As international trade has been increased, the competition of major ports is getting hard. The objective of this competition is that to get more cargoes, so port managements and operators are struggling to obtain cargoes. In addition the competition structure has classified several forms bemuse of specialization, integration and subdivision of port players. In this paper, therefore, we analyze the change of competition structure by port players' development characteristics. In the result of this study, competition structure is divided into five groups as among nations, among ports, among container terminal operation companies, among global container terminal operation companies and among container terminal operation companies operated by shipping companies. And they have showed not only competition but also co-operation partly in order to get strategic position.

In order to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage in the expanding maritime transportation market, most shipping companies are making every effort to reduce transportation costs. Likewise, the car shipping companies, which carry more than 80% of total car import and export logistics volume, also do their utmost for transportation cost saving. Until now many researches have been made for efficient maritime transportation, but studies for car shipping companies have rarely been made. For this reason, this study has tried to develop a maritime transportation planning support system which can help to save logistics costs and increase a competitive power of car shipping companies. To this end, instead of manual effort to solve the routing problem of car carrier vessels, this study has proposed a genetic algorithm. The performance of the genetic algorithm will be evaluated by comparing with the optimal solution of integer programming model.

Railway is paid attention as a means of environment-friendly transportation and logistics. Efforts to enhance the competitiveness by IT convergence, for railway vehicle market share of the world, has been promoted. This study proposes a technology development plan of railway IT convergence. We analyzed the results of legacy researches and technology patents related with railway IT convergence and derived the target tasks in accordance with our technologies classification. By adopting the multi-attributes utility theory methodology and using survey of experts, we selected the core research issues. The result of this study could help policy making and R&D planning about railway IT convergence.

This paper attempts to investigate FDI Trade have been viewed a power affecting economic growth in Mongolia and five Central Asian countries(Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan) directly and indirectly using the Vector Error Correction Model. The results of empirical analysis based on data from 1995 to 2015 confirmed that FDI had a significant impact on economic growth in the rest of countries expect Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan, and Trade was not statistically significant for all countries. Accordingly we've come to below conclusion in consideration of the results of the statistics survey. It is urgently required to implement the policies on promoting foreign investment at first in order to recover economic decline though the international trading is considered important in developing the economics of developing countries. Especially, the landlocked countries, namely the countries having same border should focus on promoting the development of transport and freight forwarding systems between the countries, implementing the policies on trade relationships and foreign direct investments throughout the nation in consideration of the low- level of market economic conditions.

In this research, the researcher is seeking how to develop growing O2O food delivery platform service. The food delivery platform is newly creating the profit system which wasn't exist before by adding up IT and new technologies, and young generations who are used to mobile environment have became main consumers. For the methodology of research, internal and external delivery platform cases research is used to suggest the development idea. Food delivery platform market is showing an active development like business expansion by M&A of IT, distribution, manufacturing, circulation and it still has to attract the constant use of consumer through zero commission, discount events. Further research is required for various delivery platform channel and consumer's value of overall experience, above hereafter food delivery platform based on this research.

항공우주산업은 생산유발효과가 높고 고용창출도 높을 뿐만 아니라 부가가치산업이나, 대규모적 투자에 따른 투자 위험과 기술적 위험이 높아 정부차원에서의 개입이 불가피한 산업으로 인식된다. 최근 항공우주산업에 대한 정부의 지원 형태는 클러스터 조성, 지방세 감면, 토지 임대를 통한 기업지원 등 과거에 비해 더욱 다양한 형태로 발전되고 있다. 이와 같은 정부지원 형태의 다양성은 기존의 전통적 방식에 의한 지원으로는 글로벌 경쟁이 치열해지는 국제경쟁에서 경쟁력 우위를 유지하기 어렵다는 것을 반증하는 것이라고 할 수 있다. 특히 기존의 산업 중심의 정부지원 전략에서 기업중심의 정부지원 전략으로의 선회 경향은 산업의 주체는 기업이기 때문에 기업의 전체적 역량에 의한 경쟁우위가 글로벌 경쟁에서 보다 중요하다는 점을 시사하고 있다. 경남의 항공우주산업 클러스터 조성 여건은 인프라 구축면에서 여타 지역에 비해 매우 우수한 하부 기반을 구축하고 있어 클러스터 구축에 따른 효율성과 국제경쟁력 확보 가능성이 높다고 할 수 있다. 먼저, 클러스터 구축의 핵심이 되는 핵심선도기업인 KAI가 15년 전부터 대상지역에서 생산활동 중이며, 교육 및 훈련 기능도 비교적 풍부할 뿐만 아니라 공항도 인접해 있어 신속한 물류 및 정보공유, 해외시장과의 접근성이 높다고 할 수 있다. 결론적으로 볼 때, 경남지역의 항공우주산업 클러스터 구축의 타당성은 높다고 할 수 있다. 특히 현재의 항공우주산업 발전 단계상으로 볼 때, 부품산업의 발전이 긴요한 과제이므로 동 클러스터는 항공우주 부품 수출중심의 핵심 거점 클러스터로의 조성할 필요성이 높다고 할 수 있다. 이와 같은 클러스터 조성에 따른 경남 항공우주 클러스터의 운영체계는 “항공우주산업 혁신 클러스터 추진단”을 중심으로 입주 업체, 항공우주 수출 지원단, 관련 R&D 기관 및 교육기관 등이 긴밀하게 연계 되어 운영되어야 할 것이다. 이외에도 중앙정부와의 협의 및 관련 단체들과의 연계를 통해 클러스터의 효율성과 경쟁력 제고를 위한 활동을 적극 추진해야 할 것이다.

In recent years, the Internation Standard ISO/IEC 18000-6 is announced and a new scheme of Type C is added to conventional standard. Among the RFID systems the ISO/IEC 18000-6 standard is the most interesting to companies due to its potential market growth. The operating frequency is between 860-960 MHz, and three kinds of RFID system are included in the standard, i.e. type A, B and C. In this paper, we implemented the data frame of type C with baseband coding using VHDL. The data frame is encoded based on Miller code and FM0. We showed the implementation results with waveforms. The data frame was proved that it is properly implemented by the experiment of transmission and receiving operation.

This study is to evaluate the influence of relationship marketing and identify empirically the important factors which affect relationship continuity between multimodal transport operators and shippers. The empirical findings of this research are, MTO's marketing activity factors which consist of customers' contact intensity, relationship-oriented factors, positively affects relationship continuity such as revisit intention and word-of-mouth communication. As a result, relationship marketing activities are essential to the market strategy of MTO for continuous and stable growth. Also, on condition of transactional types, On-line transaction has an effect of customer switching, but there is no different effect in case of service type. Accordingly, international MTO in domestic need to develop various relationship marketing programs such as a special program for enhancing the continuity, an event for long-term customers and training program should be implemented and enforced to elevate qualify of the service encounter.

Purpose of this study is to define competitiveness and attribution factors of Busan port on attracting high value added business such as transshipment cargo. Research finds condition to become optimal transshipment port comprises both internal and external circumstances. As for the internal circumstance, scale and location of the distripark as well as port facilities and the rates, for the external circumstance, international network and information technology on logistics managements are providing positive effects. Optimal plans to attract transshipment cargo should include, first, development of total logistics management system from port entry to unloading, transportation, processing, loading to departure. Second, assign port as free trade zone under customs law to attract foreign investment and goods traffic through tax exemption. Third, unless it is illegal, government needs to grant substantial freedom to shift capital for the foreign investors which will lead increase in cargo traffic and foreign investment.

The drone is an unmanned aircraft that can be steered and controlled using radio waves on the ground, and the pilot moves unmanned without boarding. The history of the unmanned airplane began with military use, and the first unmanned aerial flight was the first successful flight of the 'Sperry Aerial Torpedo' drones built in the United States in 1917 with a bomb. With the development of unmanned aerial technology, the use of military drones has expanded to a wider field. Recently, the use of drones has been utilized in various fields such as agriculture, industry, logistics, broadcasting, and safety, and the scale of the market is also expanding. Although the drones are becoming indispensable to penetrate our lives, they can be used for bad purposes depending on the intended use of the user, but the risk factors are overlooked. Therefore, technical defects related to drones and accidents caused by operator's mistakes can not be completely prevented. However, privacy infringement, security leakage, and terrorism, which may be caused by illegal use of drones, It will not be inhibited and will accelerate.
