With the effectuation of Kyoto Protocol, one of the important movement throughout the world is reducing the emission of greenhouse gas which is the main reason of making global warming. The actual factor of greenhouse gas is CO2, and in year of 2002 20% of total CO2 emission was produced only through transportation throughout the South Korea. In the contrary, the recycling of municipal wastes in South Korea was 44.0% in 2002, but it will be targeted upto 53.5% in 2011. This study applied survey research for the activities affecting to the emission of CO2 and packaging wastes produced from transportation and packaging stages in logistics area. For this, survey questionary was constructed with five specific areas - strategy, transportation & distribution, custody, packaging, and information. Based on the 144 returned survey questionaries, this study analyzed 54 categories and finally suggests necessary four alternative in Korea.

본 연구는 항만에 설치된 방사선감시기의 검색기능 극대화를 위하여 방사선감시기의 검색환경을 분석하고 물류흐름 관점에서 운영환경 개선방안 도출을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구 목적 달성을 위해 원자력안전위원회에서 제시한 방사선 위험화물의 수입 물동량 분석을 수행하여 방사선감시기 설치 타당성을 확보하였다. 문헌조사와 현장 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 항만의 방사선감시기 설치환경 및 운영에 따른 물류 장애요인을 분석하였다. 또한, 항만 내 방사선감시기 설치가 가능한 위치를 3단계(본선하역작업, 야드 이송 및 적재 작업, 게이트 반출)로 구분하여 각 위치별 장 단점을 분석하고 최적의 감시기 설치 위치를 도출하였다. 연구결과, 감시기 설치 위치 단계별 비용, 물류흐름, 관리 운영적 측면을 고려하였을 때, 게이트 반출 단계가 방사선 감시기 설치를 위한 최적위치로 적합한 것으로 확인하였다. 방사선감시기의 운영최적화 방안으로는 첫째, 반출 게이트 내부의 2차 검색부지 확보를 통해 게이트 통과 전 방사선감시기를 통한 화물 검색이 이루어질 수 있도록 해야 한다. 둘째, 화물인도지시서(Delivery Order: D/O)를 활용한 신속한 화물정보 파악을 통해 물류흐름의 방해요인을 제거 할 수 있음을 알 수 있다.

This paper investigated the role of transportation in increasing logistics service quality and effect of logistics service quality on the long term orientation of the supply chain partnership. Four primary dimensions were identified through a comprehensive literature review. The common dimensions included information sharing, the sharing of risks and rewards, cooperative continuous improvements on cost reductions and increased quality. The results of the data analysis indicated that transportation were perceived to play an important role in logistics service quality that effecting on the long term orientation. This provides useful insight for making further conclusions concerning the actual roles of transportation within partnerships.

In the existing air traffic management (ATM) system, various types of safety alert features are provided based on trajectory data to ensure the safety of aircraft operations, along with aircraft position and detailed flight information. The urban air traffic management (UATM) system for urban air mobility (UAM) should also provide safety alert features to ensure the safety of UAM operations. Considering the operational environment of UAM, it is necessary that the safety alert features provided at least match or exceed those available in the existing ATM system. This study aims to present the safety alert features of the new UATM system that differ from those provided by the existing ATM system before introduction and commercialization of UAM. The study was conducted focusing on the safety alert features that should be provided in the event of a deviation from the UAM's path, and the establishment of the safety alert features was carried out in two parts: approach path monitor (APM), which is applied during the approach phase, and route adherence monitoring (RAM), which is applied during the cruise phase.

본 논문은 2008년 12월 5일 경기도 이천시 소재의 물류창고 화재사고에 대한 화재원인 및 화재확대요인을 검토하고, 재발방지를 위한 대책을 제시하였다. 본 화재원인 검토결과 용접작업 실화에 의한 화재로 벽체패널인 샌드위치패널과 문틀형 강을 접합하던 중 용접작업시 발생하는 불티 또는 고열에 의해 벽체패널 내부의 스티로폼 및 우레탄폼에 착화된 것으로 추정된다. 화재확대요인은 화재에 취약한 스티로폼 및 우레탄폼 재질의 샌드위치패널 사용과 소방설비의 인위적 기능해제로 판단된다. 이번 사고와 같은 재난을 예방하기 위해서는 급격한 연소확대 특성을 갖는 스티로폼 및 우레탄폼 재질의 샌드위치패널 사용금지, 소방설비의 기능해제에 대한 감시와 처벌강화와 안전관리체계 및 안전규칙 준수여부 관리 강화가 필요하다.

전라남도와 경상남도는 강 하나를 사이에 둔 아주 가까운 이웃이며, 주민생활권이나 지역경제권이 상로연계성을 갖고 있다. 뿐만아니라 사회, 경제 문화와 보유자원의 여러 측면에서도 상로 본완적 성격을 갖고 있는 지역이다. 따라서 대승적 차원에서 볼 때 국토의 균형박전을 도모하고 진정한 동서화합을 위해 상로연계성을 갖고 있는 광양만, 진주권 광역새발을 공동으로 추진하여 동시화합의 대전기를 마련하는 계기로 삼아야 할 것이다. 이러한 차원에서 동서지역의 광역개발 필요성을 요약하면, 첫째, 최근 일정지역의 행정구역을 넘어서 인구와 물자 및 자원의 이용이 활발하게 이러나고 있어 통합적 계획 및 집행이 요구된고 있다. 따라서 광양만 진주권개발은 2개도에 걸쳐 광역개발권역을 설정한 우리나라 최초의 시범적인 계획으로써 세계적인 관심을 보이고 있다. 둘째, 국가경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 신산업지대의 조성과 연계교통망의 구축이 요망된다. 셋째 국토균형발전을 위해 수도권에 대응한 지방거점 도시권의 육성이 팽배하며, 넷째, 중북투자를 피하고 상호보완적인 기능을 극대화하여 진정한 동서화합에 대한 시대적 여청이 증대되고 있는 시절이다. 따라서 광양만 진주권 광역개발의 기본구상은 우선 경제적 물리적통합으로 실절적인 동서이익을 보색하는 차원에서 추진되어야 한다. 그리고 광양함을 국제물류의 중심지로 확충하고 주변지역에 대규모 물류 유통 및 국제기능을 유치하여 국제적 교류거점으로서의 기반 조성을 강화 하여야 한다. 또한 국제관광벨트 및 신산업지대의 형성과 함께 세계화 고속화에 걸맞는 교통기반시설을 정비하는 한편 자연친화적인 개발전략을 이룩함으로써 지구촌 경제하에시 지역균형개발과 지역의 국제경쟁역 확보차원에서 실현되어야 한다. 나아가 과양만권과 진주권의 경제 사회적인 통합을 달성함으로써 국민적 염원인 동서화합의 장으로 승화 발전 시킬 수 있도록 공간구조 및 기능의 분담배분이 요구된다. 기능은 동시지역을 연결하는 통합적인 기능 분담으로 과양만은 생산 및 물류지원기능의 강화와 전주 사천권은 첨단산업 연구 및 지원기능의 강화차원에서 배분이 요구된다. 이러한 광역개발계획이 세계적으로 추진될 때에 진정한 동서화합은 가능할 것이다. 따라서 진정한 도서화합을 유도하기 위해서는 광역개발을 실펀하기 위한 제도적인 협력체계의 구축이 요구된다. 동서지역의 광영개발을 위한 협력체계의 구축 방안은 첫째, 양 지역간에 협약제도르 도입함으로써 광역개발의 집행력을 강화하여야 한다. 즉, 개별 개발사업별로는 협약이 체결됨으로써 자치단체간의 역활분담이 분명하고 여차별 예산의 확보는 물론 사업시행이 구체화 될 수 있기 때문이다. 둘째는 양 자치단체간의 광역행정을 진담하는 기구의 절차가 필요한다. 광역개발 계획 추진 뿐만아니라 실질적으로 양권역이 공존공영을 위해 필요한 사업들을 추진 할 수 있도록 협의회 기능을 보완한 새로운 전담기구의 설치가 필요하다. 셋째. 광양만 진주권 광역개발 계획은 동서지역의 화합이라는 상징적인 의미를 지니고 있다. 따라서 중앙정부는 동서지역간의 진정한 화합을 유도하기 위해 제주도개발 특별법과 같은 �G동서지역개발 특별법�H을 제정하여 종합적이고 체계적인 개발을 유도 하여야 한다. 지역발전을 이룩할 수 있도록 자속적인 노력이 필요하다.

In recently, the globalization of business and the competitive pressure have led to the growing strategic importance of the logistics function within the organization. All organizations are approaching 3PL(Third party logistics : 3PL) services to manage their logistics activities to gain competitive advantages. This has placed a number of demands on the logistics system and has become a rapidly developing area of investigation. Thus the research objective is to examine the effects of 3PL service qualities, trust and commitment on logistics performance. The results shows that visibility and expertise of the 3PL service quality elements positively affected shipper's trust. And availability, visibility and communication of the 3PL service quality elements positively affected shipper's commitment. In addition, the trust and commitment of shipper's company on the 3PL corporation positively affected logistics performance.

This paper presented a method to build a predictable smart ammunition logistics system using the 4th industrial technology for ammunition logistics, which is the core functions in the field of defense and logistics. We have analyzed the current level of ammunition logistics with various perspectives such as domestic and overseas logistics policies, technology trends, ammunition logistics characteristics, the smart logistics certification measures by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. As a result it is considered that the current ammunition logistics needs needs improvement. To improve this, we presented a direction based on the implications derived after analyzing various ongoing programs such as wired/wireless-based automation, smart ammunition depots, and logistics innovation of the army, navy, and air force that can be applied to the ammunition logistics. In order to implement a data-based smart ammunition logistics management system that can achieve innovation and efficiency of total life cycle while meeting changes in the battlefield environment, we presented 4 objectives such as "automation and modernization of field work", "3D-based storage management & improvement of issuing at war," and "data management for prediction-oriented ammunition management". it is expected that there will be benefits such as improvement of operational continuity, guarantee of ammunition reliability, budget reduction, improvement of inefficiencies such as delay, waiting, and double work, and reduction of accidents.

Northeast Asia where is an epicenter of the global financial crisis's conquest is traditional imbalanced region of oil production and consumption. In recent years, the region has been suffered by the shortage of oil storage and transportation facilities due to surging oil trading and necessity in strategic reserves. Therefore, since independent petroleum logistics with the storage facilities and oil trading hub is required to form efficient oil market in this region. In this study, we analyzed the efficiency of refinery facilities by country that is of importance in being a logistics hub in Northeast Asia by employing non-static and dynamic efficiency analysis, which are a part of DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) and then policy implications have been drawn. The result illustrates Korea's is the highest country in terms of efficiency of oil refining facilities in Northeast Asia. It implies that Korea has strong position to be the oil hub in Northeast Asia.
