A study on logistic network using production cost (생산원가를 이용한 물류 네트워크 구성에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 물류 네트워크의 구성을 원가 관점으로 최적화하는 것이다. 원가 관점에서 최적 물류 네트워크를 구성하기 위해서 제시한 모델링은 다음과 같이 구성되어있다. 먼저 각 공장의 생산 제품별 데이터를 기본으로 생산원가를 산출하고 흑은 가상(생산이 가능하지만 현재 생산하지 않은) 제품에 대해 생산원가를 추정한다. 둘째, 전 단계에서 산출한 생산원가 및 지역창고의 제품별 재고비, 거리에 따른 수송비용 등과 같은 물류 관련 비용 등을 이용하여 효과적인 수배송 양과 주어진 환경 하에서의 최적 네트워크 경로에 대한 모델링을 제시한다. 본 논문에서는 원가비용을 고려하여 생산단계에서 생산량을 구하고, 생산단계에서 구해진 생산량을 이용하여 네트워크 단계에서 최적의 경로를 결정하는 모델링을 제안하였다

A Study on Analytical Framework of Value Added Logistics throughout closed-loop logistics (부가가치 물류의 분석적 체계에 대한 연구)

  • The meaning of "added value" refers to the contribution of the factors of production, i.e., land, labor, and capital goods, to raising the value of a product and corresponds to the incomes received by the owners of these factors. The importance of added value in service industry has been recognized as one of the critical factors to economic growth, even in logistics industry. But, it is hard to find out the previous studies providing a clear definition and framework for designing and analyzing the performance of Value Added Logistics(VAL). The purpose of this study is to define the meaning of extended VAL that extensively includes activities initiating and operating the reverse logistics under the closed-loop logistic scheme, and to suggest the framework that describes the partnerships among participants involving in operating the value added logistics. Also, in this paper, we emphasize on the need for investigation of added value logistics definition and framework based on previous academic studies, and examine various value added logistics service activities of current leading 3PL companies across the world. Finally, we suggest the analytic framework for value added logistics throughout closed-loop logistics.

  • 한정된 자원과 환경보존에 대한 중요성으로 인해 회수물류에 대한 관심이 점차 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 역 물류의 다양한 형태 중 부품을 재활용하는 재생산과 원자재의 재활용 프로세스가 포함된 역 물류 네트워크를 제안한다. 제안된 역 물류 네트워크에서 수명이 다한 제품은 제조업자에 의해 수거되어 분해 된다. 분해 된 부품들 중 재사용이 가능한 일부는 재생산 프로세스에 투입되고 나머지 부품들은 재활용 프로세스를 거쳐 원재료 공급업자에게 역으로 판매되거나 폐기된다. 재생산프로세스에서는 분해 후 가공된 부품과 공급업자로부터 구매한 새 부품을 조립하여 제품을 생산한다. 본 논문에서는 제시된 역 물류 네트워크상에서 수거, 저장, 분해, 폐기, 재 가공 프로세스 비용을 산출하여 역 물류의 총 비용을 최소화 하는 부품의 재 사용량 결정 모델을 제시한다. 마지막으로 수치실험을 통해 제안된 모델의 적합성과 실용성을 검증한다

재난대응 물류에 관한 연구동향: 네트워크 구성 및 공급계획 모형

  • 1970년대 해상 재난에 처음 도입된 이후 최적화 모형은 재난 대응 물류 문제에 효과적으로 활용되었다. 문헌 연구 기법을 이용하여 본 논문은 재난대응 물류 분야의 최적화 모형을 검토하였다. 재난대응 활동은 재난 발생 이전과 이후로 구분하여 검토할 수 있다. 사전 활동으로 긴급 대피, 위치 선정, 비축품 관리 등을 고려할 수 있으며, 사후 활동은 복구품 배분, 비축품 조정 등을 포함한다. 이와 같은 재난대응 활동과 관련하여 물류 문제를 네트워크 구성과 공급계획으로 구분하여 문헌연구를 수행하였다. 모형의 형식과 의사결정 사항을 중심으로 문헌을 체계적으로 조사하고 분석하였다. 문헌조사 분석결과를 기반으로 향후 자율적 대응이 가능한 재난대응 물류 구조를 구성하기 위한 연구 주제를 제시하였다.

A Methodology for Assessing the Network Connectivity Improvement for Transport Hubs (교통물류거점의 네트워크 연계성 개선효과 분석 방법론)

  • This study proposes a methodology for assessing the improvement of network connectivity of transport hubs. Extending a previously developed model that measures the connectivity of a node in transportation networks, we define two quantities called the supplied connectivity and the experienced connectivity. Using these quantities, we provide a systematic procedure for analyzing the network connectivity of a transport hub and also suggest criteria for determining whether a given project is effective in improving the network connectivity of the transport hub. The application of the methodology to a test site produces reasonable results, and as such it is expected that the methodology can be used for various transport hubs in the national road network. Once enough data from the application of the methodology are accumulated, a further study on the level of service in terms of network connectivity needs to be followed.

  • Continuous oil price rising and the regulation of carbon emmission makes companies to have higher competitiveness. because of this trend, companies are trying to establish and manage efficient logistics system to improve customer service and reduce cost, so more competitive logistics complex is needed. To construct this kind of logistics complex, proper policy and logistics system for transportation is necessary. Especially, efficient operation through establishing system of logistics at the complex is very important for low cost and environmental friendly point of view. So this paper presents logistics network operation model for efficient transportation, especially approaches the problem with Multi-Phase.

Design of Global Port Logistics Network Model Based on Minimum Cost (최소비용 기반 글로벌 항만 물류네트워크 모델 구축)

  • This study is aimed to contribute in establishing new port policy by research and analysis in design of global port logistics network in the East Asia region. In order to build such port logistics network, 21 ports located in East Asia among the world's 50th largest ports were selected in this study. Furthermore, the amount of container cargo and the ports of call were analyzed to categorize the subject ports in East Asia. Finally, this study tries to find economic network between the base port in East Asia, EU or North America and feeder ports in terms of logistics cost. As a result, Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Busan ports were found as the representative ports in the East Asia that may connect North America and Europe with the minimum logistics expenses. Therefore, to maintain the stable cargo volume in ports, Korea should promote not only the overseas terminal operation which links to the Singapore, Hong Kong, and Shanghai ports, but also establish the global port logistic network connecting the Busan port.

  • The transportation and logistics industries, the constructions of a green transport methods for logistics systems are presented. They aims the greenhouse gas emissions 37% savings compared to BAU(Business As Usual) for a green growth of national strategy by 2020. An eco-driving training for truck drivers is a typical way. However there are few studies such as the integrated data collection automatically and the diagnostic Assessments and monitoring methods of logistics network status to show the effects of the eco-driving. To solve this problem, this paper provides previous research on logistics network diagnostics assessments and monitoring service and eco-driving. Then this paper shows developments of the logistics network diagnostic assessments and monitoring service business flow to promote eco-driving behaviors for truck drivers based on a smart phone application. Also, it shows an efficiency through an application results in field test.
