This study aims to analyze in relation to the influence and variable that their job instability and job stress attribute turnover intention to 134 employees of Midium and Small Firm less than 50 employees of a company being legal management at metropolitan area(Seoul, Kyeonggi-do, Incheon). To analyze a data, I took advantage of SPSS V.21, to analyze correlativity as each variable & causability, utilized bivariate correlation analysis & simple, multiple regression analysis, used sobel test as parameter effectiveness verification and post verification. This research result drew an conclusion to influence to turnover intention and stress perception from employment instability and job role stress of employees of Midium and Small Firm less than 50 employees being legal management, make of effect to the relation to stress perception and turnover intention indirectly. This result suggested the importance of stress management and human resource administration of employee of a Midium and Small Firm being legal management, drew an conclusion to attempt the research at first on employment instability and job stress of employees of Midium and Small Firm being legal management.

In recent times, the legal management of construction enterprise has become one of important theme in the domestic construction industry. Therefore, the objective of this paper is to consider rational methodology of legal management of construction enterprise. To achieve this objective, this paper performs a case study about the major cause and significant characteristic of the legal management. In conclusion, the following factors are systematized : 1) actual condition of legal management of construction enterprise in korea, 2) the influence and extended suggestions of legal management.

The main results of this study can by summarized as follows. First, the incremental effect of equity to shareholders is common in the sample of this study. The sample contains 46 non-listed firms that filed for legal management and had confirmed their reorganization plans. Second, the results of the regression model analyzing the determinants of incremental equity to shareholders in legal management show that it is negative related to the solvency(total debt/total asset), firm size, and weight of claims for secured creditors and banks significantly. But corporate reorganization period(from filing to confirmation)are not significant.

In digital computing environment, for the mal functions in appliances and system errors, the unaccepted intrusion should be occurred. The evidence collecting technology uses the system which was damaged by intruders and that system is used as evidence materials in the court of justice. However the collected evidences are easily modified and damaged in the gathering evidence process, the evidence analysis process and in the court. That’s why we have to prove the evidence’s integrity to be valuably used in the court. In this paper, we propose a mechanism for securing the reliability and the integrity of digital evidence that can properly support the Computer Forensics. The proposed mechanism shares and manages the digital evidence through mutual authenticating the damaged system, evidence collecting system, evidence managing system and the court(TTP: Trusted Third Party) and provides a secure access control model to establish the secure evidence management policy which assures that the collected evidence has the corresponded legal effect.
