Crevices between window and window frame cause not only heat losses but also serve path to sound transmission and infiltration of fine dusts that are harmful to humans. There were many efforts in the past to eliminate these crevices but because of the windows' indispensable function of opening and closing, it was an unsolvable problem. In this study, a new type sliding window is developed by applying horizontally rolling wheels to implement a surface sealing which is excellent for enhancing air tightness. To evaluate the feasibility of the newly developed window, forces for opening and closing, durability and air tightness were testet according to Korean Testing Standards. Force for opening a 2000 N window is 30 N. It endured 100,000 cycles of opening and closing. Infiltration was $0.00m^3/(m^2h)$ for a pressure difference of 10 Pa. Since this window has few moving parts, it has favorable features of low cost and few breakdown.

최근 우리나라는 선박 종류별 해양사고 발생률 중 100톤 미만의 어선 및 소형선박이 차지하는 비중이 72%에 달하고 있다. 그 원인을 살펴보면, 경계, 침로선정, 선위확인등 항해일반원칙의 미준수가 상당부분 차지하고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 비교적 고령화되고 운항지식이 충분하지 못한 소형선박의 항해사에게 안전한 최적항로를 안내해주는 지능형 항해지원시스템을 개발하였다. 본 시스템은 항로계획 프로그램과 항로전송부, GPS Plotter로 구성되어있다. 지능형 항해지원시간템을 통해 임의의 위치에서 목표지점까지 최적항로를 퍼지 언어표현으로 안내해주는 시스템을 개발하여 그 유효성을 확인하였다.

Purpose: This study aimed to have an in-depth understanding of the structure and essence of the living experiences of unmarried mothers institutionalized after childbirth through phenomenological research. Methods: The data were collected through in-depth interview with 9 unmarried mothers from October 1, 2016 to February 2017 and this is qualitative research using Colazzi's phenomenological research method. Results: The living experiences of unmarried mothers institutionalized after childbirth had 15 themes in 4 theme clusters: 'childbirth and parenting,' 'living in women's refuge,' 'becoming independent as proud mother,' and 'disentangled thread.' Conclusion: After childbirth, unmarried mothers experienced psychological pressure from the need to cope with lonely and wearing reality by themselves but struggled to overcome the reality together with their child. Unmarried mothers hoped to live the life they chose proudly and happily together with their child. It is therefore necessary to give residential and environmental support to unmarried mothers in pursuit of their stable living and to change the awareness in the whole society with the aim of removing negative social attitude and discrimination, accepting differences, and living together.

This study examined the effects of the occlusal stability and a partial coverage mouthguard on physical fitness and motor capacity to determine the importance of the occlusal stability as a possible action mechanism of mouthguards on physical performance. Twenty physical education students were included for measurements of their handgrip strength, back strength, whole body reaction time, flexibility, sidestep test, stork stand test and jumping test according to the following 5 different occlusal conditions: mouth closed position without a mouthguard, with a full coverage mouthguard, with a right partial coverage mouthguard, with a left partial coverage mouthguard and with anterior partial mouthguard. The results revealed no significant difference in any of the measured physical factors between the occlusal conditions with and without a full-coverage mouthguard. On the other hand, a significant difference was observed in whole body reaction between the occlusal conditions with and without the partial coverage mouthguards. Therefore, isokinetic muscle tests on both knee joints and the Wingate anaerobic power test should be performed under the following five occlusal conditions: with or without full-coverage maxillary custom-made mouthguard, with a unilateral right or left partial-coverage maxillary mouthguard and with an anterior partial-coverage maxillary mouthguard. These results suggest that the partial coverage mouthguard had a short-term beneficial effect on agility rather than full coverage mouthguard.

Recently, the ratio of marine casualty has been marked about 72% in fishing boat and small ships which not less than 100 tons in Korea. It is mainly against navigation regulations such as look-out, selecting the ship's course and checking the ship's position according to the analysis of marine accident. In this paper, we proposes the Intelligent Navigation Guiding System(INGS) that provides an optimum route for an operator of small ships. INGS consists of program for route planning, interface module and GPS Plotter. we obtained optimum route from specific position to established route by INGS.

GPS 보정정보를 방송하는 우리나라의 DGPS 기준국에서는 IALA의 권고와 같이 $5^{\circ}{\sim}10^{\circ}$의 Elevation Mask를 사용한다. Elevation Mask는 GPS 수신기의 안테나를 기준으로 일정 앙각 이하의 고도에 위치한 위성의 신호를 여과하는 방법으로, 잡음이 많아 정확도가 낮은 위성신호를 측위에 사용하지 않기 위한 방법이다. 또한, CNR Mask는 신호대 잡음비가 작은 신호를 직접 제거하여 측위정확도를 향상시키는 방법이다. GPS 보정정보를 생산하는 DGPS 기준국에서 이들 Mask를 사용하는 것은 보정정보의 생산량에 영향을 미치고, 사용자 측위정확도에 각각 영향을 미친다. 본 연구에서는 Elevation Mask와 CNR Mask의 변화에 따른 잡음의 변화와 이를 기반으로 생성된 보정정보를 적용한 사용자 측위정확도의 변화를 살펴봄으로써, DGPS 기준국에서의 Elevation Mask와 CNR Mask 사용이 보정정보 사용자에게 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고자 한다.

미국은 우리나라와 같이 전국망 DGPS 인프라를 운영하고 있는 국가 중에 하나로 DGPS 서비스를 해양분야 뿐만 아니라 육상분야에도 제공하고 있는 대표적 국가이다. 지난 8월 18일 미 정부는 연방공보를 통해 현재 운영 중인 전국망 DGPS 서비스의 대규모 개편 계획을 공표한 바 있다. 공표된 계획에 따르면, 2016년 1월 15일부로 육상에서의 DGPS 서비스는 중단되고, 해양에서의 DGPS 서비스도 크게 영향을 받을 것으로 예측되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 우리나라와 유사한 형태의 DGPS 인프라를 운영하고 있는 미국이 전국망 DGPS 서비스를 개편하게 된 배경과 원인에 대해 살펴본다. 그리고 미국이 공표한 계획의 실행 전망과 쟁점에 대해 알아본다. 마지막으로 미국의 NDGPS 서비스 운영정책 변화가 우리에게 전달하는 시사점을 제시한다.

In this study, the effects of lock operations on the infiltration rates for the two window types sliding and lift sliding (LS) are investigated through experiment and simulation. The airtightness levels of the two window types-with locks both on and off-were measured according to the KS F 2292 Test method of airtightness that is used for windows and doors. The air-flow rates of both window types with the locks on for a pressure differential of 10 Pa are $1.98m^3/(m^2h)$ and $1.68m^3/(m^2h)$, respectively; with the locks off, the air-flow rates of the sliding and LS windows are $2.64m^3/(m^2h)$ and $5.83m^3/(m^2h)$, respectively, whereby the air-flow rates are 33% higher for sliding and 247% higher for LS. The air change per hour (ACH) was calculated using the ventilation-simulation software CONTAM. For the sliding window, the ACH changed from 0.45 to 0.57 when the lock was operated from on to off, representing an increase of 27%. For the LS window, the ACH changed from 0.29 to 0.81, showing an increase of 179%.
