Influence of Travel Show Visitor's Benefit Sought and Service Quality on the Behavioral Intentions -Focused on Hanatour International Travel Show Visitors 2012- (여행박람회 방문객의 추구편익과 서비스품질이 행동의도에 미치는 영향 -2012 하나투어 여행박람회 방문객을 대상으로-)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of benefit sought and service quality of the travel show visitors who are used as advertisements of tourism companies due to increase of tourism on the behavioral intentions and to use as a useful information to plan travel show. For this study, 240 visitors from Hanatour International Travel Show are selected. And 203 valid questionnaires are analyzed. With collected materials, SPSS 17.0, AMOS 7.0 program was used to verify research problems. As a result, travel show visitors' benefit sought don't have any influence on the behavioral intentions to revisit and to recommend. Second, travel show visitors' service quality have a positive influence on the behavioral intentions to revisit and to recommend. Thus travel show host should try hard to make travel show be an important tourism resource by continuous improvement of service quality.

  • 오늘날 인터넷 대중화로 다양한 분야에 걸쳐 누구나 쉽게 정보 공유가 가능한 환경 속에 살고 있다. 최근 모바일 기기들의 확산으로 커피전문점 방문 할 때 정보검색의 영향력이 커짐에 따라 인터넷 후기 등이 작성되어 있는 블로그는 목적지 선택에 많은 영향을 미치고 있다. 본 연구에서는 정보검색을 포함한 기존의 커피전문점의 선택속성의 커피전문점의 만족도와의 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 정보검색을 통해 방문한 적이 있는 커피전문점 방문자를 대상으로 176개의 설문지를 회수 하였고, SPSS 18.0를 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 정보검색 일치성을 포함한 커피전문점의 기존의 선택속성들을 독립변수로 두고, 커피전문점의 추천도를 종속변수로 두어 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 정보검색을 통해 커피전문점 방문시 '분위기와 정보검색결과의 일치성', '일반적 선택속성', '커피의 맛', '주차 편리성' 요인이 추천에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 기존의 여러 동적 추천 시스템에서는 웹 페이지들 사이의 유사도와 로그 파일 안에들어 있는 사용자들의 패턴을 이용하였기 때문에 연관된 페이지 뿐 아니라 단순히 순차적으로 연결되는 문서를 추천 페이지로 제공할 수 있었다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 방식에 각 페이지가 점유하는 시간의 분석을 더하려 한다. Data를 여러 분야로 나눌 수 있는 전자상거래의 특성을 이용하여 개개의 클러스터로 분류된 사이트들의 로그파일을 분석하여 점유시간의 크기와 무의미하게 보내어 지는 시간을 가중치를 주어 구별해내는 결과를 바탕으로 사용자가 주로 방문하는 연관성이 높다고 판단되는 웹 페이지를 추천하는 방법을 제안한다.

A Study on Satisfaction, Revisit Intention, and Recommendation Intention Regarding Local Food Restaurants Based on Visitors' Motivation for a Local Festival (지역축제의 방문동기에 따른 향토음식점 만족도와 재방문 의도, 추천 의도에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims at analyzing influential relations among satisfaction, revisit intention, and recommendation intention regarding local food restaurants, based on the motivation to visit the Gimje local festival, a representative festival in Korea. It also offers useful basic materials for related organizations. From October 2 to October 6, 2013, a survey was conducted and a statistic processing was performed with 283 copies of questionnaire for credibility analysis, factor analysis, and regression analysis. The results are as follows. First, three motives for visit were drawn as cultural experience factor, deviation factor, and friendliness factor. Second, for hypothesis 1, the motivation for visiting the festival had a positive (+) significant influence on satisfaction with the local food restaurants. Third, for hypothesis 2, satisfaction with the local food restaurants had a positive (+) significant influence on revisit intention to the local food restaurants. Fourth, for hypothesis 3, satisfaction with the local food restaurants had a positive (+) significant influence on recommendation intention to the local food restaurants. Consequently, for the purpose of activating festivals, it is necessary to offer a variety of food, to manage the programs satisfying visitors' needs, and to give services continuously.

  • This study aims to analyze customer satisfaction, revisit intention, and recommendation intention of food styling of Korean fusion cuisine in order to establish the development of food styling of Korean fusion cuisine and to develop the marketing strategies for food styling of Korean fusion cuisine. A survey was conducted in Korean fusion restaurants during the month of August 2013. A valid sample of 150 questionnaire sheets returned were analyzed using SPSS version 21.0. Results of this study showed that food styling of Korean fusion cuisine influenced customer satisfaction, revisit intention, and recommendation intention. Food styling factors such as food and plate, linen and centerpiece, cutlery, and, glassware influenced customer satisfaction, revisit intention, and, recommendation intention. This study suggests to develop a scheme for modern food styling for the globalization of Korean cuisine.

  • While many users searched for insurance information online, there were not many cases of contents recommendation researches on insurance companies' websites. Therefore, this study proposed a page recommendation system with high possibility of preference to users by utilizing page visit history of insurance companies' websites. Data was collected by using client-side storage that occurs when using a web browser. Collaborative filtering was applied to research as a recommendation technique. As a result of experiment, we showed good performance in item-based collaborative (IBCF) based on Jaccard index using binary data which means visit or not. In the future, it will be possible to implement a content recommendation system that matches the marketing strategy when used in a company by studying recommendation technology that weights items.

  • Smartphone users select restaurants using restaurant recommendation apps and use previous visitors' reviews as key decision-making information. It has not been studied yet how users react to negative reviews and how their reactions lead into the dining decision. In this study, we examined whether there are differences in the influence of negative reviews on intention to visit the restaurant according to users' decision making styles. This study confirmed negative reviews affect user decision differently according to three attributes (food, service, and atmosphere), and also partially verified that the effects of negative reviews are different according to decision-making style.

  • The objectives of this study are to analyze the effects of major factors influencing cruise ship passengers' satisfaction with a port of call on overall satisfaction with it and the differences in satisfaction with the domestic port of calls. To achieve these objectives, as a conceptual framework of the study, cruise tourism and tourist satisfaction were reviewed, and the empirical studies on cruise ship passengers's perceptions toward the Korean port of calls were conducted. According to the findings of this study, the following suggestions were presented to the local governments with the port of calls. The local governments are required to improve the food services provided around the port of call areas, and in addition, in case of Cheju, improvement of tourism information service which is verified as the most significant factor affecting passenger's overall satisfaction with the port of call is needed as well.

A Study on the Characteristics of Repeat Foreign Tourists to Korea (한국을 재방문하는 외래 관광객의 특성에 관한 연구)

  • This study is focused on analyzing the characteristics of repeat foreign tourists to Korea and suggest how to increase the repeat ratio. As the result of analysis, there were significant differences in the variables of sex, age, country in the case of demographic characteristics and in the variables of travel types, the number of company, the purpose of visit, accommodations, major visiting places and visiting areas in the case of travel characteristic. And also there were significant differences in the variables of accommodation fees per person and expenses per person in their own country in the case of travel expenses and in the variables of immigration formalities, public transportations, accommodations, foods, shopping, tourist attractions and security in the case of satisfaction. Lastly there were significant differences in the variables of revisit intention within 3 years, recommendation intention, the image of Korea(before trip) and the image of Korea(after trip) in the case of behavior intention after trip and image evaluation. Therefore it should be considered the characteristics of repeat foreign tourists when we make the tourism products to increase the repeat ratio.

  • 본 논문은 안드로이드 플랫폼의 내장 센서 중 만보기 기능을 구현할 수 있는 걸음 횟수 센서(Step Counter Sensor)와 걸음 감지 센서(Step Detector Sensor), GPS 센서, Google Map API, 공공 데이터 포털 Open API를 활용하여 국내 여행지 및 국내 지역 축제 정보를 제공하는 애플리케이션을 설계하고 구현한다. 이 애플리케이션은 특정 걸음 수를 달성했을 때 국내 여행지를 무작위로 추천하여 추천 지역까지의 걸음 수를 카운트하는 방식으로 사용자에게 목표를 부여하고, 추천 국내 여행지 방문 및 축제 참여 기회와 성취감을 얻도록 한다.
