이 논문은 코로나 팬데믹 시대에 원격 의료 서비스의 중요성이 부상함에 따라, LLM(Large Language Model)과 웨어러블 기기를 활용한 의료 기술의 발전과 이를 통한 의료 서비스의 혁신에 대해 다루고 있다. 코로나 19 대응을 위해 원격 의료에 대한 법적 제한이 완화되며, 이에 따른 원격 의료 시스템의 확대를 언급하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 소비자 스스로 검색하는 콘텐츠를 분석하여 그 중 인지도가 높은 콘텐츠를 제휴하여 서비스 를 제공한다. 인지도 높은 동영상 콘텐츠에 전자책을 제작하여 새로운 콘텐츠로 재제작 유료 서비스 추진 하고 인지도 높은 전자책 콘텐츠를 동영상과 함께 새로운 콘텐츠로 제작하여 유료 서비스 추진한다. 그리고 콘텐츠 보유 개인, 기업 및 단체와 제휴를 통한 서비스 추진할 수 있고 나아가 번역기를 통한 다국어서비스로 글로벌 콘텐츠 서비스 추진한다.

본 논문에서는 컴퓨터 신조어를 빠른 시간 내에 제공하고 한국적으로 용어를 재정의 할 뿐만 아니라 효율적인 검색 인터페이스를 갖춘 온라인컴퓨터 용어 사전을 개발하였다. 신조어를 발리 서비스하기 위해서 FOLDOC(Free On-Line Dictionary Of Computing)의 사전을 이용하여 영문 해설을 우선적으로 제공하고, 각 용어를 한 명 이상의 번역자가 한국어로 재정의 하도록 하였다. 또한 SQL과 MS-SQL Server를 이용해서 다양한 검색 인터페이스를 제공하여 사용자가 적은 정보만으로도 원하는 용어를 손쉽게 찾을 수 있게 하였다.

본 연구는 코로나-19 이후로 증가할 것으로 보이는 방한 외국인 관광객의 지역별 소비 경향을 카드 소비 데이터를 데이터베이스화하여 다각적인 방면에서 분석하고 정보를 만들었다. 코로나 이전 'K-pop'과 'K-drama'의 영향으로 계속해서 증가하던 방한 외국인의 수는 코로나의 영향으로 50%가량 감소했다. 하지만 '위드 코로나'로 접어든 지금, 다시금 외국인 관광객을 유치하기 위해선 각 관광객의 니즈에 맞는 서비스를 제공해야 한다. 또한, 각 지자체에서는 외국인 관광객이 선호하는 서비스를 파악하고 각 국적별 관광객에게 맞는 서비스를 제공하는 노력을 통해 지역경제를 활성화시킬 수 있을 것이다. 현재 많은 기업에서 지역별, 업종별로 맞춤 서비스를 제공하는 것처럼, 지자체가 구체적인 데이터를 사용하여 맞춤 서비스를 제공한다면 코로나로 어려운 시기를 슬기롭게 극복할 수 있다고 생각한다.

This paper proposes a system to translate an RDB into an OWL ontology which enables the users to navigate the ontology in GUI. In order to accomplish the goals mentioned previously, the system overcame two difficulties. First, our system defines a new mapping algorithm to map between DB elements and ontology ones. Comparing with existing solutions, our algorithm is able to generate ontologies from more DB structures. Second, our system provides the same data generated by a reasoner to the users. Note that this operation does not load ABox ontology on a reasoner. In addition, Tableau-based reasoners have the tractability problem on a large ABox (e.g., large ABoxes translated from DBs practically cannot be served). To solve this, our system internally runs SQL queries to retrieve the same data as the one from a reasoner every time ABox elements are queried.

In this paper, we designed and implemented a web-based dictionary of computing which keeps the data up-to-date. This dictionary shows the English information based on the FOLDOC (Free On-Line Dictionary Of Computing) dictionary file at the beginning of searching, and then one or more users can translate the information into Korean. This function is the new one only this dictionary has. Also, we can easily find any words we want to took up, even if we don't know the spelling completely, because the dictionary has various searching interfaces (searching for the words starting with inputted characters, searching for the words including inputted characters in the description, etc.) using a SQL Server DBMS and SQL. The performance test for CPU load factor shows that the server can support at least 1780 users at the same time.

Ajax based on Java Script receives attention as an alternative to ActiveX technology. Most portal sites in korea show a tendency to reopen existing services by combining the technology, because it supports most web browsers, and has the advantages of such a brilliant interface, excellent speed, and traffic reduction through asynchronous interaction. This paper modeled and implemented a multilingual meta-search service using the Ajax and open APIs provided by international famous sites. First, a Korean query is translated into one of the language of 54 countries around the world by Google translation API, and then the translated result is used to search the information of the social web sites such as Flickr, Youtube, Daum, and Naver. Searched results are displayed fast by dynamic loading of portion of the screen using Ajax. Our system can reduce server traffic and per-packet communications charges by preventing redundant transmission of unnecessary information.

온톨로지(Ontology)란 사람들이 세상에 대하여 보고 듣고 느끼고 생각하는 것에 대하여 서로 간의 토론을 통하여 합의를 이룬 바를 개념적이고 컴퓨터에서 다룰 수 있는 형태로 표현한 모델로, 개념의 타입이나 사용상의 제약조건들을 명시적으로 정의한 기술이다. 온톨로지는 일단 합의된 지식을 나타내므로 어느 개인에게 국한되는 것이 아니라 그룹 구성원이 모두 동의하는 개념이다. 그리고 프로그램이 이해할 수 있어야 하므로 여러 가지 정형화가 존재한다. 온톨로지는 자연어의 기계 번역과 인공지능 분야에서 활용되며, 최근에는 특정 분야의 인터넷 자원과 그 사이의 관계를 기술하는 온톨로지를 사용하는 시맨틱 웹과 이것에서 파생된 시맨틱 웹 서비스 등의 핵심 요소로서 주목받고 있다. 이 논문은 본 연구에서는 창업 시스템 사례를 통한 온톨로지 개발 및 구축을 제안한다. 온톨로지를 이용한 창업 시스템의 개발은 창업 영역에서 서비스 시스템 구현의 토대가 될 것이다.

영상 압축 기술의 발전과 인터넷의 보급으로 사람들은 언제 어디서나 고화질의 미디어를 쉽게 접할 수 있게 되었다. 또한 미디어 플레이어에서 문자열의 출력을 지원함으로써 사용자들은 쉽게 영상의 자막을 만들고 볼 수 있는 환경이 만들어졌다. 그러나 문자는 번역을 위한 역할만 할 뿐 미디어에서 나타내고자 하는 감성을 전달하는 역할은 하지 못한다. 본 연구에서는 애니메이션 캐릭터와 콘텐츠 로봇을 사용하는 새로운 의미전달 기술을 적용한 감성형 콘텐츠 서비스를 제안한다. 제안하는 기술은 동기화 시나리오를 구성하여 미디어가 재생되는 동안 애니메이션 캐릭터 데이터를 제공하며, 또 다른 출력장치인 로봇과 동기화되어 상황에 따른 로봇의 움직임을 통해 시청자에게 내용 전달의 효과와 함께 감성 전달의 효율을 증대시켜주는 역할을 한다. 본 논문에서는 감성형 콘텐츠를 제작한 후 시현을 통해 감성 전달의 효율이 높아짐을 확인하였다.

지난 8월 16일에서 24일까지 영국 글래스고에서 개최된 제68차 국제도서관협회연맹 대회 총회에서는 '도서관, 정보서비스 기관, 지적 자유에 관한 글래스고 선언(The Glasgow Declaration Libraries, Information Services and Intellectual Freedom, 원문은 http://www.ifla.org/faife/policy/iflastat/gldeclar-e.html 참조)'과 'IFLA 인터넷 설명서(The IFLA Internet Manifesto, 원문은 http://www.ifla.org/III/misc/internetmanif.htm 참조)'가 채택되었다. 이 같은 성명의 체택은 도서관ㆍ정보분야에서 지적자유에 관해 국제적 합의를 명확히 하고 이해와 협력을 구하기 위한 것으로 지난 해 발생한 미국 9.11테러 사태 이후 일어나고 있는 일련의 조치에 (국민의 기본권을 제한할 수 있는 법률의 제정 등) 대한 도서관계의 능동적인 대응이라는 의미가 크다. 국내 도서관인에게 참고가 될 만한 자료라 생각되어 '도서관문화' 편집실에서 이를 번역하여 게재코자 한다.
