소화물 일관 수송체계 비용 최소화 연구

  • 운송 서비스산업에 대한 지속적인 규제완화는 운송 기업의 진입 및 퇴출을 자유롭게 하였고, 외국 기업의 국내에서의 영업 활동이 가능하게 했을 뿐 아니라, 업종간 분류를 무의미하게 하여 운송기업은 전방위 경쟁을 피할 수 없게 되었다. 이러한 경쟁 환경하에서 운송 기업의 효율적인 운영은 국가 물류비 절감 측면에서, 그리고 해당 기업의 사활 측면에서 매우 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 소화물 일관 수송은 택배 또는 특송이라 불리우는 운송 서비스업의 일종으로, 화주 한명의 화물량이 차량 한 대 분량에 못 미치고, 고객이 원하는 출발지에서 목적지까지 운반해주는 특성을 가지고 있다. 소화물 일괄 수송은 지역을 순화하면서 화물을 접수하여 인근 터미널까지 운반하는 수집과정, 터미널과 터미널을 연결하는간선수송 과정, 터미널에서 최종 목적지까지 운반하는 배달과정을 거쳐 이루어진다. 본 연구를 통하여 터미널과 터미널을 연결하는 간선 수송과정에서 발생하는 비용을 줄이는 화물운송경로를 찾아주는 네트웍 최적화 모형이 개발되었으며, 이를 실제 업무에 적용하여 화물운송 경로를 조정함으로써 적재율 20%이상 개선, 운송비용 10%이상 절감이 가능함을 확인하였다.

Optimum Delivery Frequency for Reducing Construction Logistics Cost under a Carbon Taxation (탄소세 부과시 건설 물류비용 최소화를 위한 운송빈도 최적화)

  • The term 'green' has become an important way of survival for the construction industry in 21th century in accordance with the emergence of the environmental crisis due to the climatic change. Especially the policy of carbon taxation, planed to be introduced from 2012, is expected to be a considerable burden to the construction industry which has abundant carbon emission during the resource transportation due to the complexity of resources and local distribution of the construction sites. In this regard, this study shows an optimizing strategy for delivery frequency, which downsizes the net distribution costs based on the assumption that, despite of its other advantagements, the frequent small lot mode of JIT delivery would take negative effects due to the increase of costs of transportation and carbon emission once the carbon taxation policy carried out. To simulate the efficiency of the management strategies, the System Dynamics modeling has been used. The results show that the frequent small lot transportation strategy is now always efficient method to these changes, and that the frequency of transportation should be re-determinated according to the extent of the imposition of carbon tax. This study provides the conceptual frame for an efficient management of transportation system of the construction industry, showing necessity of change of the resource transportation systems through analysing JIT deliver system in accordance with the global changes in environmental economy.

  • Companies are facing challenges to have high competitiveness because of continuous oil price rising and CO2 emissions regulations. Thus, companies are trying hard to construct effective logistics and operation system to achieve high customer service quality and saving cost. Also the ec-friendly idustrial complex is needed. Busan is in process to construct GILC(Global Industry Logistics City) in west Busan province to achieve high competitiveness and support lack of industrial complex. To construct this kind of logistics industrial complex, it needs logistics system through proper policy and freight transportation co-operation. Especially, efficient management through logistics hierarchy construction in industrial complex is very important for low cost and eco-friendly point of view. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze logistics system and suggest operation model to present logistics complex construction base data.

Relative Efficiency of Korea Trucking Transport Business Using DEA Model (DEA를 이용한 국내 화물자동차 운송업의 상대적 효율성분석)

  • Korea Trucking Transport Business is one of principal national logistics sector, though, so many issues and problems came to arises, which brought cargo transport system crisis over the country such as logistics enormous jam and traffic. This paper analyzes the efficiency of korean trucking transport business firms using DEA model. We evaluate the CCR, BCC efficiency and RTS of 30 trucking transport firms. We also suggest the trucking transport firms which can be benchmarked based on analyzed information. The result shows that seven enterprises whose values of CCR efficiency are 1, and fifteen enterprises whose values of BCC efficiency are 1. RTS indicates IRS of 16 firms, DRS of 5 firms and CRS of 9 firms.

Improvement of International Cooperation with the Neighbouring Countries for Securing Transit Transport of Mongolia (몽골의 통과운송 안정화를 위한 주변국과 국제협력 개선방안)

  • Mongolia as a land-locked country, has tried to diversify its foreign trade with European and Asian countries. Recently continual price rise of mineral resources also helps Mongolia have chances to gain her trading partners. Nevertheless, regulations and barriers to exports of Mongolian mineral resources in China and Russia, which are transit countries, are complex and complicated in border crossing and transshipment procedures for transit transport. This paper discusses problems and barriers to economic and efficient logistics systems and transit transport of Mongolian mineral resources, and addresses a proposal of international intermodal transport corridors for improving transit transport, and suggests international cooperation, by applying transit rights of land-locked country. Specifically, it is necessary for Mongolia to search for other international intermodal corridors besides the corridor through the port of Tianjin. It is needed to build an international organization for discussion of affirmation of logistics equipments and improvement of transit procedure in border crossing, and to raise financial feasibility in building a new intermodal corridor.

  • 물류관리는 기술의 발전과 깊은 관련을 맺고 있다. 정보처리 전산화 및 자동화된 물류설비의 발전은 개별기업의 물류활동을 더욱 원할 하게 수행할 수 있도록 해 주고 있다. 특히 한창 피어나고 있는 전자상거래는 기존의 상품구매과 정과는 달리 원거리에서 인터넷을 통하여 주문이 되기 때문에 기업은 전자상거래 환경에 맞는 대 고객서비스 방향 설정과 물류활동을 새로운 차원에서 관리해야 할 것이다 최근 CALS와 더불어 최종 고객의 요구를 충족시키기 위하여 공급자에서 부터 최종 고객에게 이르기까지의 공급체계(Supply Chain)내의 각 기업간에 긴밀한 협조를 통해 공급체계 전체 물류의 최적화를 위한 공금체계관리(Supply Chain Management)에 대한 관심이 커지고 있다. 하지만 여전히 사용자의 요구에 부응하는 서비스가 제대로 이루어지지 않는 상황에서 지속적인 성장을 위해서는 전자상거래 쇼핑몰은 택배 회사와 연계하여 GPS등의 기술을 이용한 화물운송정보체계(CVO : Commercialvehicleoperationsystem)를 활용하여 공동배달정보망을 추축해서, 배달추적이 가능하고 신속 정확한 수배송계획을 효율적으로 처리하도록 해야 할 것이다. 이러한 토다 나은 서비스를 위해 본 논문에서는 GPS, GIS를 연계한 물류 모니터링 시스템의 프로토타입에 대하여 설명한다 개발한 프로토타입은 GIS와 GPS를 바탕으로 이동체와 무선 데이터 통신을 이용하여 이동체의 위치를 센터에서 관리학 수 있도록 한 시스템이다. 또한 자바를 기반으로 개발되어 고객이 웹을 통해 자신의 물건의 위치를 파악 할 수 있는 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 전자상거래가 활성화됨에 따라 고객은 원거리에서 인터넷으로 주문처리하고, 신속 안전한 배달을 기대한다. 더불어 고객은 현재 자신의 물건이 배달되는 경로를 알고싶어 한다. 웹을 통해 물건을 주문한 고객이 자신이 물건의 배달 상황을 웹에서 모니터링 한다면 기업은 고객으로 공간적인 제약으로 인한 불신을 불식시키는 신뢰감을 주게 된다. 이러한 고객서비스 향상과 물류비용 절감은 사이버 쇼핑몰이 전국 어디서나 우리의 안방에서 자연스럽게 점할 수 있는 상황을 만들 것이다.

  • China is pushing a policy called China's Western Development in order to balance the continent's development level. They are connecting the rich natural resources of the mid-western areas and the capital of the eastern coastal areas of China. Since Korea depends on China the most for trade, it is necessary for Korea to always consider the trade scale and pattern changes of China. Response to changes in the transport and logistics system between the two countries is also demanded. This study aims to analyze the import and export trends between Korean and Chinese provinces of each item from the trade scale point of view. China's global trade routes reorganization and China's western development are considered and the corresponding direction is presented accordingly. The study also suggests strategies to expand the import and export scale with China based on the analysis.

  • Today, the logistics industry has played a critical role in national economy activities. The low cost and high efficiency of the logistics industry are meaningful in the improvement of national competitiveness and the logistics industry. However, efficiency of logistics is lower than that of the United States and Japan since most quantities are processed in road transportation in Korea. With regard to this, existing studies expected a saving of social and environmental costs due to a decrease of road transportation as well as improvement of logistics productivity due to bulk transportation through activation of rail and costal transport. For the expectation, the existing multimodal transport systems should be improved first. Therefore it aimed to develop scenario-based simulation models of multimodal transport systems for decision makers in charge of improvement in the logistics area. For model development, this study utilized Thinking Process and System Dynamics(TP-SD) methodology.

  • 철도물류에 대한 관심은 친환경 녹색성장과 효율성증대에 대한 요구와 관련하여 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 이러한 필요성에도 불구하고 도로중심의 화물운송체계로 인해 국내 철도물류의 현황은 아직 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 국내 철도 현황을 파악하고 Entropy-SWOT 방법을 이용하여 국내 철도 물류 활성화를 위한 방안을 연구하고자 한다.

  • Along with the increase in global volume of goods, logistics companies are trying to reduce costs by increasing the size of ships carrying cargo, increasing the efficiency of quantitative equipment at ports, and unmanned electric vehicles on land. Korean naval ports are also facing the same situation as the global trend. In the past, small and medium-sized ships such as FF, PCC, and beheaded eagles are being retired for their longevity, and their positions are being replaced by large ships such as KDX, FFG, and LST-II. In particular, large ships such as Dokdo and the next light aircraft carriers are also being prepared. Unlike general merchant ships, naval ships require periodic inspections and preventive maintenance, so repair piers such as maintenance depots are in operation. The naval maintenance depot mainly uses trailers, trucks, and truck-type cranes to carry out loading and unloading of heavy ships, and the application or development of automation and unmanned equipment performed by the private sector is inadequate, and self-improvement cases are also very weak. This study aims to improve the efficiency of the military logistics system through research on the logistics system such as transport, storage and unloading of heavy goods and maintenance products of naval ships.
