  • 본 고에서는 출력측에 함유된 고조파를 저감시키기 위하여 2 중 접속 전압원 인버터를 구성하였다. 이 시스템은 기존의 2 중 접속 12스텝 전압원 인버터에 단권 변압기와 복수개의 스위칭 소자로 구성된 탭 변환 회로를 부가하여 이를 스위칭 제어함으로써 인버터 출력의 스텝 수를 증가시켜 출력측 고조파를 저감시킬 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 Push-Pull 방식의 DC/DC 컨버터를 기초한 새로운 MIC 토폴로지를 제안한다. Push-Pull 컨버터의 변압기의 중간탭에 스위치를 추가하여 입력전류량을 제어하고 인버터는 Unfolder 형태로 스위칭하여 계통과 연계한다. 제안된 토폴로지는 PSIM 시뮬레이션을 통하여 MIC에 적합한 회로임을 검증하였다.

  • In this paper, an active clamping sepic-flyback converter has been proposed, which is suitable for a fuel cell based power generation system. The proposed converter is superposition of sepic converter mode and flyback mode. It has outstanding high boosting output voltage, component utilization and high efficiency characteristics under the inherently severe low output voltage of the fuel cell generator. In this paper, the validity of the proposed converter has been verified by the informative simulation and experimental results that make used of the PEMFC.

  • 본 논문에서는 고효율·고전력밀도를 위하여 WBG소자를 적용한 3kW 전기자동차용 LDC를 제안한다. SiC소자에 250kHz의 스위칭 주파수를 적용하였으며, 65℃의 냉각수 온도를 기준으로 모든 소자가 110℃ 이하로 온도관리가 될 수 있도록 냉각기를 설계하였다. 또한 센터탭 구조와 전류 더블러 구조 플라나 변압기의 단면적 비교를 통해 전류 더블러 정류기가 토폴로지로 선정되었다. Low Profile을 위하여 통합형 커스터마이징 플라나 코어 및 PCB 레이어를 설계·제작하였고 3kW 1차시 작품으로부터 96.36%의 효율과 3.68kW/L의 전력밀도를 달성하였다.

  • Shielded metal arc welding machines with AC transformer have been widely used for thin-plate welding applications. Because of being bulky, heavy and of tap-changing property, so the SMAW's are changing to new power electronic circuits such as inverter circuit in order to reduce the system size and also to improve the welding performances at input output sides. The PWM inverter arc welding machine with diode rectifier has better output welding performances but it is has the plentiful harmonics and the lower input power factor. To solve these problems, input current-controlled scheme is considered for PWM inverter arc welding system, and then total input power factor is maintained to be more than 99%. Also a new combined control is proposed which can control both instantaeous welding output voltage and current under constant power condition, and as a result the variations of instantaneous current and voltage can be reduced to very narrow range in the V-I curve relationship, and hence the variance of welding current and voltage become so reduced. In addition the spatter generated during welding process is greatly reduced up to 70%. And the overall effiency can be improved up to 10%, which becomes higher when the load is lower.

  • The conventional three-level high frequency phase-shifted dc/dc converter has a disadvantage that a circulating current flows through transformer and switching devices during the freewheeling interval. Due to this circulating current and RMS current stress, conduction losses of transformer and switching devices increases. To alleviate these problems, we propose an improved three-level Zero Voltage and Zero Current Switchig (ZVZCS) dc/dc converter using a tapped inductor, a snubber capacitor and two snubber diodes attached at the secondary side of transformer. The proposed ZVZCS converter is verified on a 7kW, 30kHz experimental prototype.

  • 기존 위상 변조 PWM 풀 브릿지 컨버터들의 단점인 큰 순환전류, 심각한 이차측 전압 스트레스 및 스위칭 손실, 그리고 큰 출력 필터 문제를 개선할 수 있는 컨버터를 제안한다. 제안하는 컨버터는 변압기의 2차측 센터탭에 축전기와 정류기로 구성된 클램핑 회로를 연결한 구조이다. 매우 간단한 구조를 통해 순환전류를 제거하고 이차측 전압 스트레스를 낮출 수 있으며, 정류단의 스위칭 손실을 줄인다. 더불어 출력 필터의 크기 또한 작아진다. 실험을 통해 제안한 컨버터의 성능을 검증하였다.

Due to increasing electric load at feeding system, collecting voltage of train and end voltage are going down. So to increase voltage between trolly line and rail, the usefulness of new autotransformer are considered which variation of short impedance and change of line voltage is simulated with modified winding ratio of autotransformer from 1:1 to variable tab.

  • This paper proposes a new method reducing the maximum demand power of substations at urban railway by using transformer with OLTC(:On Load Tap Changer). Most of the domestic urban railway is rectified by a diode scheme, and supplies the electric vehicles in dc 1500[v]. Because the substations are connected in parallel, if an input voltage of a substation is increased, then the voltage of rectifiers is also increased, and which leads to an increase in the maximum demand of the substation. Simulation results show that increment of maximum demand power can significantly be limited using the method proposed in this paper.
