재난대응 물류에 관한 연구동향: 네트워크 구성 및 공급계획 모형

Abstract

1970년대 해상 재난에 처음 도입된 이후 최적화 모형은 재난 대응 물류 문제에 효과적으로 활용되었다. 문헌 연구 기법을 이용하여 본 논문은 재난대응 물류 분야의 최적화 모형을 검토하였다. 재난대응 활동은 재난 발생 이전과 이후로 구분하여 검토할 수 있다. 사전 활동으로 긴급 대피, 위치 선정, 비축품 관리 등을 고려할 수 있으며, 사후 활동은 복구품 배분, 비축품 조정 등을 포함한다. 이와 같은 재난대응 활동과 관련하여 물류 문제를 네트워크 구성과 공급계획으로 구분하여 문헌연구를 수행하였다. 모형의 형식과 의사결정 사항을 중심으로 문헌을 체계적으로 조사하고 분석하였다. 문헌조사 분석결과를 기반으로 향후 자율적 대응이 가능한 재난대응 물류 구조를 구성하기 위한 연구 주제를 제시하였다.
