This study investigates the current situation of medical technologists for blood collection, which is considered the most important step for diagnosis. The survey enrolled 650 medical technologists working in hospitals and medical check centers in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam. We found that each medical technologist performed blood collection for about 100 patients. There was more than one blood collection failure per day, with more than one case of pain and filing of civil complaints per year. Hence, there was a high work burden on the medical technologists. Cases where a medical technologist was stabbed with a used needle occurred more than once a year, and about 15% of them received infection control and treatment because of stab wounds. Additionally, more than half of the participants suffered from musculoskeletal disorders and mental stress due to blood collection work. Unlike administering intravenous and intramuscular injections using the same needle, no fee is charged for blood collection. Based on the results of this study, it will be possible to improve the safety and rights of medical technologists by calculating the actual fee for blood collection work and assigning a relative value score.

본 연구는 직역연금 간 이동자의 연금수급권 확보를 위해 도입된 합산 제도의 문제점을 파악하고 이를 해소하기 위한 대안을 제시한다. 합산은 2015년의 연금법 개정으로 연금수급조건이 10년으로 하향 조정되어 그 실효성이 크게 약화되었다. 무엇보다 합산 기간에 대해 최종적으로 연금을 지급하는 직역연금에 재정적으로 불리하여 직역연금 간 재정부담의 형평성의 문제를 야기시킨다. 합산 시 납부하는 합산반납금 또는 수급자였던 자가 합산하는 경우 이체 받는 연금액은 연금지급을 위한 충분한 재원이 되지 못하기 때문이다. 또한 합산은 연금액 이체 시의 정산과 같은 비효율적 업무 혹은 관련 법령의 불완비성에 의해 제기되는 민원과 소송의 원인이 되기도 하는 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 직역연금 간 합산은 연계로 전환하도록 제도 개선이 필요함을 주장한다. 연계를 통해 연금수급권 확보라는 합산의 도입 취지를 훼손하지 않으면서 합산의 문제점을 해소할 수 있기 때문이다. 그 구체적 방법으로 현재의 국민연금과 직역연금 간의 연계 제도를 확대하여 공적연금 간의 연계 제도로 확대할 것을 제시한다. 이 경우 기존의 법 제도와 정보연계시스템을 활용함으로써 직역연금 간의 연계 제도를 위한 많은 수고와 노력을 줄일 수 있다.

본 연구는 결혼이민자들의 성공적인 정착을 위해서는 그 수단 중의 하나로서 정보격차 수준의 완화를 통하여 정보불평등에 따른 사회불평등을 해소시켜 주기 위한 정보화교육 활성화의 정책적 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 결혼이민자의 정보격차해소를 위한 정책적 시사점은 첫째, 결혼이민자를 위한 공공기관과 그들이 자주 이용하는 기관의 정보화 교육프로그램의 다양화에 따른 정보 접근권의 확대, 둘째, 인터넷을 통한 사회참여 활동 기회제공을 위한 시스템 구축마련, 셋째, 디지털기기를 이용한 이체, 송금, 계좌조회, 공인인증서, 세금납부, 각종 민원서류발급, 공과금, 고지서 확인, 각종 복지 및 보조금 신청, 공공서비스 관련 정보검색 등의 업무 능력 향상을 위한 '찾아가는 맞춤형 서비스 프로그램' 확대, 넷째, 인터넷 비이용자들을 위한 교재개발과 체계적인 커리큘럼 개발을 위한 교육기관 지원정책 확대, 다섯째, 결혼이민자를 위한 컴퓨터 자격증반의 운영을 활성화를 통한 취업 및 창업의 기반을 지원해주어야 함을 제시하였다.

대학교에 민원, 문의 등 업무용 전화가 많이 오가는 상황에서 사용자가 원하는 부서, 교직원의 전화번호를 알아내기 위해 직접 검색하는 과정에 대한 솔루션을 제공하기 위해 본 논문에서는 대학 교직원들의 전화번호와 부서의 정보를 저장하고 있는 CSV 파일을 챗봇 시스템에서 요구하는 모양과 특성에 맞게 데이터를 가공하고 알맞은 정보를 제공하기 위해 사용자의 질의 문장을 해체 분석하여 필요 정보에 대하여 답변을 해주는 대학 교직원 번호 안내 챗봇 시스템을 개발하였다.

현대사회에서 인터넷 그리고 스마트폰을 비롯한 각종 모바일기기는 이제 국민 모두가 사용하는 필수품이 되었다. 통신은 의사전달 수단과 단순한 소통의 개념을 넘어서 교통, 문화, 산업 그리고 소셜미디어의 활용 등을 통해서 국민 개개인의 주요한 생활 일부분이 되었다. 또한 정부는 디지털정부 구현을 위해 각종 민원서류 및 정부 업무를 통신망을 통한 원격 서비스로 수행가능할 수 있도록 운영계획을 발표하였다. 이러한 계획이 실현되고 현재 우리가 이용하고 있는 모든 유무선 통신서비스가 안정적으로 구현되기 위해서는 통신망의 안전성 확보가 가장 중요한 핵심적 요소이다. 따라서, 본 연구는 통신 분야 국가핵심기반 영역을 관리하는 주요통신사업자의 통신망과 서비스의 안전성 확보를 위해 기능연속성계획(COOP)수립 방향을 도출하고자 한다.

It may not be strange to anticipate that the forth-coming epoch of electronic government would bring us lots of convenience on account of ubiquitous environment with mobile devices. Such environment enables us to access the up-to-date information anytime and also a worker to carry out administration services to perform one's line of duty at anytime with electronic, handy devices such as PDA. What we now recognize from the field of electronic traffic administration services is that the office work flow as well as the public services has been remarkably improved by using of not only text but video and image information under the distributed, mobile environment. One of key requirements of this kinds of services is the feature of exchanging various information among multiple information publishers and subscribers. We call this feature Messaging Services generally The study in this paper focuses on the architecture design of the Messaging Engine software, complying with the pattern-oriented software architecture design methodology. And our contribution also goes to the discovery of three architecture patterns found in the design process and the efficient multi-threading architecture compared to one of the Messaging Engine solutions.

Recently the importance of operational risk is gradually increasing in risk management of financial institute. Especially the service interruption caused by system failure can lead to customer complaints, decrease of profit and customer secession. Thus, financial industry makes diverse effort to minimize the impact caused by the system failure of IT application. Common modules are used in IT system in financial industry to exclude redundant development and to use the system efficiently. However, when a failure in common module is occurred, the risk that affects all the tasks using the common module exists. In this study, the damage affected by a failure in application program is prevented separating common module which has a large risk by task in the perspective of IT operational risk. In order to cope with damage, the research on the factors related to common module is conducted and proposes the separating common module standard for decrease of operational risk of the financial IT.

This study investigated the differences in emotional labor, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment by job type, and the effect of emotional labor on job satisfaction and organizational commitment for public library employees. Using SPSS 27.0, the survey contents were performed frequency analysis, factor analysis, validity analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. As a result of the study, it was found that the librarianship experienced more emotional labor than non-librarians, and the frequency of emotional labor increased depending on whether or not the civil service was included, and had a negative effect on overall job satisfaction and job condition satisfaction. However, in the case of psychological response to job satisfaction, library data work was found to be high. In terms of user service, emotional labor that occurs in librarians' work has two sides, which can have both positive and negative effects on the librarian's job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Therefore, practical measures to reduce the frequency and emotional dissonance of emotional labor and increase the diversity of emotional labor should be included in the user response manual and future mental health promotion program development.

This study is intended to analyze the actual condition of operating the full-text information disclosure system of government and Officials' Perceptions. According to the results of analysis, the public servant group's level of full-text information disclosure system was high. With regard to the positive and negative function of full-text information disclosure, an expectation for positive function was high in the aspect of assuring the transparency of administration. And public servants were worried about an increase in the burden of administrative duties. With regard to factors in hindering the development of full-text information disclosure, it was shown that the percentage of clients' abuse and misuse of full-text information was the highest. For the activation of full-text information disclosure system, it is necessary to prepare measures for preventing the abuse and misuse of full-text information.

As construction projects have been extremely enormous, complex and special, risk factors have been increased consistently. Therefore, it is very important to identify and cope with the uncertain risk factors in such building constructions for successful project accomplishment. The purpose of this research is to approach practical affairs directly and show detail alternatives of risk factors by extracting the risk factors throughout construction process of curtain wall that is largely influenced on cost, quality, schedule ,safety and following activity. Also, extracting these risk factors make it possible to analyze quantitative risk and decide the priority raking of risk factors. Especially, this research is aimed to provide efficient management of scheduling risk that can make the risk minimize to practical workers who have different degree of knowledge and experience to the construction cite when the risk brings out suddenly.
