The international standards, ISO 15489 and Family Code, recommend using functional classification method both in public and private organizations. In this study made a comparative analysis of the details of classification systems through case studies on records classification systems of a total of seven comprehensive construction companies in Korea including three large corporations and four small and medium-size businesses. Findings of this study suggester the direction of developing construction records classification system and its methodology. By summarizing classification standards derived from these case studies, key construction records classification standards were presented.

공개키 기반구조를 이용한 정보보호 서비스 개발이 활발히 추진되고 있다. 우리나라에서도 1999년 7월 전자서명법이 발효된 이후 민간부분 공개키 기반 구조를 이용한 다양한 인증기관이 구축되고 있고, 이는 전자상거래 시스템의 안전성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다. 그러나 현재 정부 공개키 기반 구조 구축은 완료되지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 미국, 호주, 유럽, 그리고 캐나다에서 수행해왔던 공개키 기반 구조와 관련된 과제의 내용을 파악하고, 각 나라에서 구성된 PKI의 특성을 분석하며, 이를 바탕으로 국내 공개키 기반 구조를 위한 기술 표준안을 제시한다.

The accurate estimation of construction cost is critical for effective budgeting and financing of the project. Accurate estimates also allow for informed decisions when considering the responsiveness of bids or proposals and for a contractor to better monitor construction progress. However, current method for construction cost of the public educational facility uses a basic criteria in Korea, e.g, construction cost per unit floor area. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine present architectural work cost rate of elementary, middle, and high school delivered by BTL(Build-Transfer-Lease). We examined real construction cost of educational facility according to level of school, such as elementary, middle, and high school. The examination revealed that unit price of BTL educational construction cost are different to the level of school, but the composing rate of architectural work cost of the educational facility are very similar. As a result, it is recommended that future researches are initiated to create specific methods to support the accurate cost estimation of educational facility.

Public-Private-Partnerships tend to be committed high project development cost and recover the cost through future revenue during the operation period. In general, long-term concession can bring on more revenue to private investors, but short-term concession less revenue due to the short recovering opportunities. The concession period is usually determined by government in advance or by the private sectors's proposal although it is a very crucial factor for the PPPs. Accurate traffic forecasting should be most important in planing and evaluating the operation period in that the forecasted traffic determines the project revenue with user fees in PPPs. In this regards, governments and the private investors are required to consider the traffic forecast risk when determining concession period. This study proposed a model for the optimal concession period in the PPPs transportation projects. Monte Carlo simulation was performed to find out the optimal concession period while traffic forecast uncertainty is considered as a project risk under the expected return of the private sector. The simulation results showed that the optimal concession periods are 17 years and 21 years at 5.5% and 7% discount level, respectively. This study result can be applied for the private investors and/or any other concerned decision makers for PPPs projects to set up a more resonable concession period.

According to Electronic Times(2012. 1. 3), "PMO was introduced from 1950s in the USA and as of 2010, PMO participated in 84% of project ordered by public and private sector." And Ministry of public administration and security announced that the Ministry will organize Task Force for arranging "standard for introduction and operation of PMO" for support of project implementation and strengthening specialty of ordering organization, and then, actively launch the Task Force from February, 2012. Thus, necessity of PMO is regarded as natural in some aspect but thesis for doctoral degree written by Kim Gi-yeong(2007) suggested, "performance of several projects begun at the same time cannot be interpreted as high according to whether PMO team exists or not." Martin et al.(2005) asserted, "according to whether PMO team exists or not, but there is no significant difference in other factor." In the contradictory situation, it is necessary to perform more various approaches for performance and necessity of PMO in the academic aspect.

Feasibility analysis is a crucial key to success or failure of housing project. Existing feasibility analysis in construction company is based on intuitive approach rather than systematic approach. Usually feasibility analysis in a narrow sense is a financial analysis of project. Feasibility analysis focused in this study is confined to the matter of finance. So, the purpose of this study is to analyze the sensitivity of financial analysis item about profit rate by means of monte carlo simulation and this will improve accuracy of feasibility analysis and decision making.

With Public-private partnership PF (project financing) deals saw explosive increase in quantity since its introduction to Korea in 2001, but, met with severe recession in the fallouts of the financial crisis that hit the global economy in 2008. This study intends to identify the risk factors corresponding to issues of public-private partnership projects financing structure and classify and analyze them by project phase. Outcomes of this research are expected to help recognize risk factors in each project phase during project planning and develop risk control and mitigation strategy during project implementation.

Earned Value Management System(EVMS) is a management technique that is emerging as a valuable tool in the management of all projects, including and in particular construction projects. It is based on C/SCSC that has been released by the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) in 1967. In a project that employs the earned value management concept, the project's measurable performance plans will be formed with the creation of CAPs. The formation of CAPs is a planning step necessary to form an earned value baseline. In this paper, a method is proposed to form CAPs using Material Requirement Planning(MRP) that is also known as a useful planning tool in the manufacturing industry. An application to a real project has been carried through workpackaging model.

BTL projects, which has been 3 years since it was carried out in 2008, trigged the controversy on the adequacy in the calculation of disbursement for Government due to such problems as low earning rate and the burden of service level compared with the project suggestion. Thus, the purpose of this study is to offer a suggestion on the calculation system for the purpose of the standardized - expense appropriation by item and database including the antecedent study on the finance model and the feasibility in BTL projects. The system is composed of 4 steps - project management, basic database, an analysis on expense by item and the result, and an analysis on sensitivity, and it is possible to carry out a comparative analysis on single and multi alternatives by variable change along with the ground on expense calculation.

In a small sense Job creation is the making of certificate and In the big sense the government will create new industries and create jobs accordingly. therefore We used the most similar ISE as an example and linked it with the PMP of PMBOK. And I tried to standardize this process by deriving the detailed knowledge required for the foundation. As a result, eleven stages such as creation of (1) Job creation making plan (2) Offer on registration of private qualification (3) business process analysis (4) Confirmation of test criterion (5) Reception system development (6) Educational book development (7) Assist open lecture (8) TEST notice plan making (9) Implement training for certification (10) Operation of qualifying examination and Never ending training. Afterwards It will become the data for the development of the Professional making a job in the future.
