In this paper, we have investigated the characteristics of cyclic voltammetry of a self-assembled mono-layer(SAM) electrode which was modified by 3-Mercaptopropionic acid (3-MPA) on gold nanoparticle(AuNP)-deposited electrode. Also, the transport phenomena of electrons and ions around the electrode have been analyzed. The governing equation and its boundary conditions by adopting the semi-infinite diffusion model were formulated for the mass-transfer dominant system. In order to obtain the numerical solutions of cyclic voltammetry(CV) on SAM electrodes, MATLAB program was implemented by applying the explicit finite difference method. Resulting CV program for the SAM-modified electrode was verified in good agreements with the experimental CV results for the 3-MPA on AuNP electrode.

전기기기의 해석법에는 첫째로 전기적 등가회로를 구성하여 이를 푸는 회로해석법과, 둘째로 현상을 지배하는 편미분방정식 또는 적분방정식을 적당한 가정하에서 푸는 수치해석법의 두가지가 있다. 그러나 회로해석법의 경우에는 회로망의 구성과 회로정수의 결정이 경험이나 직관에 따르게 되는등 여러가지 이유로 인해 앞으로의 발전을 기대하기가 곤란하다. 한편, 수치해석법의 경우에는 수치계산과정에서 반드시 오차가 수반되므로, 하나의 해석법만으로는 완전한 해석이 곤란하게 된다. 따라서 이 경우에는 문제의 특성에 따라 최적의 결과를 얻을 수 있는 복합적인 해석법이 선택사용되며, 근년의 전자계산기의 발달에 힘입어 전기기기의 해석에 광범위하게 이용되고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 본고에서는 전기기기의 해석에 사용되는 여러가지 수치해석법을 간단히 소개하고, 그중 최선의 방법으로서 가장 널리 연구활용되고 있는 유한요소법에 의한 각종 전기기기의 해석법에 대해 기술하기로 한다.

In a global economy where, private parties increasingly favour arbitration over litigation, many foreigners are unfortunately reluctant to arbitration with China's parties because the China national courts do not scrutinize the merits when deciding whether to recognize and enforce foreign awards. As a result, the finality of arbitral awards hangs in uncertainty. Overseas concern is that China's courts may abuse "Public Policy" grounds provided for in the New York Convention to set aside or refuse to enforce foreign awards. The purpose of this article is to examine the distrust to enforcement of arbitral awards whether that is just an assumption. In spite of the modernize and internationalize her international arbitration system and many reforms provided in the related law and rules, the most vexing leftover issues are caused of the lack of "rule of law" in China. This situation imply the risk of pervert 'Public Policy' as the ground for refusing enforcement of arbitral awards. Some cases reflect the fear. But it is unclear whether those cases caused from the lack of "rule of law" in China. Same uncertainty present between Hon Kong-China under th one country-two legal system after the return of Hong Kong to China on 1 July 1997. While China is striving to improve its enforcement mechanism in regard to the enforcement of arbitral awards, it can only be expect following the establishment of rule of law in the future.

Photography is frequently associated with the death because it seems to remind us of our own mortality by representing the dead people. The indexical character of photography reinforces this association. Photography is used in many ceremonial activities and medias to represent death. Five types of death photography can be differentiated: funeral portrait, post-mortem photography, conflict and disaster photography, death penalty photography, anatomic and forensic photography. These death photographies serve for four individual and social purposes: mourning and remembrance, resistance and struggle, rule and domination, disclosure and accusation.

파워흐름해석법은 진동에너지 흐름 형태에 따른 에너지지배방정식을 이용하는 방법으로서, 진동에너지의 공간적인 분포와 전달 경로 등을 제시할 수 있는 방법이다. 이러한 파워흐름해석법은 고주파수 대역의 진동을 해석하기 위하여 효과적으로 적용될 수 있다. 본 연구에 서는 평판 구조물 진동에 대한 파워흐름해석법의 예측 결과를 실험 결과와 비교하여 분석하였다. 분석할 진동 특성들은 손실계수, 주파수 응답함수 등을 포함한다. 그리고 이러한 분석 결과로부터 파워흐름해석법이 고주파수 진동에 효과적으로 적용될 수 있음을 보였다.

유무선 대체 및 경쟁관계는 통신시장 규제정책의 관점에서 매우 중요한 시사점을 가진다. 이제까지 유선전화시장에서는 기존 지배적 유선전화 사업자의 각종 활동을 규제해 기존사업자와 신규사업자간의 공정경쟁을 확보해 왔으나, 유무선 통신시장의 역전현상과 함께 유무선 대체 및 경쟁관계가 진행되면서, 유무선간 비대칭규제는 그 유용성을 점차 상실하고 있다. 그에 따라 음성전화 부문의 새로운 시장획정 및 지배력 평가와 규제접근법의 정립이 필요하게 되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 유무선 대체 현황 분석 및 전망, 우리나라의 불균형한 유무선 규제제도에 대해 알아보고자 한다.

목적 : 사암오행침법의 다양한 변형처방과 그 구성 원리에 대한 연구가 여러 편 있지만 아직 처방구성 형태를 완전하게 분석하거나 그러한 구성을 가능하게 하는 기본 이론에 대해서는 충분히 밝혀지지 않은 상태이다. 본 논문은 사암오행침법의 처방구성 기본이론과 형태에 대해 고찰하고자 한다. 방법 : 본 연구는 사암도인침법에 있는 240개의 처방을 사암이 사용한 문장과 용어인 생왕휴수사(生旺休囚死)와 상생자가보(相生者可補) 상극자필사(相克者必瀉)를 중심으로 분석하여 고찰 하였다 결론 : 1. 오행의 초기개념은 별의 움직임이나 계절의 변화, 관직이름 등과 관련되어 있으며, 이것은 하나의 요소라기보다는 변화과정을 나누어 설명하고자 하는 개념이었으며, 또한 오행은 절대적 우위를 지닌 관계가 아니었고 상황에 따라 지배를 받기도 하고, 지배를 하기도 하는 관계로 보았다. 2. 왕상휴수사(旺相休囚死)는 오행의 또 다른 개념이며 왕상휴(旺相休)는 가족의 개념이고 수사(囚死)는 적의 개념으로, 왕상휴(旺相休)는 오행의 상생관계로, 수사(囚死)는 상극관계로 여겨진다. 3. 소위 정격(正格)에 해당하는 처방은 240개의 처방 중 119개가 해당되지만, 21가지 다른 처방형태 중의 하나이다. 이는 주요 처방형태가 될 수 있지만 기본 처방형태라고는 할 수 없으며, 왕상휴수사(旺相休囚死)와 상생자가보(相生者可補) 상극자필윤(相克者必潤)가 결합된 형태가 기본 형태가 되어야 한다. 4. 사암의 처방원칙 중 하나는 상생관계나 상극관계 내에 있는 오행요소끼리는 자신을 포함해 상황에 따라 선택적으로 보(補)나 사(瀉)를 할 수 있다는 것이고, 다른 하나는 실(실)ㅋ한 경우에만 해당하는 것으로 상생관계에 있는 가족 중에서 모(母)나 자신을 보(補)하고 자(子)를 사(瀉)하는 방법을 사용하기도 한다는 것이다.

The transport phenomena of electron and ion around the electrode have been analyzed, herein the computational program to simulate the electrochemical signal of cyclic voltammetry has been implemented. For the dominant mass-transfer system, the governing equation and its boundary conditions are confined to the semi-infinite diffusion model and the reversible reaction at the electrode. In order to obtain the numerical solutions of cyclic voltammetry, MATLAB was used for the explicit finite difference method. Experimental results from the cyclic voltammetry of electrochemical system(10 mM $K_3Fe(CN)_6$ and 0.1M KCl) upon the ITO glass substrate were compared with the numerical solutions. Present program explains the experimental results fairly well, where they approached the simulated ones closely with deceasing the scan rate. Furthermore, the effects of electrode area, electrochemical reaction constants and transfering coefficients in the cyclic voltammetry were discussed quantitatively.

Recent years, the response characteristics of large space structures have been studied. Then, for the large space structures with large rise-span ratio, it is clarified that the anti-symmetric mode are representatively amplified. That means the static seismic load for general ramen structure is not suitable for the space structure. In this paper, we propose static seismic loads for space structures and its concept. And for the space structures of beam string structures, execute the time history analysis and quasi static analysis and compare the results of them. From the results, we can prove the validity of static seismic load for space structure.
