A new model for degenerate semiconductor quantum well devices was developed. In this model, the multi-subband Boltzmann transport equation was formulated by applying the Pauli exclusion principle and coupled to the Schrodinger and Poisson equations. For the solution of the resulted nonlinear system, the finite difference method and the Newton-Raphson method was used and carrier energy distribution function was obtained for each subband. The model was applied to a Si MOSFET inversion layer. The results of the simulation showed the changes of the distribution function from Boltzmann like to Fermi-Dirac like depending on the electron density in the quantum well, which presents the appropriateness of this modeling, the effectiveness of the solution method, and the importance of the Pauli -exclusion principle according to the reduced size of semiconductor devices.

의무분리 정책의 목적은 정보의 무결성을 필요로 하는 연산들을 여러 역할이나 사용자에게 분산시킴으로써 조직 내에서 관리하는 정보의 무결성 침해 가능성을 최소화하는 것이며, 이는 기업 환경에서 중요한 보안 요구사항이다. 역할기반 접근제어는 응용에 따라 보호 객체들에 대한 역할들로 분류하여 단순한 권한 관리를 제공하며 ,의무분리 정책을 시행하기에 적합하여 기존의 강제적 접근제어나 임의적 접근제어에 대한 대안으로 의무분리와 관련하여 다양한 기법들이 제시되었다. 그러나 역할 수준의 의무분리는 역할에 할당된 과업들을 상호 배타적인 작업의 수행에 관련되지 않은 과업도 모두 배제시키게 되어 과업 실행의 유연성이 떨어지게 되므로 상호 배타적인 작인을 수행하는 과업들에 할당된 최소의 권한을 배제시키는 것이 합리적이다. 본 논문은 기업 환경에 적합한 과업-역할기반 접근제어 모델을 기초로 하여 과업의 특성에 따라 분류된 유형별로 과업 수준의 동적 의무분리를 적용하는 기법을 제시한다. 특히 실제 사용자가 병렬적으로 수행하는 워크플로우와 다중 세션 환경에서 상호 배타적인 과업들과 과업 인스턴스들에도 적용이 가능만 세션기반의 동적 의무분리 기법을 제시한다 이때 기존의 동일 사용자에 의한 동적 의무분리 적용을 공모가 가능한 사용자들에 의해 생성된 다중 세션들간의 동적 의무분리를 제시함으로써 의무분리의 목적을 만족시킨다.

Records and archives community was forced to face the essence of and social values of its professionalism. The purpose of the present study lies in providing a broader and fundamental perspective to shed lights on professionalism in records and archives management by reviewing previous studies on professionalism and professions. It reviews key concepts from the professionalism literature and scrutinized professional commitments and exclusive privileges, which are two sides of the same coin. Fundamental issues involved in records and archives profession are also taken into account, including the relationship between theory and practice as well as between professional ethics and professional association.

기존의 접근 제어 메커니즘인 강제적 접근 제어와 임의적 접근 제어는 무결성을 요구하는 상용 환경의 정보 보안에는 부족하여 이의 대안으로 직무 기반 접근 제어 (RBAC:Role Based Access Control)가 주목 받고 있으며, 직무를 수행하는 사용자의 의무 분리(Separation of Duty)에 대한 연구가 최근 이루어지고 있다. RBAC에서 사용자는 직무에 배정된 접근권한(Privilege) 만을 수행하여야 하는데 상호 배타적(Mutual exclusive)특성을 갖는 직무는 표현 및 접근 권한의 직무 배정과 수행에 있어서 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 RBAC의 기본 특성을 분석하여 직무에 접근권한을 부여하고 사용자를 직무에 배정하는데 따른 안전한 접근 제어를 위하여 반순서 관계를 갖는 직무의 승계 속성에 따라 직무의 계층 형태를 분류하고, 직무에 배정되는 접근권한의 표현과 관리를 용이하게 하기 위하여 객체에 부여된 객체 접근권한을 분석하여 방향성 그래프를 이용하여 기본 접근권한으로 모델링한다. 접근권한 그래프(Privilege Graph)로 표현된 기본 접근권한에 직무를 배정하면 상호 배타적 직무의 접근권한과 의무 분리의 표현 및 관리를 용이하게 할 수 있다. 이를 기반으로 의무 분리를 포함한 RBAC의 안정성 특성과 접근권한 그래프를 이용한 직무의 의무 분리를 위한 직무 관리 알고리즘을 제시한다.

In church tradition, cultural misappropriation has often legitimized unjust hierarchy rather than to challenge it. Under the rubric of culturalism, Christian Education has served to justify the oppressive system and maintain status quo as well. A feminist theologian, Rebecca Chopp argues that the contemporary Western culture has intensified narcissistic individualism and self-referentiality and has supported the powerful, while forced the marginalized to be silent. Chopp insists that the role, nature, and mission of Christianity is to provide Word and words of emancipatory transformation. She advocates poststructural feminist theology and aims at renewal of the socio-symbolic order in society by criticizing assumptions underneath language, culture and politics. In this study, we will review the interview with an Asian-American couple and disclose the underlying assumptions and hegemony which have contributed to maintain the male domineering system. I suggest that Christian education for emancipatory transformation should encourage the oppressed women to reflect critically the existing order and to restore their own voice through constructive intervention facilitating "plurivociy" and "problem-posing" dialogue. Proclaimation of transformative Word can empower the marginalized people to revision the world alternatives to monotheistic patriarchal modernism.

In this paper, we propose a video transmission scheme for exclusive OR based video streaming (XC) that can improve the efficiency of video streaming by using receivers' caches and coding of video data. Contrary to conventional streaming schemes such as multicast where video contents can be transmitted on single channel only when two clients request the same video, the proposed streaming scheme can transmit video contents on single channel conditionally according to the status of the clients' caches even though two clients request different video contents. We analyze the performance of the proposed transmission for XC in terms of the streaming efficiency through extensive computer simulations and compare it with a conventional scheme. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme can enhance the streaming efficiency by 21%, compared with the conventional scheme.

It is important for marketers to understand both individual resistance and group resistance in order to successfully bring innovations into global markets. We suggest that consumers resist innovations as individuals and as members of a group and that they do this in different ways at different stages of decision-making. The individual resistance begins with forms of initial resistance, develops into emergent resistance and mature or belated resistance at the individual level. In addition, personal moral standards can influence decision making in relation to the adoption of innovations. Individual resistance is sometimes accompanied by or evolves into group resistance. We introduce a framework for thinking about consumer resistance to innovations that sees it as a consequence of social identity, which has functions for the individual, the group to which one belongs, and other individuals and groups. Consumers with membership in a certain group try to increase their self-esteem through the process of social comparison. The more consumers strongly identify with and bond with a certain group, the more in-group solidarity and out-group hostility will occur. Out-group hostility gives group members strong resistance toward products and services related to the out-group. Individual resistance and group resistance are threats to marketers and dampen performance. By considering the existence of resistance to innovations and seeking strategies to overcome it, marketers can transform these threat into new opportunities. A better understanding of consumer resistance can complement research on the adoption of innovations and help in the development of a universal model of consumer behavior.

본 논문에서는 임의의 부울함수(Boolean function)에 대한 진리표나 출력 시퀀스로부터 논리곱의 배타적 합(exclusive-or sum of products; ESOP)형의 부울함수를 구성하는 알고리듬을 제안한다. 기존에 알려진 카르노맵이나 Quine HcClusky법에 의하여 구해지는 부울함수는 논리곱의 합(sum of product; SOP) 형으로 주어지며 이들 수식은 부정(NOT)논리를 포함하는 경우가 있다. 제안된 알고리듬에 의하여 구해지는 부울함수는 구조적인 등가성을 판별하는데 편리하므로 해쉬함수용 부울함수의 개발에 이용될 수 있다.

United nations convention on the law of the sea was actopted by third united nations conference on the law of the sea in 1982. and it came in to force on Novemver 1966. It involves exclusive economic zone, highly migrated species, marine mammals, anadromous stocks and high seas. in this paper, I analyze these issues, especially EEZ and high seas.
