This paper proposes both global and local mobility management (MM) scheme improved from Multi Protocol Label Switching (MPLS)-based Mobility Management scheme (MPLS-MOB) for seamless service in Next Generation Network (NGN). The proposed scheme adds local MM on the existing MPLS-MOB which supports global MM by processing handover signaling by 2.5 layer switching via Label Switch Path (LSP) of MPLS. We numerically analyze and verify that the proposed scheme has lower handover latency time than the existing ones, such as micro-MM methods using MPLS as well as MIP and an interworking scenario between PMIP and MIP.

This study was to suggest the construction of work and expression authority records for FRBRization. ICP, FRBR/FRAD and RDA as the content rules were referred as the framework for the construction of work and expression authority records. LC RDA authority records examples, JSC of RDA authority examples, and VIAF work and expression authority records were analyzed as case studies. 5 findings were suggested. First, authority records consist of name, work, and expression authority records which are inter-related. Second, the construction of authorized access points was suggested according to 5 work types. Third, the consideration in describing work attributes as separate element and as part of an authorized access point, and other distinguishing characteristic of the work were suggested. Fourth, the consideration in describing expression attributes as separate element and as part of an authorized access point, and other distinguishing characteristic of the expression were suggested. Fifth, 5XX was suggested for linking between work and expression. This study would contribute to revise KCR4.

This study is related with globalization development plans of the convergence systems and policies for domestic fire industry. The current issues are analysed from the condition of the policy enforcement of fire industry promotion and analysis results of the fire industry's environment. Consequently, advanced plans of promotion law and overseas expansion plans for fire industry is proposed, Especially, overseas expansion plans include technology policy strategies and activate plans of overseas expansion support for fire industry. Plans of overseas expansion support for fire industry are discussed in terms of three detailed plans including with diversification of foreign exhibitions support of fire industry, dispatch expansion of overseas market pioneer and expansion of the asian emerging markets. Especially, plans of expansion of the asian emerging markets will lead the strategic performances including with establishment of superiority in domestic fire system, provision of infrastructure abroad in domestic fire industry and of Induction of establishment in domestic fire inspection systems.

This paper aims to analyze the characteristics of BTL, and to propose the effective models connecting BTL and project finance, through the analysis of current state and case study of BTL. The main results of this study are as follows. Firstly, BTL business have been increasing fast, and most of projects are middle size projects below 100 billion Won. Nextly, key suggestions for improving BTL business model are analyzed, which are, first, risk allocation between public and private interests, second, improvement of method for selecting private investment consortium, and third, alleviation of long-term burden of local finance. Finally, effective models for connecting BTL and project finance, which are, first, model for using asset backed securities, second, model for dividing project corporations into construction corporation and operation corporation, and third, model for risk allocation between public and private interests.

전력거래소는 매년 여름철 최대부하 계통을 포함해저 설비의 신증설 등 계통 변경사항이 발생하면 "전력계통 신뢰도 및 전기품질 유지기준"(지경부 고시, 2005. 11월 개정)을 만족하도록 운영방안을 수립하고 있다. 여기에는 전력계통 망의 구성방안, 융통한계량, 과도 및 전압안정도를 유지하기 위한 고장파급 방지장치의 운영방안 결정, 상정고장이 발생 했을 때의 조치방안 등을 포함한다. 이와 같은 계통운영방안을 보다 신뢰성 있게 수립하기 위해서는 우리나라 계통의 특성을 정확히 파악하는 일이 무엇보다 중요하다. 본 고는 올 하절기 최대부하 기간의 계통운영 실적자료를 이용하여 우리나라 계통의 특성을 분석하고, 실적계통의 최적화된 결과와 비교하여 운영개선방안을 도출하고자 한다. 검토결과는 향후 계통운영방안 수립을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 예정이다.

차세대 인터넷 사용자들을 위해서는 이동하면서 연속적으로 인터넷에 접속하고 통신할 수 있도록 지원하는 것이 필수적이다. 현재까지 Mobile IT를 기점으로 다양한 네트워크 계층에서의 이동성 지원 프로토콜들이 제안되어 왔다. 그런데 최근에는 네트워크 계층에서의 이동성 지원과는 전혀 다른 접근 방식으로서, 트랜스포트 계층에서 이동성을 지원하는 방안이 언급되고 있다. 트랜스포트 계층에서의 이동성 지원은 기존 네트워크 계층에서의 이동성 지원 방안처럼 코어 네트워크에 홈 에이전트나 외부 에이전트와 같은 특별한 엔터티들의 추가를 요구하지 않기 때문에 디플로이가 상대적으로 용이하며, 종단 간 이동성을 지원할 수 있기 때문에 네트워크 계층에서의 이동성 지원 방안에서 발생하는 터널링 오버헤드나 비효율적인 라우팅 문제를 피할 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 차세대 인터넷 환경인 IPv6 네트워크에서 WLAN 기반의 트랜스포트 계층 이동성 지원 방안을 제안한다 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안하는 방안이 네트워크 계층에서의 이동성 지원과 대등한 성능을 보임을 확인하였고, 특히 이동 노드의 속도가 빠를 때 새로운 네트워크에서의 IT 주소 획득 시간이 길 때, 네트워크 계층에서의 이동성 지원 방안보다 더 좋은 성능을 제공함을 볼 수 있었다.

Velocity estimation is one of important issues for efficient system management in mobile cellular systems. In this paper, a modified velocity estimation scheme which works in Adaptive Antenna System (AAS) is proposed. The proposed scheme estimates user velocity based on moving distance information and sojourn time information. From numerical results, it is shown that the proposed scheme can estimate user velocity accurately with low cost.

본 논문에서는 방송에 사용되는 주파수 이용 현황을 조사, 분석하였다. 주파수 이용 기본 정비 방안과 세부추진 방안을 분석하여 바람직한 활용방안을 제시하였다. 주파수 할당을 위한 경매 제도를 분석하여 DTV의 스펙트럼의 재활용 방안으로서의 적합성을 검토하였다. DTV의 리턴채널 가능성도 분석하였다. 분석한 결과를 토대로 3가지 활용방안을 제시하고 각 방안의 장단점도 언급하였다.

한국광산업진흥회 2005년도 제2차 이사회가 지난 11월 23일 서울 프라자호텔에서 14명의 이사가 참석한 가운데 개최되었다. 주요안건으로는 2005년도 사업추진실적 보고, 2005년도 제1회 추가경정예산(안), 2006년도 사업계획(안), 인사.복무 및 보수규정 중 일부 규정 개정(안), 회원의 가입 승인, 탈퇴.제명 및 회비부과기준(안) 등으로 44js 모두 원안대로 의결되었다. 진흥회는 이사회 개최결과 후속조치 계획으로 회원사 권역별 간담회 활성화 방안, 중국 장춘을 한.중 광산업 협력 파트너로 추가하는 방안, 광산업 제품별 표준화 추진 방안, 회원사간 공동으로 신규기술개발 아이템을 발굴하여 진흥회, 회원사가 공동출자 형식으로 하는 자회사를 설립하는 방안, 진흥회가 회원사를 주도할 수 있도록 우수인력을 확충하는 방안, 회원사를 분야별로 분류하여 분야별 협력가능 회원사간 협력네트웍을 구축하는 방안, S/W업체의 회원사 추가 확보 방안 등을 수립 추진해 나가기로 했다.

서울시 수치지형도를 유지관리하기 유지관리의 제도적, 기술적 방안과 유통 및 공급방안이 수립되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 제도적 방안을 위해 갱신주체, 대상 지형지물, 갱신주기, 공공 측량 승인 및 심사절차, 행정적인 절차 등의 요인을 분석하여 네 가지 방안을 제시하였고 기술적 방안을 위해 현재 수치지형도를 갱신할 수 있는 도면에 의한 디지타이징, 수정도화, 항공사진 스캐닝에 의한 방법, 수치정사사진에 의한 방법 등을 비교·분석하였다. 또한 유통 및 공급방안을 위해 공급대상, 공급내용, 공급형태, 공급방법 등을 분석하였다. 이러한 분석을 통해 현재 제작완료 단계에 있는 서울시 수치지형도의 유지관리 및 공급을 위한 최적의 방안을 제시할 수 있었다.
