Neonatal lupus erythematosus (NLE) is a rare disease characterized by typical clinical features and the transplacental passage of maternal autoantibodies, particularly anti-SSA/Ro. The major clinical manifestations are cutaneous lupus lesions, congenital heart block, hematological disorders, and hepatobiliary diseases. We report a case of NLE presenting with multiple round and oval target-like erythematous skin lesions and abnormal liver function, born to a clinically asymptomatic mother whose diagnosis was made retrospectively only after her newborn's diagnosis. Both the infant and the mother were positive for the anti-SSA/Ro and anti-SSB/La antibodies.

Novel bipolar transresistance amplifier(TRA) and its offset-compensated TRA for high-performance current-mode signal processing are described. The TRA consist of two current follower for a current inputs, a current summer for the current-difference, a resistor for the current to voltage converter, and a voltage follower for the voltage output. The offset-compensated TRA adopts diode-connected npn and pnp transistor to reduce offset voltage in the TRA. The simulation results show that the TRA has impedance of 0.5 Ω at the input and the output terminal. The offset voltages at these terminals is 40 mV The offset-compensated TRA has the offset voltage of 1.1 mV and the impedance of 0.25 Ω. The 3-dB cutoff frequency is 40 MHz for the two TRA＇s when used as a current to voltage converter with unit-gain transresistance. The power dissipation is 11.25 mW.

Attenuated varicella-zoster virus(VZV) was cultured in human embryonic lung cells. The effects of serum type and its concentration on the production of VZV were studied. Regardless of cell culture conditions, VZV yield was increased with multiplicity of infection, and the total cell concentration was decreased after virus infection. The newborn calf serum, calf serum, or horse serum was not as good as the fetal bovine serum or calf serum supplemented with iron for the propagation of VZV in the human embryonic lung cells. The yields of total VZV(cell-associated virus and cell-free virus) in the medium with calf serum containing iron were comparable to those in the medium supplemented with fetal bovine serum. Furthermore, some components of serum appear to be important for the maintenance of VZV infectivity.

Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a multisystemic autoimmune disease characterized by the production of a wide range of autoantibodies, resulting in tissue damage. Although the susceptibility to SLE has been attributed to complex interactions between genetic and environmental factors, the influence of a genetic predisposition to SLE is supported by observations of familial aggregations. Family studies have found that siblings with an SLE-affected relative have a 20-fold higher risk of developing SLE compared with the general population. Here, we present a rare case of two male siblings with SLE. The clinical, laboratory, and histopathological findings of these individuals showed the characteristic features of SLE. Human leukocyte antigen (HLA) typing revealed that the brothers and their mother shared the common HLA haplotype of DRB1*1501 and DQB1*0602, which is significantly associated with disease susceptibility in both family-based and casecontrol studies. This report provides an opportunity to reveal the role of genetic factors in the development of SLE.

Neonatal lupus(NL) is characterized by typical clinical features and the presence of maternal autoantibodies. The principal serologic markers of NL are anti-Ro/SSA or anti-La/SSB maternal autoantibodies, which are transferred across the placenta and can be detected for the first few months of the affected child. The major clinical manifestations are cardiac disease, notably congenital heart block, and cutaneous lupus lesions. Hepatobiliary disease is relatively rare clinical manifestation of NL. We experienced a case of NL with abnormal liver function test and skin lesion.

Neonatal lupus erythematosus(NLE) is a distinct subset of lupus characterized by cutaneous findings, cardiac conduction defects, hepatic or hematologic abnormalities. These manifestations are associated with the presence of maternal auto-antibodies such as anti-SSA/Ro, anti-SSB/La, and rarely anti-RNP($U_1RNP$) antibodies. Cases of $U_1RNP$ antibody-positive NLE have somewhat atypical cutaneous manifestation without cardiac or systemic abnormalities. We report a case of cutaneous NLE associated with $U_1RNP$ antibodies.

본 논문은 현재 컴퓨터 사용자들에게 많은 피해를 입히고 있는 악성 스크립트 코드에 대한 탐지기법을 제시하고자 한다. 스크립트 언어는 타 언어에 비해서 단순하며, 상위 수준의 언어로 작성된 소스를 직접 분석가능하기 때문에 기존의 이진 파일 형태의 바이러스 비해 정적 분석 기법 적용이 용이하다. 제안하는 탐지 기법은 기존의 스코어링 방식을 기반으로 한 패턴 매칭과는 달리 스크립트가 수행하는 악성 행위의 분석을 통해 행위 패턴을 생성하고, 이 패턴들을 정적 분석 기법을 통해 패턴간의 관계 분석을 통해 보다 확실한 악성 행위를 탐지하여 스크립트에 포함된 악성행위들을 보고한다. 기존 대부분의 바이러스 탐지 도구들은 이미 알려진 바이러스들만을 탐지 할 수 있다. 정적 분석 기법을 이용한 악성 스크립트 탐지 방법은 악성 행위 별 패턴 존재 여부를 판단하므로 이미 알려진 바이러스는 물론 알려지지 않은 바이러스를 탐지 할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

순수하게 분리 정제된 AAAV를 "helper"인 가금 adenovirus와 공동으로 11일령의 계태아에 감염시켰으며 토끼 유래 특히 항혈청을 사용하여 AAAV의 증식성을 추시하였다. AAAV의 증식은 "helper"와의 공동감염인 경우에만 인정되었으며 "helper"의 양과 AAAV의 증식은 서로 일치하였으나, AAAV와의 공동감염인 경우 "helper"의 증식은 억제되는 경향을 보였다. 이 시험에 공여된 7주의 가금 adenovirus중 6주는 AAAV의 증식을 위한 "helper"능을 부여하였으며 "helper"로써의 기능은 계태아에서의 증식성과 일치하였다. 계태아에 순화된 (CELO) 바이러스를 "helper"로 하여 계태아에서의 AAAV의 증식을 조사한바, $10^5$ PFU의 CELO 바이러스를 "helper"로 하였을 경우 접종후 5일에 최고에 달하였다.
