This study focus on analyzing the factors which influence the customer satisfaction of food delivery application and its degree of the influence on the quality satisfaction both with Korean and Chinese customers. For this purpose, the model of hypothetical structure was established through the mobile internet service quality measurement was called as MOBISQUAL. As a result, the Korean customers was confirmed that the fulfillment and playfulness as the subdimension of outcome quality both have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. And the Chinese customer was confirmed that the playfulness of outcome quality, personalization of contextual interaction, design, ease of use and security of servicescape quality affected customer satisfaction positively.

After COVID-19, the number of individuals participating in delivery platforms has increased. They are using the participation of the delivery platform as a means of creating a new source of income as well as a means of sports and hobbies. This phenomenon is related to a social phenomenon called 'N-jober'. However, there are still few studies examining this phenomenon. Therefore, this study intends to examine the phenomenon of individual participation in delivery platforms and their issues. Text mining was performed on news data from January 2019, when COVID-19 started. As a result, social issues related to the increase in individual participation in delivery platforms were derived into 5 topics(Introduction to the Phenomenon, Characteristics of Participants, Participant's Income and Fees, Characteristics as a Job, Concern about Potential Risks). This study has significance in that it expanded the perspective of academic discussion on delivery platform business to individual participants.

As the delivery industry grew around the restaurant industry along with the COVID-19 situation, the number of delivery workers increased significantly. Along with that, new forms of delivery using personal mobility (PM) also emerged and two-wheeled or PM-related accidents are steadily increasing. This study manufactures a PM's driving analysis device to establish a safe delivery monitoring environment. This system was constructed to process data collected from the driving analysis device and through a cloud server, which would recognize and record special situations (acceleration/deceleration, speed bump) that could occur during the PM's driving situation. As a result, the angular speed, acceleration, and geomagnetic values collected from the IMU in the device were able to determine whether to drive, drive on the sidewalk, and drive on the speed bump. This technology was able to achieve approximately 1600 times more driving information storage efficiency than conventional image-based recording devices.

The socio-cultural and economic changes following the Fourth Revolution are driving the growth of the food tech industry. Korea's food tech industry is still focused on delivery apps and the smart farms, robot market including artificial intelligence are in its infancy. In the United States, alternative meat companies are already included in unicorn companies, while Korea, the fourth largest importer of beef, lacks alternative meat development. France, Europe's largest agricultural country, is focusing on Agtech. China has developed the Internet and online e-commerce market with the world's number one population. Korea also needs to change regulations that focus on the past industry and various food tech industries should be developed through political and business-driven research and investment.

The purpose of the study is to find out how the quality attributes of door-to-door delivery service affects on the on-line shopping mall customers' satisfaction. For the study service quality and customer satisfaction theories were reviewed and the relation between service attributes and satisfaction was proposed. With empirical study the research found that customers' satisfaction of on-line shopping mall would be influenced by door-to-door delivery service quality attributes even though the door-to-door delivery firm is not the direct partner of the contract.

In this study, we propose a protocol for the communication between process groups required during message transfers. This is accomplished by an efficient process management of distributed systems connected by computer networks. For a single process group, a multicast protocol was proposed, which can control message flows while maintaining the order of messages sent or delivered. Through use of membership-related services, a member composing a process group may leave and join the current a membership anytime during execution. Moreover, message delivery can be delayed by using a logical vector time stamp. The functionality of the message delivery includes a virtual synchronization in response to a change in membership.

It is important to maintain a healthy dietary habit to enjoy better health and quality of life in later life. However, taking care of one's dietary lifestyle at an older age may be a challenge. Especially, community dwelling low-income older adults are one of the most vulnerable population in regards to holding a well balanced healthy diet. The purpose of this research is to identify the current status of food delivery services for low-income older adults and explore related issues. In order to achieve the aim, this study conduced two sets of focus group interviews with 8 nutritionists and 7 social workers in Seoul. According to the research results, there are issues related to meals on wheels such as vague eligibility, poor operation conditions, work overload, and difficulty in realizing customized meal delivery. Food security for low-income older adults is a prerequisite for aging in place. It is necessary to discuss the ways to create favorable operating conditions to deliver customized meals and manage nutrition and hygiene from the perspective of social work.

This study analyzed the effectiveness of visiting reading programs for vulnerable children, focusing on the case of libraries in A-si, Gyeonggi-do. Library A utilized a visiting teacher to deliver books that matched the children's levels and interests through non-face-to-face interactions, or to engage in face-to-face reading sessions and deliver books together. In 2022, a total of 158 individuals from 103 families participated in the program, with 103 individuals from 67 families delivering books and 55 individuals from 36 families engaging in book reading activities. Pre- and post-project surveys were conducted to assess the reading effects, and interviews were conducted with the visiting teachers. The analysis revealed that the level and interest of the children during book delivery and reading sessions were identified, and the effects of reading books with high levels of interaction were significant. Infants who were able to easily acquire reading experiences according to their age exhibited better reading effects compared to elementary school students. The program aimed at the new participant group showed slightly greater effectiveness than the group of continuing participants. Furthermore, following the implementation of the program, improvements were observed in reading interest, reading attitude, reading environment, reading interaction, self-esteem, social skills, language ability, reading proficiency, self-directed learning ability, and library utilization rate.
