As modern society has become specialised and complex in all areas of politics, economy and society, it has reached a point where it is difficult to control crime with the general public power. Private security, which began to fluctuate after the 19th century, has expanded its scope to subsidise public power in various areas, sometimes beyond public power. Among these private security activities, the private investigate system has long been used to provide private investigate services that are safe from personal human rights protection and crimes. This study investigate the private investigation system in the United Kingdom and South Korea focusing on the missing person investigation system by using the qualitative content analysis of research methods. First, the results of the qualitative content analysis are described through methods such as literature reviews and interviews on how the British private investigation system and the missing persons search system are implemented. Next, the results of the content analysis are presented through the methods of literature reviews and questionnaires on how the implementation of the civilian survey in Korea and the search for missing people is proceeding. It is a very important field in both countries, and there is a very limited study, especially from a Korean perspective. Therefore, it is expected that this study will not only facilitate discussions for the successful legalisation of the private research system, but also provides a basic foundation for future research. The study of the private research system should be ongoing and periodic, not temporary. In addition, in order to introduce Korea's private survey system, the private investigation system should be developed by discovering the problems of the Private Investigation Law mentioned in this study and collecting opinions from citizens, academics and related institutions. The introduction of the private investigation system requires the connection of the efforts and interests of citizens, academia and related institutions.
This study has an objective to analyze the causal relationship between the emotional labor of the members in the private security firms and its effect on their job stress and validity of the organization. To carry out the study, I established a population of private security guards working at the security firms in Seoul. Then a total of 700 question naires were sent out for the survey using the random sampling method of clusters. The study was carried out over about four months, from May, 2014 to September, 2014. A total of 676 questionnaires were used for the final data. 24 questionnaires were excluded either because they were not returned or contained extreme value. In this study, a statistical package of SPSSWIN 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 were used in the data analysis and the causal relationship was verified using the covariance structural equation. The analysis showed the emotional labor to have a positive effect on the validity of organization but a negative effect on the job stress at the statistical level of p<.001 and the hypothesis was adopted. The hypothesis regarding the job stress was also adopted because job stress was found to have a negative effect on the validity of organization at the statistical level of p<.001. In addition, job stress was found to have a negative effect on the relationship between the emotional labor and validity of organization at the statistical level of p<.001. As a result, the hypothesis about the job stress would function as the parameter was only partially adopted.
This study is to investigate the Effect of Career Choice Motives of the Private Security Guards on Job choice evaluation and Job Attitude. For this study visiting the 8 companies around the capital area and surveyed from May 1st to October 10th 2015 using the stratified random sampling method. A total of 240 questionnaires were distributed and among them, 220 copies were used except for analysis. I used SPSSWIN 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 to reliability analysis, factor analysis, analysis of structural equation model, path analysis. The level of statistical significance was set to .05. The following are conclusions. Job choice motivation has a positive effect on Job choice evaluation and Job attitude but Job choice evaluation doesn't play intermediary role on relationship between Job choice motivation and Job attitude.
Recently the private security industry is showing rapid growth compared with the different types of industry. However, it is not prepared the device for the system to verify the professional qualification of the security guards. To protect individual life and property, body and security guards have to be qualified professionally. For it the role of professional qualification systems is emphasized. The problem of the certification of the qualification about the security guard to play the role to protect a body / life of the individual and property are the part to need necessarily as the quality problem of the individual and the trust of the people. The settlement of the qualification system which is such system can induce the development of the security industry with social trust. The certified security certification is needed and how to control the security quality to get better service to the clients. The professional qualification system to be carrying out with America and Japan is fixed through the cooperation of the business world and steady research for the qualification system plan, these are giving the trial of the qualification system of a security of Korea full of the suggestion. This study will do this to the basis which a necessity about the qualification system of the security man emphasis and considerate professional qualification system concerning the private security development plan around the Bodyguard Qualifying Examination which are carried out at twice by the Korea Security Association and the Korean Institute of Security. In summary to meet the social demand professional qualification for the security guards will be drawn from the analyses of civil security qualification systems.
There have been great demands for various private searches and collecting information activities. but in korea it is still banned to supply private investigation service and to use the term 'private investigation'. So establishment of desirable model for private investigation service system is essential factor in strategic approaching for privatization of policing. In most developed countries private investigation service system is generally permitted and various methods to solve the side effects of that are considered. It is necessary to revise more the Security Business Law to introduce private investigation service system so that the dispute on determining how to do and what to do. It looks like that police agrees with the introduction of the private investigation service system because this could be an option when it comes to the job that its members can take after retirement and because this system helpful their own work. Actually Korea government have tried to prepare the law enactment of the private investigation service system since 1999 but have been failed. This study focuses on implementing the suitable system for private investigation service in Korea, which includes the consideration of the logical validity of the introduction by comparing with other foreign private investigation service system. We should make research and effort to cope with such as a partial amendment about the problem and the side effect that can be happened in a beginning stage of system trial.
Private security industry in South Korea has rapidly been growing in recent years. However, such a rapid growth is being criticized for its focus on external results, which has produced a number of problems. The continued growth of private security industry can be only based upon substantive and qualitative development. In this aspect, it is necessary to consider the global trends of the private security industry, particularly the recent trends of the U. S. security industry which has led the global security industry. This is because the recent trends of the U. S. private security industry would guide the future direction of the private security industry in South Korea. The U. S. private security industry has been replacing the role of law enforcement agencies including the police, from crime prevention to investigation and disaster management, not to mention asset protection and loss prevention. The recent trends of the U. S. security industry appears to be summarized by such characteristics as variety, specialty, and integration, which might account for the structural problem of the private security industry in South Korea. In short, the substantive and qualitative development of the private security industry in South Korea should be accomplished by strengthening its specialty and integration, and also widening its variety.
In the early days of the Goryeo Dynasty, the royal guard was comprised of the central regular army in the 2-gun-6-wi system, and Nasungeomgun was in charge of the security inside the palace. However, the military system became disorganized during the period of military rule and the royal guard had to rely on military subjects. The military officials suppressed the civil ministers centering on Jungbang, the guarding organization close to the King to incapacitate the royal authority and control the state affairs. When the rule of the three leaders of the military rule became short-lived and Dae-seung Gyeong is raised to the ruler, he organized a do-or-die squad comprised of a hundred and more people for his personal safety, and this became the first dobang. Dobang was disassembled after Dae-seung Gyeong died of disease, but under the rule of Chung-heon Choe, Dae-seung Gyeong's dobang was revived and reinforced into 'Yukbeon Dobang' to provide the ruler with personal protection and intensify the ruling system, and it was quite a large organization with more refined system. Yukbeon Dobang was expanded and reinforced into Naeoedobang under the rule of Woo Choe, the son of Chung-heon Choe, and it was enhanced even more into Dobang Samsipyukbeon System under the rule of the grandson, Hang Choe. Dobang can be considered as the guard organization in modern sense, and it collected information and surveyed the area where guarding is required and house troops that belonged to Naedobang eliminated the risks that may follow afterwards to make assurance doubly sure for guarding. The Choe's regime established Mabyeolcho as a private guard organization in addition to dobang, and this formed the cavalry and infantry units with dobang. Yabyeolcho organized by Woo Choe in the reign of King Gojong was divided into Joabyeolcho and Ubyeolcho, and later Sineuigun was integrated with them to form Sambyeolcho. Originally, Yabyeolcho was established under the rule of Woo Choe to prevent crime in the evening, but after Sineuigun was organized with the ones who were captured by Mongolian army but escaped, in other words when Sambyeolcho was organized, the organization displayed much broader influence by covering military and police affairs as well as punishment and imprisonment. The guarding organization during the Period of Military Rule in the Goryeo Dynasty did not have strict distinction between official guard and personal guard. The private guard in modern days which is the equivalent of personal guard is characterized by its commerciality, however, house troops and the members of dobang did not seem to pursued profit. The guard organization during the period of military rule started from dobang which was organized for personal safety but gradually developed publicness through the participation of civil ministers and expansion, and later it played the pivotal role for social security serving official purpose up to the level where the distinction between official and private activities was blurred during the period of Sambyeolcho.
This study aims to find out what affects on performance of private security service guards' duty regarding the security service martial arts. To achieve its goal, object of this study was set as private security service guards of private security service enterprise. Here are some conclusions that have been found. First of all, it was revealed that Hapgido, Judo, Taekwondo, kumdo and fencing are in order of the martial arts that help security service the most. Second, the relation of the ability to perform private security service guards' duty between the security service martial art of security guards and the types of them appeared that ones who had been trained were found to be more affirmative than ones who had not, and showed a significant difference. On the other hand, there was no significant difference found on the type of performance of private security service guards' duty. However, ones with a longer career seemed to be more affirmative on the side of work quality and duty, and it also showed a significant difference statistically. complishment relation between the security service martial art of security guards and the types of them appeared that ones who had been trained were found to be more affirmative than ones who had not, and showed a significant difference. Seventh, the relation of mental and the types of them appeared that ones who had been trained were found to be more affirmative than ones who had not, and showed a significant difference. On the other hand, there was no significant difference found on the type of performance of private security service guards' duty.

One of the most fundamental jobs of contemporary government is to look into various ways of providing its citizens with the best service work. This study aims to establish a procedure through which to consign the management of city parks to private companies, thus inviting participation and satisfaction on the part of citizens. In particular, this procedure includes creating a system of selecting private managing companies, for instance, specifying standards of selection and assembling selection committees. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, city parks can be managed better by private companies than by local governments in terms of cost cuts, personnel training, business efficiency, and know-how accumulation. The legal background for this is found in central and local legal articles. Second, it is recommended that the selection committee be composed of 6 to 9 members, both insiders and outsiders. In addition to selecting private managing companies for contracting-out, the committee should under take the role of consulting on how to perform and revise selecting standards, so that they can continue to improve these procedures. Third, the decision on private management should be noticed in advance and be made based on standards considering each local government's condition. These standards should consider the aspects of the public good, cost saving, quality of service, managing supervision, and citizen participation. The committee's assessment takes into account both the quality and the quantity of the standards. Fourth, the contracting-out for city park management should follow the order of: announcing consignment and receiving applicants, organizing selection committees and assessing applications, selecting and contracting, midterm evaluation, and re-announcement and re-consignment. To run city parks through the contracting-out is expected to increase the number of park visitors. Additionally, private consignment will involve a participation of diverse citizenship, thus playing an important role in city parks' building of a green-culture community.
Although more priority is given to politicians from the aspect that they represent people and decide the future of country, the current situation is that politicians are not free from terrorism because of insufficient guard-concerned law, negative social recognition and increased crime and terrorism. The measure for politician terrorism shall be handled from the aspect of national security rather than public peace. For the purpose, basic legal foundation shall be prepared and specialized guard technique considering specialty of politician shall be established. Basic solution shall be established by reinforcing law against politician terrorism and establishing new law from the national viewpoint. The guard for politician has two faces that both of safety of guard target and voting intention of voter shall be met at the same time. Although special guard technique is required for guarding politician, current situation is that it is not researched professionally. In relation to the measure to develop the system of protection for politician, First, the study suggested legal foundation for politician guard. Although the 17th National Assembly proposed revised legal plan to protect politician from terrorism, it is suspended, expired and abolished now. The legal plan presented by members of the National Assembly was simply restricted to the scope of public guard. The study divided establishment of legal foundation into two things. The first one is the dispatch type of effective public guard and the second one is the transfer to private guard. Second, the study suggested environmental development method of politician guard. in the environment of politician guard, the study suggested improvement and development method by analyzing social recognition, politician's mind and voter's mind psychologically. After the beginning of human society, if human race is continued, political activity won't disappear. It is obvious that the safety of political leader is very important issue for human race because he plays the role to decide the future of human. In the future, more specialized, effective law shall be prepared and deeper study of scholar shall be performed.
