우리 나라 컨테이너 물류정보 시스템의 성공 요인데 관한 연구

  • 물류산업분야에서는 이디아이를 도입하기 위한 노력이 해양수산부와 항만운영회사 를 중심으로 지속적으로 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 노력에도 불구하고 우리 나라의 물류이디 아이시스템은 종이서류를 전자서류로 대신하는 시스템 구조를 채택하고 있기 때문에 이 문 제를 극복할 수 있는 새로운 시스템의 출현이 요구된다 하겠다. 본 논문은 우리 나라에 도 입되고 있는 이디아이 시스템이 보다 한 차원 높게 발전하기 위해 요구되는 시스템의 성공 요인을 제시하는데 있다. 국가 또는 항만단위의 물류정보시스템이 보다 효율적으로 운영되 기 위해서는 단순한 전자문서 전송 방식보다는 데이터의 공동이용 방식을 채택하는 시스템 으로 전환되어야 할 것이다. 그 이유는 항만을 중심으로 전송되는 물류데이타는 그 특성상 약간의 수정을 거쳐 반복적으로 물류 조직 사이에 전달되기 때문이다. 본 연구를 위해, 독 일, 프랑스, 영국, 미국, 일본 등 발전된 물류 정보시스템이 검토되며, 아울러 KL-Net이라 불리우는 우리 나라 물류정보시스템의 역할과 기능에 대한 고찰이 이루어지고 있다. 선진화 된 항만의 물류정보시스템으로부터 시스템의 중요 요인이 도출되며 이 시스템을 실현하는데 경험하게 될 몇 가지 어려운 점이 논의되고 있다.

  • 논문에서는 음식물류폐기물을 건조 및 탄화시켜 감량화하는 과정에 필요한 수직형 음식물류폐기물 가연성 가스발생장치에 관한 것을 보고하였다. 수직형은 열효율이 좋고 수평공간을 작게 차지하여 토지의 효용을 높이고 구조가 상대적으로 단순하여 제작비를 줄일 수 있다.

  • Companies are facing challenges to have high competitiveness because of continuous oil price rising and CO2 emissions regulations. Thus, companies are trying hard to construct effective logistics and operation system to achieve high customer service quality and saving cost. Also the ec-friendly idustrial complex is needed. Busan is in process to construct GILC(Global Industry Logistics City) in west Busan province to achieve high competitiveness and support lack of industrial complex. To construct this kind of logistics industrial complex, it needs logistics system through proper policy and freight transportation co-operation. Especially, efficient management through logistics hierarchy construction in industrial complex is very important for low cost and eco-friendly point of view. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze logistics system and suggest operation model to present logistics complex construction base data.

  • This paper is to analyze the efficiency of power consumption in logistic systems that are based on self-driving roller conveyors by the simulation technology. The improvement of the efficiency brings advantages for reducing greenhouse gas emission and logistics costs. A self-driving roller conveyor is operated only when products are loaded on itself. Thus, the self-driving roller conveyor systems consume less electric power than continuous-driving roller conveyor systems. In this paper, we design a DEVS (Discrete-Event based System) based simulation model and construct self-driving roller and continuous-driving roller conveyor models. For the verification and validation of the designed simulation system and conveyor models, we model a corresponding logistic model for the experimental environment and compare between the model and a real system. The main objective of this paper is to describe the power consumption advantage of self-driving roller conveyor based logistic systems using a simulation method.

A Study on the Calculation of $CO_2$ Emission and Road Freight Environmental Index for Logistics Companies (물류기업의 온실가스 배출량 및 도로화물환경지표 산정에 관한 연구)

  • In order to reduce Green House Gas(GHG) reduction in the road freight sector and thus establish green logistics, running efficiency of goods vehicles is of paramount importance. Providing effective transportation infrastructure can contribute to achieve the green logistics by reducing empty running of heavy goods vehicles and van, increasing the average payload on the vehicle, and shifting the transportation mode. In order to reduce the environmental impact from the road freight sector, it is essential to quantify the amount of environmental loading from the sector. However, any systematic survey on the environmental loading from the logistics companies has not been carried out in Korea. In this study, the environmental index for the road freight sector is defined as the amount of $CO_2$ emission per ton km generated from goods vehicles. The computational analysis shows that the average $CO_2$ emission per ton km generated by the logistics companies in Korea is $363g-CO_2/ton{\cdot}km$. Compared to UK (=$130g-CO_2/ton{\cdot}km$) and France (=$97g-CO_2/ton{\cdot}km$), the efficiency of logistics in Korea is 2.8 and 3.7 times as low as in the advanced countries. It also indicates that the main reasons for the low efficiency are mainly due to the high rate of empty operation of goods vehicles and the low payload.

  • The logistics collaboration is begun in the transport part and introducing it in all fields of the distribution including delivery and the storage in these days. The effectiveness by the logistics collaboration is proved in many forms and adopted in many parts positively. However, logistics collaboration are enforced around road transport now. In this paper, it is examined for logistics collaboration introduction plan in the railroad part which is outstanding in environmental. The logistics collaboration are examined for transport and storage in not only the Railway main line transport but also the railroad station.

  • EPCglobal Network is based on the Electronic Product Code(EPC) and rapidly opening up to many enterprises that have close relationships with each other. Since a huge amount of logistics Information is distributed in the EPCglobal Network, it needs to manage them effectively. Global logistics companies and institutes are studying and setting up the standards about EPC Information Service(EPCIS), Object Name Service (ONS) and EPC Discovery Service(EPCDS) in the RFID and EPC-based logistics information network. In this paper, we propose expanded EPCIS and EPCDS that are satisfy EPCglobal standards and enable more effective logistics information management.

  • 반도체 제조시설의 효율성을 위해 대부분의 현장에서는 물류 자동화 시스템 (AMHS, Automated Material Handling System)을 도입하여 운영하고 있다. OHT(Overhead Hoist Transfer)는 반도체 공정에서 주로 활용되는 Monorail 컨베이어 형태의 자동 반송 시스템의 일종으로 작업물을 들고 제조라인 위에 설치된 레일을 따라 자율적으로 이동하는 방식으로 운영된다. 도체 물류 시스템의 계층적인 구조적 특징과 고가의 재료를 다루고, 외부유출이 어려운 실제 공정 현장, 실험 환경의 시간, 공간적 구축 등의 현실적 특징 때문에 반도체 제조 공정의 자동화 물류시스템에 대한 모델링 및 시뮬레이션을 통한 연구의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 OHT를 효율적으로 제어하기 위해 DEVS(Discrete Event System Specifications) 형식론을 기반으로 OHT 시스템 모델링 및 시뮬레이션 설계 방법을 제안한다. 이를 위해 반도체 제조 시스템의 전반적인 물류 과정에 대해 분석하고, DEVS 형식론에 대해 연구하며, 이를 바탕으로 반도체 물류 시스템을 위한 모델링 및 시뮬레이션을 설계하였으면, 실험을 통해 제안된 모델리 반도체 물류 시스템 시뮬레이션을 수행할 수 있음을 보인다.

  • Construction supply chain management focused on materials in construction industry plays a critical role which controls the success and failure of a project. For the efficiency of construction supply chain management, the framework which provides project participants with the information originated from whole construction logistics steps without the omission and discontinuation of information flow is required. The new management framework that can support this environment is necessary because of setting up the complicated and distributed environment including logistics information management by intelligent equipment, co-working management with pre-framework legacy system and various devices(UMPC and PDA etc.) as the information confirmation and electrical transmission tool between the project participants different from former construction supply chain management environment while recently developing ubiquitous technologies such as RFID/USN and intelligent equipment to support logistics process. Therefore, the objective of this study is to introduce the concept of SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) as an alternative of effective information integration under the complex and distributed environment and to propose the SOA-based application model for building intelligent construction supply chain management framework.

Estimation of Anaerobic Co-digestion Efficiency of Dewatered Sludge and Food waste using Thermo-Chemical Pre-Treatment (열화학적 전처리에 따른 탈수슬러지 및 음식물류폐기물의 병합혐기소화 효율 평가)

  • In this study, the anaerobic digestion potential and thermo-chemical pre-treatment were evaluated for efficient anaerobic co-digestion of dewatered sludge(DS) and food waste(FW). As a result, the degradable organic matter concentration and methane yield of FW were evaluated to 2.2 and 1.3 times higher than that of DS, respectively. In order to increase the amount of biogas production, it was determined that it is desirable to increase the mixing ratio of FW. The efficiency of thermo-chemical pre-treatment was evaluated for the reaction temperature, NaOH concentration, reaction time and mixture ratio. As a result of evaluation through pre-treatment efficiency and dehydration capacity, the optimum pre-treatment conditions were evaluated as follows: reaction temperature 140℃, NaOH concentration 60 meq/L, reaction time 60 min, mixture ratio 1:5(DS:FW). The gas production rate and methane yield increased 1.6 and 1.5 times, respectively, compared to before and after applying the optimum pre-treatment. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the mixing ratio of food waste for efficient anaerobic co-digestion of DS and FW. and it is necessary to increase the solubilization efficiency of waste by application of pre-treatment.
