In modern train systems, the high-speed and the high-density of train operation have been required. Effective train control systems need various information interchanged between the ground-site and on-board devices. So the systems are essential to the digital systems to admit lots of information and to raise the accuracy of transmission. In this paper, it is dealt with a transmission of digital information between on-board and ground. Especially, this paper shows the experiment of data transmission and realize the system for information transmission in railway system.

We aim to explain the role of corporate's 'long-term orientation' and 'asset specificity' in the process of SCM(Supply Chain Management) practices' effect on SCM performances, with empirical study about 167 manufacturing companies ail over the country. With confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model using AMOS program, we conclude long-term orientation and asset specificity act as 'infra-structural role', rather than 'Intermediate role', in the process of SCM practice's effect on SCM performances.

Government-sponsored Research Institutes (GRIs) have made a great contribution to the development of Korea's Science and Technology (S&T). However, recently, GRIs are facing the challenge of many problems, for instance, absence of reasonable strategies, insufficient resources, and so on. Therefore, many GRIs are required for solving these problems by enhancing their strategic management capabilities. For this purpose, this paper suggests a Strategic Management Audit Model for Korean GRIs. The concept of Strategic Management Audit Model has not been widely adopted in Korean GRIs. In this paper, we suggest GRI-specific Strategic Management Model and apply it to Korea Basic Science Institute (KBSI), which is under the Korea Research Council of Fundamental Science and Technology (KRCF). Based on our strategic management audit, we propose several potential strategies for Korean Basic Research Institutes (KBSI). Our model and its implications will also be helpful for other Korean GRIs.

다양한 연구분야에서 웹을 대부분 응용의 프레임워크 또는 GUI 사용하려는 거역할 수 없는 흐름에 발 맞추어 국내에서도 전자상거래와 관련한 법규가 가시화될 전망으로 웹을 이용한 상거래 움직임 또한 더욱 활발할 것으로 보인다. 이와 같이 다양해지는 웹 응용을 위해서는 지금까지의 웹 보안 기술로 부인봉쇄와 같은 보안 서비스를 제공하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근 다양해지는 웹 보안 요구 사항을 만족시키는 프로토콜로 IETF에 의해 제안된 S-HTTP(Secure HTTP, Secure HyperText Transfer Protocol)를 기반으로 하는 웹 시스템인 SecWeb의 개발을 위한 시스템 모델, 구현 환경 및 개발된 시스템 그리고 적용 가능한 시나리오를 기술하였다. 개발된 SecWeb의 대표적인 응용분야로는 전자서명에 의한 부인봉쇄서비스가 중요하게 요구되는 분야들을 생각할 수 있다.

기존의 인터넷 프로토콜 IPv4의 32-bit 주소 field는 미래의 인터넷 관련 제품의 수요 증가에 미치지 못하는 한계성을 내포하고 있다. 따라서, 128-bit 주소 field 를 가진 IPv6 에 관한 연구가 IPv6 포럼을 중심으로 진행되고 있다. 본 논문은 IPv6의 한 관심분야인 멀티호밍 특히 Site Exit 라우터들 간의 멀티호밍 기법에 관해 서술하였다. 또한, IPv4 및 IPv6에서 기존의 Site Exit 라우터들 간에 널리 쓰이는 BGP Routing 알고리즘을 멀티호밍에 적합하도록 수정한 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 그러므로, 이 알고리즘을 통한 Redundancy 와 Load-Sharing의 이점을 살릴 수 있으며 BGP의 수정은 적으므로 기존의 라우터를 어렵지 않게 멀티호밍에 적합하도록 변환 시킬 수 있다.

The Incheon International Airport Express(I'Rex) is the railroad that connects Incheon International Airport, Gimpo Airport and Seoul Station. I'Rex is now under construction, and it will be connected to Gimpo Airport by 2007, to Seoul Station by 2010. However, there has been no discussion on how th connect different routes of railway Systems. Therefore it seems likely that rail passenger demand will be lower than that of limousine bus. Therefor, this paper proposes 4 effective connecting methods for I'Rex - (1) Shuttle transport, (2) Short-distance connecting transport (Inside I'Rex, Seoul Subway Line 9, 'Han-River line') (3) Mid-distance connecting transport (Jung-ang, Tae-baek, Young-dong line) (4) Long-distance connecting transport (Korean Train Express (Korean high speed railroad)) These methods can increase the connectivity of I'Rex with existing railroads and the competition power of I'Rex against a highway.

본 논문은 지금까지 제안되어 온 인터넷 멀티캐스트 라우팅 프로토콜에 대하여 살펴본다. 지금까지 제안되어 온 방식들은 크게 SBT(Source Based Tree) 및 CBT(Center Based Tree) 방식으로 분류할 수 있다. SBT 방식은 하나의 송신자에서 각 수신자에 이르는 최단 경로 트리를 구하여, 데이터 전송지연 시간 측면에서 효율적인 반면에, 불필요한 제어 메시지의 수가 많이 발생하여 확장성(scalability) 문제를 갖는다. 반면에 CBT 방식은 여러 송신자가 멀티캐스트 트리를 공유하는 공유형(shared) 트리 구성 방식이며, 송신자와 수신자 모두 센터(center) 노드에 이르는 최단 경로를 통해 데이터를 주고 받는다. 이 방식은 SBT 방식에 비해 확장성 측면에서 효율적인 반면에 전송지연 시간이 길다. 향후의 관련 연구에서는 확장성과 전송지연 및 네트워크 자원의 효율적인 이용을 고려한 멀티캐스트 라우팅 기법이 개발되어야 할 것이다.

A 21-year-old woman ingested 1,250 mg of diphenhydramine in a single overdose. Diphenhydramine, a rare ingredient in over-the-counter medication, is used to treat insomnia in Korea. Toxicity is usually limited to anticholinergic symptoms. The standard approach to therapy for the treatment of diphenhydramine overdose is supportive care, including physostigmines and sodium bicarbonates. Here, we review the literature and for the first time report a case of acute diphenhydramine overdosage in Korea, complicated with seizures.

HYREV (Hanyang univ. Reverberation model)은 천해에서 적용 가능한 고주파 단상태 잔향음 모델이다. 천해에서 발생하는 잔향음은 외해에 비해 경계면 산란 영향이 크기 때문에 경계면 산란 영향을 정확히 포함한 잔향음 모델 개발이 필요하다. 본 모델에서는 고유음선(eigenray) 계산을 통하여 음원과 산란체까지의 도달시간과 전달손실을 계산 하였으며 경계면 산란 예측은 복합 거칠기(composite roughness) 모델을 이용하였다. 모델의 검증을 위하여 GSM(generic sonar model) 잔향음 모의 신호 및 실측 잔향음 신호와 비교하였으며 비교 결과 GSM 보다 HYREV 모델이 천해 잔향음 예측에 적합함을 확인할 수 있었다.

수중 폭발성 음원(SUS)을 이용한 천해 저주파 잔향음 실험을 97년 제주 해역에서 실시하였다 측정된 신호를 고유음선 정보를 이용하여 시간영역에서 잡음, 반사, 산란 영역으로 구분하고 각 영역에 대해서 주파수별 스펙트럼 분석을 실시하였으며 각 영역이 갖는 확률적 특성을 분석하였다. 실험해역은 안정된 해저 형태를 갖는 천해였으므로 산란 신호는 일정한 크기를 갖고 지속적으로 수신되었다. 스펙트럼 분석 결과, 시간에 따른 안정성을 갖는 주파수 대역을 확인할 수 있었으며 구분된 영역별 위상은 반사영역과 산란영역의 위상 특성을 잘 반영하고 있었다. 구분된 각 영역에 대해 1/3 옥타브 벤드로 필터링 하여 확률 특성을 분석한 결과 주파수영역의 실수부와 허수부는 각각 정규 분포를 보였으며 그것의 진폭(envelope)은 레일리 분포를 나타냈다. 또한 산란신호의 위상은 저주파 대역에서 유니폼 분포 특성을 나타내어 잔향음의 기본적인 확률 특성을 잘 반영하고 있었다.
