This paper addresses an adaptive postprocessing technique to remove blocking effects of the highly compressed images. The proposed technique removes blocking effects selectively by applying filters with different strength according to block analysis based on the directional activity. One-dimensional filters which are used to remove grid noises accomplish the adaptive filtering to the signal itself as well as to the directionality of the block. Moreover, we propose a detection method of the staircase noises and corner outliers and a two-dimensional directional filter to remove them. Experimental results for various images and bitrates show that the proposed method outperforms the conventional methods in PSNR for the objective performance and GBIM for the subjective quality evaluation.

The transcoding is needed to modify the bit rate of the video bitstream in accordance with the bandwidth of a variety of channels in order to provide users with a realtime multimedia service and more stable and credible VOD(Video On Demand) service on various wire/wireless network. This paper suggests how to guarantee the video quality in the transcoding process, taking the activity and direction of the macroblock into consideration, thereby reducing the calculation. The threshold of the macroblock's activity and direction is applicable to the different videos, with the DCT coefficients from the intermediate data in the decoding process. Moreover, the suggested video transcoding algorism enables us to maintain the proper video quality and reduce the calculation through the video bit rate change experiment in H.263 environment.

본 연구는 여러 사회복지조직들이 연대성을 가지고 지역사회 차원의 사업을 구현해 낼 때 활동의 정체성과 방향을 설정하기 위하여 참여주체들이 기대하고 있는 성과를 어떻게 인식하고 있는지를 알아보기 위해 컨셉트 맵핑 활용에 대한 문헌고찰을 시도한다. 컨셉트 맵핑은 복잡하고 추상적인 아이디어를 개념화하는 의사결정방법이다. 이 방법을 활용하면 참여한 조직들의 개별적인 이해와 목적을 체계화시켜 합의된 성과를 도출해 내는데 유용할 수 있다. 컨셉트 맵핑을 활용한 의사결정과정에서 참여자들의 의견이 소외되지 않고 모두 채택되도록 하는 시스템 운용이 가능하며, 그로 인해 다양한 조직의 참여를 극대화 할 수 있다. 궁극적으로 사회복지조직의 성과에 대한 합의도출이 신속히 이루어지고 이후 활동에 대한 방향성도 명확하게 설정될 수 있는 것이다.

본 연구는 동물병원 산업에서 동물병원의 시장지향성 활동과 동물병원의 공급업체와의 관계지향성 활동이 동물병원의 사업성과/재무적 및 비재무적에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 체계적으로 분석하고, 동물병원 경영자의 특성 (경영자의 근속연수)과 동물병원의 사업입지가 이들 영향관계에서 어떠한 조절역할을 하는지를 분석하고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 동물병원의 시장지향성 활동은 동물병원의 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과 모두에 유의적으로 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 동물병원의 시장지향성 활동은 동물병원 경영자의 근속연수에 따라 사업성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치나, 동물병원의 입지에 따른 동물병원의 시장지향성은 동물병원의 사업성과 유의적인 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 한편 동물병원의 공급업체와의 관계지향성 활동은 동물병원의 재무적 성과 및 비재무적 성과에 대부분 정의 방향으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 동물병원 경영자의 근속연수에 따라 공급업체와의 관계지향성 활동이 동물병원의 사업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구에서, 경영자가 4년 이상 장기간 근속한 경우 관계지향성 활동이 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과에 정의 방향으로 영향을 미치지 않았고 비재무적 성과에는 비교적 약하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 동물병원의 사업입지에 따라 관계지향성 활동이 동물병원의 사업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구결과에서, 비 수도권에서 공급업체와의 관계지향성 활동이 재무적 및 비재무적 성과에 매우 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 수도권에서는 관계지형성활동이 재무적 및 비재무적 성과에 모두 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 요약하면, 동물병원의 시장지향성 활동과 공급업체와의 관계지향성 활동이 동물병원의 재무적 및 비재무적 사업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 전반적인 연구에서, 시장지향성은 동물병원의 사업성과에 일관되게 영향을 미치지만, 공급업체와의 관계지향성 활동은 경영자의 근속기간 및 사업입지에 따라 사업성과에 다른 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 동물병원 경영자의 근속연수나 사업입지에 따라 동물병원의 사업전략을 선택적으로 접목해야 함을 알 수 있다. 마지막으로 연구결과에 따른 시사점, 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구방향에 대해 논의를 하였다.

보드 게임은 다양한 주제와 사회성을 바탕으로 발전해 왔으며, 최근에는 보드 카페 등의 활동으로 수많은 계층의 커뮤니티가 형성되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 보드 게임의 특성에 관한 연구는 전혀 이루어지지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 보드 게임의 놀이적 특성과 방향성에 따라 보드 게임을 분석하고 유형을 분류하였다.

오픈월드 게임에서는 주어진 퀘스트나 미션 이외에도 다양한 자유로운 활동을 할 수 있다. 이로 인해 게임 내 방향성이 불분명해지고, 사용자가 무엇을 해야 하는지 혼란스러워지는 경우가 발생한다. 사용자가 게임을 시작할 때 게임이 제공하는 다양한 옵션과 활동을 살펴보면서 진행 방식을 정하게 된다. 이때 게임이 주어지는 목표나 방향성이 모호하면 사용자는 어떤 것을 해야 하는지 혼란스러워지기 때문에 게임을 즐기는데 있어서 큰 장애물이 된다. 본 논문에서는 다른 온라인게임이나 콘솔게임 같은 경우 명확한 목표를 지정해주지만 오픈월드 게임에서는 자유도라는 무기가 과하면 오히려 독이 될 수 있으므로 이와 같은 문제 해결 방법을 제시해 본다.

조직적 침체를 겪고 있는 특수고용노조들과 관련하여 초기조직화 후 노조활동경험에 대해서는 연구가 이루어지지 않은 상황에서 이 글은 특수고용노조운동으로서 가장 두드러진 활동을 전개해온 화물연대의 노조활동경험을 사례분석하여 특수고용노조 나아가 비정규노조의 활동에 있어서 고려해야 할 '노조운동의 동학'은 무엇인가를 탐색하였다. 연구자료로서 노조의 문서자료와 관련 연구결과자료 등을 이용하였다. 먼저 화물연대의 동학의 배경을 이루는 화물연대 5년의 전개과정을 환경, 전략, 요구, 조직, 투쟁, 교섭의 측면에서 그리고 성과와 한계를 개괄적으로 살펴보았다. 이를 바탕으로 화물연대의 전개과정에서 볼 수 있는 특수고용노조운동의 특수한 동학을 특수고용노조운동에 함의를 갖고 있다고 보이는 것에 초점을 맞추어 재정리하는 방식으로 추출하였다. 특수고용노조운동의 동학으로서 노동자성 불인정의 악영향, 노동자집단의식 형성의 어려움, 조직확대의 어려움, 조직의 동맥경화 가능성, 간부의 취약성, 대상, 공간 및 수준의 복잡성으로 인한 어려움, 높은 내외이질성으로 인한 어려움을 볼 수 있었다. 이러한 동학을 고려하여 초기조직화 이후 특수고용노조들이 집중해야 할 활동방향을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 연구의 한계와 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

6시그마 프로세스는 정의(Define), 측정(Measure), 분석(Analyze), 개선(Improve), 관리(Control)라는 다섯 스텝을 통하여 문제를 해결하고 성과를 달성한다. 이 다섯 단계 중에서 정의 단계는 프로젝트를 선정하고, 고객을 정의하고 프로젝트의 핵심 요인을 파악하며, 팀을 구성하고, 일정을 수립하는 일련의 과정으로서, 6시그마 활동전체의 방향을 제시하는 동시에, 이 활동이 그 조직에 얼마나 효과성이 결정되는 단계로서 6시그마 전 활동을 통하여 가장 중요한 단계라 할 수 있다. 6시그마 활동 중 정의 단계의 4 Step인 Project의 선정, Project의 정의, CTQ의 도출 및 선정, Project의 실행 계획은 프로젝트의 성공과 실패를 좌우하는 중요한 요인이다. 본 연구는 F사에서 수행했던 프로젝트를 대상으로 정의 단계의 각 Step마다 적정한 Activity에 따라 수행되었는가를 분석하여 F사의 6시그마 활동의 문제점을 조사하여 향후 6시그마 활동의 방향을 제시하려한다.

The purpose of this study is to present the direction of CSR activities for sustainable management by analyzing the mediating effect of management innovation on the relationship between corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities and financial performance. In order to verify the research hypothesis, the results of the questionnaire of 517 employees of domestic manufacturing companies were obtained and analyzed using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 20.0. First, CSR activities have a positive effect on management innovation. Second, management innovation and financial performance showed a positive relationship. Third, we confirmed the mediating effect of management innovation on CSR activities and financial performance. Lastly, we can confirm only the partial control effect according to the size of company in the relation of CSR activity and management innovation. It is necessary to establish systematic theories between CSR activities and financial performance through further analysis of various parameters in the future.

This study explores the factors that determine the quality of private information and how the subsequent consumption behavior is driven. The aim of the study is to discuss how the firms' collection of private information should be conducted and which factors are crucial to raising firm performances. The empirical test conducted with a sample of 331 online consumers suggest that credibility and skepticism were strongly influenced by website reputation and massive information collection, accordingly. Then, the established credibility and skepticism determined the quality of the provided information, ultimately influencing the subsequent consumption behaviors, which are revisit intention and switching intention. Especially, the falsity of provided information was a strong driver of the consumption behavior, highlighting the importance of the quality of provided information on firm performances.
