Software maintenance accounts for a large portion of the software life cycle cost. In the software maintenance phase, comprehending the legacy source code is inevitable, which takes most of the time. Source code readability is a metric of the extent of code readers' difficulty of code comprehension based on the source code itself. The better the code is readable, the easier it is for code readers to comprehend the source code. This paper proposes novel source code readability metric to quantitative measure the extent of current source code under development, which is more enhanced measurement method than previous research that dichotomously judges whether the source code was readable or not. As an evaluation, we carried out a survey and analyzed them with Regression Analysis to find best parameters of the metric.

The obstructive factors of the smoothly running traffic are street improvement, major commercial buildings like department stores, the large markets, the stadiums, the concert buildings, a lot of steady cars for using parking lot. The accident of cost many lives and traffic congestion from these factors cause the result that it enables to pay the enormous expenditure socially and financially. For solving these problems, Japan adopts the Traffic Flagger System in 1972. This task has the effects of improving traffic flow in the traffic jam and mitigating risk of car accidents as leading pedestrians and vehicles thereby the task carries into effect in the area where the accident took place. Moreover, this security task is rapid growth after adopting and 59.6%(5,317) of the whole security company 8,924 in Japan based on December 2009 registered as the traffic leading security business. While South Korea is demanded of the measures about obstructive factors of the smoothly running traffic, it represents the limitation of the system and the safety management. Thus the current study suggests the we will analyze South Korea's actual condition and then discuss the law and education system for a realizable plan reached the public-Private cooperation for adopting Japan's Traffic Leading Security System.

The objectives of access control are to protect computing and communication resources from illegal use, alteration, disclosure and destruction by unauthorized users. Although Biba security model is well suited for protecting the integrity of information, it is considered too restrictive to be an access control model for commercial environments. And, Role-Based Access Control(RBAC) model, a flexible and policy-neutral security model that is being widely accepted in commercial areas, has a possibility for compromising integrity of information. In this paper, We present the role graph model which enhanced flexibility and integrity to management of many access permission. Also, In order to represent those rule and constraints clearly, formal descriptions of role assignment rule and constraints in Z language are also given.

Internet phone, communication cost and easy-to-use low-cost compared to the PSTN is a mobile phone of a conventional, and use of the Internet phone is spreading. Construction as part of the broadband convergence network(BCN), Internet service provider(KT, SKT, LG) has converted to Internet phone telephone network to all government agencies. In addition, members of the public also have an Internet phone service that you are using. In this paper, we analyze the hacking attack on IP-PBX in the IETF SIP-based that are used in Internet telephony, to the study. The test bed is constructed in the same way as the Internet telephone system to perform studies carried hacking attacks on IP-PBX, analyze the results and to extract evidence forensics. When used in crime by hacking the Internet telephone, we propose a method which can be used as evidence in forensic having legal effect.

Today human rights are the most complex and prominent issue in the system of international law, and the right to housing(housing right) is also recognized as a basic human right in the international human right instruments including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. This study targets to comprehensive review of the housing rights provisions with 85 international human rights laws and instruments. And the contents and characteristics of housing rights are analyzed with categorization based on housing rights in general, housing rights of workers, socially vulnerable groups, international regional organizations. Housing right takes also the features of universality, indivisibility, interdependence, and right to adequate housing should be interpreted with holistic view including legal security of tenure, accessibility, affordability, location beyond ensuring just a physical housing space. Approaches to the housing right comprehensively reflect the view of the right to development, the perspective of gender equality, the principle of non-discrimination, the participation rights, and orient the housing right should be seen as the right to live somewhere in security(safety), peace and dignity.

Certified e-Document Authority keep it with protection legal as a system a guarantee and identifies originality of an e-Record, It presume to be authenticity e-Records and contents of an e-Record prove what was not changed. But, e-Records has high medium degree of dependence and loss danger of information has very high problems. In addition, Because correction(attachment and deletion) and a revision of information are easy, a problem for integrity and the originality of an e-Record is caused. Existing system show the following inefficient. For the originality guarantee, an existing e-Documents encryption method accomplishes a encrypted process of a whole document with a symmetric key, if the information revised midway, the whole documents content must accomplish re-scanning and re-encryption process again. To get over such inefficient, this paper maximize efficiency which occurred at the time of partial information revision request by encryption and managing using the link information based on the linkage characteristics of the each page on the registered requested e-Documents, It was able to increase security configuration by minimizing problems on an information exposure through increasing complicated of the key management.

Internet purchase is increasing according to the activation of Electronic Commerce. Currently, the hardware is main purchase items in the Electronic Commerce. The on-line purchase of digital product, that is electronic file type of product, has many merits such as, does not cost in logistics, is ease of searching the product, and is possible of 'Try and Buy' system. But, actually digital products have not been major product and Cause of its piracy problem. Therefore, the tchnology of digital rights management is focused within EC. The piracy problem of digital products comes from the lack of safety in DP license control technology. Current EC has no method to identify the object that has the right to use the digital product. The protecting of object change is impossible and the protection of hacking is not enough and EC has many problems in efficient license control because of the incompletion of EC structure. In this paper, we propose the design and implementation of on-line circulation system, which can activate on-line circulation of MP3 digital data product in EC, by using the new license control technology, that is Dynamic License Control technology.

The significance of soil environment is gradually increased due to the soil and underwater contamination caused by petroleum leak accidents. It requires a high cost and long period for the purification of soil compared with other environmental matrix such as water and air. For this reason, it has been embroiled in a legal conflict to find the pollution source and charge of cleanup. In this study, we analyzed the physical properties and typical additives of jet fuel to search a method that can distinguish kerosene and jet fuel contamination. In particular, the chemical marker in kerosene was visualized by the developer and the additives in jet fuel, such as antioxidant and metal deactivator were detected by GC-MS. This study could be used to judge petroleum source at soil contaminant accident sites.

우리나라에서는 1961년의 제정 하천법을 통하여 하천을 사용하고자 하는 경우에는 관리청의 허가를 득해야 함을 명시적으로 규정한 이래 현재까지 하천수의 사용을 허가제로 운영하고 있다. 하천수 사용을 위한 제도가 정비된 지 반세기 이상의 세월이 흘렀지만, 이를 둘러싼 분쟁이 끊이지 않고 있는 상황이 반복되고 있다. 이로 인하여 상호간의 불신과 갈등이 증폭되고, 사회적 갈등비용이 증가하며 제도 그 자체를 불신하는 움직임마저 나타나고 있다. 특히 우리나라와 같은 댐저수와 하천수 의존형 물 관리에서는 댐용수와 하천수의 합리적인 배분이 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 물분쟁의 주된 유형은 지자체와 물공급을 담당하고 있는 한국수자원공사와의 갈등이 대부분이다. 분쟁의 유형도 단순한 취수시설 확장에 관한 사항에서부터 물수지분석의 방법에 관한 사항까지 복잡다양하게 얽혀있다. 이와 같은 물분쟁은 물론 긴 역사속에서도 존재하여 왔지만 제도적인 틀을 정비함으로써 갈등상황을 감소시키고 나아가 하천과 물의 효율적 관리 등 국가적 차원의 긍정적 요인을 도출하는 것이 주요한 목적이라고 할 수 있다. 또한 2009년 하천법 개정을 통하여 하천수 사용허가의 세부기준을 정하도록 규정되어 있으나 현재에 이르도록 별다른 진전을 보이지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 하천법 제50조4항(아울러 시행령 제56조2항 및 시행규칙 제28조4항)에서 규정하고 있는 하천수 사용허가의 세부기준을 작성하기 위하여 시도되었다. 세부기준은 하천수를 사용하고자 하는 물 사용자와 하천수 관리청의 역할을 비롯하여 책임과 권한의 관계가 분명하게 정립될 필요가 있다. 따라서 기존 하천수 사용허가 행정을 면밀히 분석하였고, 실제 하천수 사용허가 행정업무를 수행하고 있는 4대강(한강, 금강, 영산강, 낙동강) 홍수통제소 실무자와의 수차례에 걸친 논의를 거쳐 완성되엇다. 세부기준(안)은 9개장 43개조항으로 이루어져 있으며, 하천수 사용허가 행정 전반을 범위로 하고 있다. 본 연구를 통하여 작성된 하천수 사용허가 세부기준이 입법화된다면 하천수 사용허가를 둘러싼 갈등상황의 감소가 예상되며, 보다 투명한 하천행정을 기대할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 앞으로 물수지분석 방법이나 용도별 하천수 사용요금 등에 대한 현실적인 대안이 마련된다면 보다 선진적인 하천행정을 수행할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The legal deposit is a comprehensive and systemic method for acquiring a country's publications. This study aims to compare laws and regulations about legal deposit among several countries that have different histories and traditions and to supplement laws and regulations of Korea's legal deposit. To do this, research papers and laws, regulations, guides, web sites and online systems about legal deposit of eight countries including USA, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, France, Japan, Singapore, and Korea were reviewed. This study tried to compare and analyse several categories including publications to be deposited or not deposited, requirements, due dates, expenses, and numbers of copies for deposit, and penalty for noncompliance with legal deposit. Also, online publications to be deposited or not deposited, requirements and methods for deposit were compared and analysed. At last, some suggestions were also made for improvement in laws and regulations of in Korea.
