디지털 케이블TV서비스는 헤드엔드(Head-End)센터로부터 QoS (Quality of Service)가 보장되는 케이블 HFC(Hybrid FiberCable)망을 통해 디지털 영상 방송이나 양방향서비스를 가입자 단말까지 제공하는 방송 통신 융합서비스이다. 본 고에서는 디지털 케이블TV 서비스를 제공하기 위한 디지털 케이블 네트워크 기술에 대해서 설명하고, 디지털 방송 및 양방향 서비스를 송출하는 방송센터시스템과 디지털 방송 기술에 대해 알아본 후 마지막으로 디지털 케이블TV의 향후 전망에 대해서 살펴보기로 한다.

현재 새로운 형태의 방송 통신 융합 서비스라 할 수 있는 TV 포털 서비스의 전개가 시작되고 있다. TV 포털 서비스는 인터넷 포털 및 디지털 방송을 사용자에게 보다 편리한 인터페이스를 통해 거실의 TV에서 제공하는 서비스이며, 고화질 미디어, 양방향 데이터, 게임, 교육 등의 서비스를 제공하므로 멀티미디어 저작, 전자상거래, 가전, 콘텐츠 공급자 등의 다양한 산업 분야에 새로운 시장을 형성할 수 있는 계기가 될 것으로 전망된다. 본 동향분석에서는 이의 개념 및 현황을 조사 분석한 내용을 기술하였다.

광대역 통합망(BcN: Broadband convergence Networks)이란 통신$.$방송$.$인터넷이 융합된 품질 보장형 광대역 멀티미디어 서비스를 언제 어디서나 끊임없이 안전하게 이용할 수 있는 차세대 통합네트워크를 말한다. 이를 위하여 BcN 전달망은 서비스 품질(QoS: Quality of Service) 보장, 고도의 통신망 관리 기능과 보안(Security) 기능, IPv6 주소체계의 수용을 통하여 다양한 서비스를 쉽게 창출할 수 있는 개방형 망구조(Open API)를 도입한 통신망으로 유선ㆍ무선ㆍ방송 등의 다양한 가입자망의 특성을 통합하여 수용해야 하며, 표준 인터페이스를 통해 다양한 응용서비스의 개발 및 이용 환경을 제공할 수 있어야 한다.(중략)

휴대용 지상파 DMB 서비스는 양방향 서비스를 매개체로 방송과 통신을 융합하는 시발점이 될 것으로 기대되며, 이런 서비스를 제공하기 위한 지상파 DMB용 미들웨어의 개발이 시급히 필요하다. 따라서, 현재 지상파 DMB 미들웨어는 다양한 데이터 방송서비스를 제공할 수 있는 최적화된 구조에 대한 표준화가 진행중이다. 본 논고에서는 지상파 DMB 미들웨어 표준화 동향을 살펴보고, 관련 미들웨어 기술들을 소개하고, 이들의 최근 동향을 소개한다.

방송 통신 융합의 트렌드에 따라 인터넷을 이용한 방송 서비스인 IPTV 서비스가 TPS중 하나로 시장과 업계에 많은 관심을 끌고 있다. MRG 보고서에 따르면 2005년에 8.8억 달러의 시장을 형성하였으며, 2009년에는 99억 달러의 시장을 예상하고 있다. 최근들어 많은 나라들에서 IPTV 서비스를 개시하였으며, 표준화 기관들도 IPTV 서비스에 더욱 관심을 가지고 표준화를 진행하고 있다. 본 고에서는 전세계 IPTV 서비스 동향에 대해 간략하게 살펴보고, IPTV 기술 및 서비스에 대한 표준화를 진행하고 있는 대표적인 8개 단체들의 활동에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

National Radio Research Agency(RRA) has legislated technical regulations of telecommunication equipments. These technical regulations are related to safety of operators and users, service quality, accessibility for the disabled, interoperability and network connection of terminal equipment. Also, RRA drives the establishment or amendment of technical regulations for terminal equipment considering the evolution of ICT technicology and diversification of services. In 2013, RRA researched the amendment of technical regulations in relation to terminal equipment, which are related to the measurement frequency for signal band power, unwanted signal power, pulse shape.

In recent decades, human action recognition (HAR) has demonstrated potential applications in sports analysis, human-robot interaction, and large-scale signage content. In this paper, spatial temporal attention graph convolutional network (STAGCN)-based HAR system is proposed. Spatioal-temmporal features of skeleton sequences are assigned different weights by STAGCN, enabling the consideration of key joints and viewpoints. From simulation results, it has been shown that the performance of the proposed model can be improved in terms of classification accuracy in the NTU RGB+D dataset.

The multimedia streaming service in NGN architecture is not only to deliver video streaming (VoD, Broadcasting TV, etc.) but also to provide new services and service bundles, such as Triple Play (IPTV + VoIP + Internet). Among these services, Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) is becoming a convergence of communication, content, computing, as well as an integration of broadcasting and telecommunication services. In this paper, we addresses enhanced IPTV management scheme aspect of E2E from Home Network to Head End Center over NGN to support efficient service management with a full quality of service (QoS) guarantee.

IPTV, which is convergence of Communication and Broadcasting, has improved quickly recently. This service can provide high quality and various services to their customers, such as choosing channels freely, VOD and many kinds of Interactive service. As the technology of IPTV rapid development, more and more people worry about its disadvantages during the spread and apply, for instance, the illegal application, illegal copy, access authority abuse and the danger of the IPTV contents. This paper will provide the solution to solve these problems, through the Public Key Certificate of PKI(Public Key Infrastructure) and the Attribute Certificate of PMI(Privilege Management Infrastructure).

The broadcast service environment is changed to the complicated equipment configuration of the server and network-based for the advanced technology application and various service providings. The broadcasting market is growing rapidly by the development of broadcasting environment. But as to the domestic production broadcasting equipment industry, the satisfaction of request of the consumer and market competitive power is showing the limit due to the development of the single focused on goods and sale. This research gathered the opinion of the broadcasting technology experts and investigated the reality of usage of the domestic device in the broadcasting system. And according to the investigation result we discovers the hybrid system model that synergy can come out in which the domestic device more than 2 combines out and there is the purpose.
