The purpose of this study is to take a look at the cases on managing the senior human resources of business enterprises following the significant number of retirement of baby-boom generation and obligatory retirement age of 60 years of age and present the implication points in policies. With respect to the implication of the company, it would urgently require the introduction of programs with long-term point of view for career management strategy from the time of employment to the resignation, settlement of company leave system called chulhyang, expansion of wage peak system, full-time job transfer support center within the enterprise for retirement management, expansion of various consulting, conversion of paradigm on senior human resource management of top management in the enterprise level. In the government level, it is considered as required for systematic supplementation of the chulhyang system, improvement of support system for employment encouragement fund, expansion of national work capability standard-based senior employment field as well as task development, support for innovation of personnel management system, supply of management manual and implementation of job transfer education for life-time conversion period in the government level.

In Korea, efforts have been made continuously to improve the environment of traditional markets concerning the issues of urban regeneration. In particular, many old cities and traditional markets face a lack of parking spaces. As a solution to this, attempts are being made to prepare underground parking spaces by designing urban planning facilities in three-dimensional ways and utilizing the upper part as a more meaningful space. This study is about the master plan to use the upper green area while creating an underground parking lot at 571 Sinmae-dong, Suseong-gu, Daegu. This green area was defined as a space with dual values, 'defensive green space' that needs to be ecologically protected, and 'active cultural space' where walking flows to the market and various events are concentrated. Three specific design strategies to balance these values were presented. First, to prevent indiscriminate occupation and damage by people and maintain a healthy green environment, securing the maximum amount of undivided green space in the site was suggested. Second, a space layout and a topography and planting patterns that can overcome the morphological characteristics of narrow and long-shaped sites enable the experience of abundant green spaces. Third, providing space to strengthen the connections with nearby urban facilities such as Sinmae Market and Gosan Library can also intensively accommodate cultural activities in various cities. This study has academic significance in providing implications for urban regeneration projects with similar contexts in the future.

This study proposes basic information to make effective environments for social welfare education, revealing the reasons why students choose the social welfare major at Konyang Cyber University. We conducted qualitative research with 41 students in the social welfare department at Konyang Cyber University. The result of this research is as follows. First, most students chose their major to get a certificate that can benefit them in the near future. Second, they chose their major as a way to achieve renown, and to enhance the quality of their lives. Third, they desired to contribute to society through their social work. Finally, individual experiences and family background were also motives. Based on the research, to improve learning outcomes in social welfare education, the necessary learning strategies are as follows. First, goal-oriented learning is necessary for students who want to get the certificate. A practical curriculum needs to contain both practical skills and professional knowledge applicable to the social work field. Second, education for students who choose the major to gain fame, and to develop their lives, requires generation-integrated education to help them review their lives and find their own meaning in life. Third, education for students who choose the major for a practical social contribution has to contain volunteer training that can lead them to be professional volunteers in society. Fourth, education for students who choose the major based on their personal experiences and their family background needs to deal with case management, which discovers the recipients who need help in society and the students who can achieve visible outcomes after all.

In order to find out whether they are visible, the reliability of the measured values and the fit of the measurement model by CFA were obtained through the exploratory factor analysis. It is essential for vertical smart farms that artificially grow crops in an enclosed space to properly utilize air environment facilities to create an appropriate growth environment. However, domestic vertical smart farm companies are creating a growing environment by relying on empirical data rather than systematic methods. Using IoT to create a growing environment based on systematic and precise monitoring can increase crop production yield and maximize profitability. This study aims to construct a monitoring system using IoT and to analyze the cause by demonstrating the imbalance of temperature environment, which is a significant factor in crop cultivation. 1) The horizontal temperature distribution of the multi-layer shelf was measured with different operating methods of LED and air conditioner. As a result, there was a temperature difference of "up to 1.7℃" between the sensors. 2) As a result of measuring the vertical temperature distribution, the temperature difference was "up to 6.3℃". In order to reduce this temperature gap, a strategy for proper arrangement and operation of air conditioning equipment is required.

In 21st century, theater evolves into a complex aspects. Advanced visual media, such as photography and movies has brought crisis to theater's position, and that crisis led contemporary theater seek for distinctive strategy by repeatedly pondering over the format in which it can be more competitive than other arts. And postdramatic theatre is one of distinctive characteristics of this trend in contemporary theater. Among these flows, The aim of thesis is to study the phenomenon of postdramatic theatre and its practical application in the recently performed (2019) by Theater Group "Mul-Kyul". (2019) puts the body at the front, one of the features of the postdramatic theatre. When creating stage, or developing narratives, the process of characterization, or even highlighting dramatic themes, non-verbal focused theatrical expressions hold a dominant position over verbal expressions. Also, by combining various non-verbal elements like object, with body language, it builds a complex Scenography and creates a metaphorical expression. In this regards, I would like to classify the postdramatic theatre phenomenon shown in the (2019) into 'Disorganization of text through Scenography' and 'Collage of Body Language and Object' and consider its characteristics and meanings.

This study was inteded to include online social relations and ability use information and communication devices to analyze the elderly's participation in volunteer activities and provide basic data to identify the elderly's participation in volunteer activities. The statistical data of the 2017 National survey of Senior Citizen, only 10,073 people aged 65 or older were sampled out of 10,299 people. The participation rate of volunteering was frequently analyzed, and the difference in participation in volunteer according to the factors was Chi-square analysis and One-way variance analysis. A polynomial regression analysis was conducted to identify the effect factors of participation in volunteering. As a results. 3.9% of older adults are volunteering and 11.5% are experienced in the past. Participation in volunteer activity differed significantly depending on age, education level, economic level, subjective health, body function, ability use information and communication devices, social networks, frequency of face-to-face contact and frequency of non face contact. In the regression analysis, utilization of communication and device, social networking, face to face contact frequency were show to be the effect factors. In order to promote elderly's participation in volunteer activities, consideration of related resources reported in prior studies, social relations, frequency of face-to-face contact and ability to use information and communication devices is considered important.

This study was a descriptive research to investigate clinical violence experience, response to violence experience, resilience and academic burnout and to identify the factors affecting the academic burnout among nursing students. The participants were 318 nursing students. who were recruited from the 2 Department of Nursing in B Metropolitan and 2 Department of Nursing in Gyeongsangnam-do. The structured questionnaire was self-administered from November 1 to 30, 2019. Data were analyzed through the SPSS/WIN 24.0 program using descriptive statistics, Independent t-test와 one-way ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression. According to the results of this study, Mean score for academic burnout in nursing student was 2.58 out of 4 point. The factors of satisfaction with clinical practice(β=-.393, p<.001), satisfaction with nursing major(β=-.188, p<.001), responses to violence experience(β=.176, p<.001), perceived health status(β=-.156, p<.001) attacker(β=.135, p=.002), resilience(β=-.118, p=.016)were impact on the academic burnout level of nursing students. The total explanatory power accounted for 45.9%. In conclusion, since clinical practice satisfaction and major satisfaction are the factors that have the greatest influence on academic burnout, it is necessary to develop various educational strategies and a student counseling program to reduce negative reactions after experiencing violence and improve resilience. In addition, a qualitative study on the clinical violence experience, response to violence experience and academic burnout of nursing students is needed.

The purpose of this study was to understand the parents' perceptions of the distance learning provided to students with disabilities and to explore the demands for educational support. A survey was conducted on a total of 2,392 parents of school-age children with disabilities. The survey questions were largely divided into the learning support to prevent educational gap, support for behavioral and psychological difficulties, and care support for educational welfare. As a result of the study, it was found that face-to-face education in schools was the most important to prevent the educational gap between students with disabilities, and counseling on distance learning methods and strategies suitable for the characteristics of the disabled in connection with the Special Education Support Center was the most necessary. As a learning support method for distance learning for students with disabilities, there was a high demand for individual learning support through preparatory special education teachers, and it was necessary to secure enough learning aids and assistive technology devices to be used appropriately when needed. In addition, psychological counseling and educational support for students with disabilities were requested, and there were demands for development of care programs suitable for the characteristics of the disabled and assignment of dedicated personnel. Based on the results of this study, this study suggested implications for students with disabilities to bridge the learning gap and provide educational support due to distance learning.

The Korea Coast Guard(KCG) is the only comprehensive maritime administrative agency in Korea that performs various tasks taking place in the ocean, including rescue operations, disaster management, policing, Drug and smuggling crackdown, responding to Response to invasion of maritime territory, environmental conservation, and maritime security. It is vital to inform the public of the role and mission of KCG as the only comprehensive maritime administrative agency in Korea. However, most citizens, excluding residents of the coastal and island areas, have little knowledge of the security administration services of the KCG due to lack of exposure. This study reviewed the KCG's public relations(PR) organization and current status using KCG promotional materials, diagnosed the actual conditions of KCG's PR, and suggested ways to improve public relations activities through a questionnaire survey of public relations personnel. Through literature research and questionnaire survey, the KCG's public relations status was estimated and the measures to enhance publicity was derived as follows: strengthening the PR organization by reinforcing the personnel in charge of PR, improving customized promotion by clarifying the promotion strategy according to the promotion target, enhancing job training for PR personnel, and increasing the interest and support of commanders and internal members in charge of PR work.
