questionnaire surveys, it was found that the four constituent variables of transformational leadership would have different degrees of influence on job performance and satisfaction. Enterprise leaders should put emphasis on the choice of leadership style and pay special attention to the work attitude of employees. This study provides useful enlightenment for companies to carry out human resource management work. However, this study did not verify whether job satisfaction has an intermediary role in between transformational leadership and job performance, which is also an area that needs to be further studied in the future.

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of transformational leadership on innovative behavior and the mediating effect of learning agility and organizational commitment. We selected 271 practitioners from China's software industry. The results show that transformational leadership has a positive correlation with innovative behavior, learning agility and organizational commitment play a partial mediating role between transformational leadership and innovative actions. Therefore, this study presents the necessity of transformational leadership development and learning and immersion programs in the innovation behavior of the Chinese software industry.

Antecedents factor of Transformational Leadership in Nursing Unit Managers Perceived by Hospital Nurses: Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (간호단위 관리자의 변혁적 리더십 선행요인에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석)

  • The purpose of this study was attempted to conduct a meta-analysis on the antecedents factors of transformational leadership of nursing unit managers. Literature was collected according to the PRISMA guidelines, and the antecedent factors of 23 studies were analyzed. The results showed that the total 23 studies large effect size (ESzr=.54). Antecedent factors were classified into three categories, and the organization-related variables group had the largest effect size (ESzr=.56). This study is an integrated presentation of the effect size of the antecedent factors of transformational leadership through a meta-analysis and the results of this study are expected to be used as a basis for developing intervention programs for nursing unit managers' transformational leadership improvement.

연구개발팀의 다양성이 팀 창의성에 미치는 영향 : 갈등과 변혁적 리더십의 역할

  • 최근 팀 다양성이 팀 창의성에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구가 주목을 받고 있으나 팀 다양성이 팀 창의성으로 발현되는 과정과 팀 다양성의 조건 하에서 팀 창의성이 촉진되는 조건에 대한 연구는 제한적으로 이뤄졌다. 국내 24개의 연구개발팀을 대상으로 조사한 결과, 팀 다양성, 특히 정보다양성이 팀 창의성에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것을 증명하였다. 또한, 팀 구성원간 갈등은 팀 다양성과 창의성 사이에서 유의한 매개효과를 발휘하지 못하는 것을 확인하였다. 변혁적 리더십은 정보다양성과 직무 갈등 사이에서 부(-)의 조절효과를 보였다. 예컨대, 변혁적 리더십이 강하면 정보다양성이 높은 팀일수록 직무 갈등이 낮게 나타났다. 저자는 팀 다양성과 창의성 사이에서 갈등의 조절효과를 증명하기 위해서는 특히 동양권 국가에서 보다 면밀한 측정 방법이 요구되며 팀 다양성이 주는 가치(value in diversity)를 높일 수 있는 잠재적 매개변수의 탐색이 필요하다고 제안하였다.

  • This research is objective that we investigate the effects of transformational leadership type of the head of pre-school institution on its operation and management. In order to test, we selected the subject of 200 teachers at 50 preschools in Seoul city randomly and we measured leadership type of the head and the level of its operation and management to 174 pre-school teachers. Based on the collected questionnaire, simple correlation and multiple regression analyses were conducted to produce the following results: First, analyzed result, participants were higher recognition that the relationship between the institution head's transformational leadership and its operation and management, and between the two variable were significant static positive correlation. Second, we analyzed the difference between type of transformational leadership to the institution head's perceived by its teachers individuals variables. As a results, we found that the academic ability(a college to university graduation) was significant the ethical leadership and teachers gives a positive evaluation on the head's transformational leadership regardless of the teacher's background variables. Third, we analyzed the transformational leadership affect institution on its operation and management. its results, the transformational leadership was significant on its operation and management. In particular, it were affect according to the order, political leadership, educational leadership, cultural leadership. Our finding contribute that pre-school institution have to change consistently, and were asked higher quality by enhancing competition, politics and its operation and management. in order to it is important that there is transformational leadership of the head.
