This study analyzed overseas market performance factors, focusing on the use of smart logistics platforms by companies entering overseas markets. Research design, data, methodology : Nine hypotheses were established among four potential variables, including the use of a smart logistics platform. An empirical analysis was carried out targeting 175 companies entering the overseas market, and hypothesis testing was performed using a structural equation model. As a result of the analysis, it was possible to confirm the mediating effect of the use of the smart logistics platform, and the effect of the supply chain orientation and the logistics service network was confirmed. In this study, it was confirmed that the use of a smart logistics platform mediates the effect of supply chain orientation on the logistics service network. In this regard, it was pointed out that it is necessary to increase the ability to utilize the smart logistics platform.

유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅과 네트워크 기술은 21세기 변화된 형태의 운송 서비스를 수행하기 위해 물류 분야에 도입이 필수적이며, 이를 통해 위치 감지, 추적 능력의 확대 및 고도화된 운송 정보의 실시간 교환, 공유, 운송원들의 커뮤니티 파워증대 효과를 가져올 수 있다. 따라서 유비쿼터스 물류 서비스 시대로 가기 위해 적용 가능한 핵심 분야인 내장형 모바일 ad-hoc 네트워크 프로토콜, 무선 센서 네트워크, RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)를 활용한 유비쿼터스 물류서비스 시스템을 제시하였다. 이는 저비용 고효율의 물류 서비스 시스템을 구축해야 할 것이며, 첨단 정보체계를 효율적으로 구축하면 정확한 운송 서비스에 획기적으로 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

Recently, the electronic commerce(EC), driven by the development of Internet, has been one of the most important interests. Physical distribution in EC is one of the most important factors. Logistics will be one of the most important industries in the 21st century. Logistics, especially in related to EC presents enormous potential opportunities for logistics Companies. However, logistics companies in Korea still don't have international competitive and effective strategies for customer in compare with leading international logistics companies. So it is needed to study development strategies of logistics companies in Korea against leading international logistics companies. Logistics companies in Korea is able to learn from practical experience of logistics companies in developed country by benchmarking studies. This study extracted the major attributes of the competitiveness of services provided by port logistics networks from previous research and interviews with experts and, based on the attributes, analyzed the effects of change in the competitiveness of the Incheon Port. According to the results, services provided by port logistics networks were divided into facility conveniences, access conveniences, and decision conveniences. In the results on the integrated value of the competitiveness of logistics network among ports, competitiveness was high in order of Busan Port>Qigndao Port>Tianjin Port>Dalian Port>Incheon Port. Particularly in the results of scenario analysis, with the elevation of one or two factors of logistics network service, the Incheon Port was even inferior to the Dalian Port, which had the lowest competitiveness among the ports compared. In the results of reversed fuzzy analysis, the Incheon Port could maintain equal competitiveness with the Dalian Port by raising the service level of the logistics network by 25% for facility conveniences, by 8% for access conveniences, and by 1% for decision conveniences.

세계 물류시장은 지속적으로 성장하고 있으며, 글로벌 해운·물류기업은 M&A를 통해 시장지배력 및 글로벌 네트워크를 확장하고 있다. 한편 우리나라는 물류산업에서의 글로벌 선도기업 부재, 물류 네트워크 열악 등으로 인해 고품질 SCM 서비스 지원이 불가능한 상황이다. 따라서 해운·물류기업의 해외진출 확대 및 국제 경쟁력 강화를 위해 M&A 관련 연구가 활발하게 진행되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 M&A 성공 및 확대를 위한 M&A 효과분석 연구를 실시하고자 한다.

우리나라 해운 항만 물류기업의 국제물류 서비스 향상 및 글로벌 경쟁력 강화를 위한 방안 가운데 하나는 해외 현지 물류네크워크 구축이며 이를 통해 고객이 원하는 물류서비스 제공 및 글로벌 시장 내 경쟁력 확보 차원에서 필수적이다. 그러나 아직까지 필리핀 물류시장에 대한 우리나라의 해운 항만 물류기업 진출 및 투자 지원에 관한 체계적인 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 인도에 진출하는 우리나라 화주기업 및 물류기업의 물류 애로사항 해소 지원, 해운 물류기업의 경쟁력 강화 등 정부차원의 다양한 정책과 지원 사업에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 필리핀 항만물류시장의 현황을 분석한 후 향후 우리나라 해운 항만 물류기업들이 물류 네트워크 구축 방안을 수립하는데 있어 투자대상 시설 및 투자 유망지역 등 다양한 정보를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 필리핀 물류시장을 면밀히 파악하는 것뿐만 아니라 필리핀 경제, 인프라 현황, 기업 분포 등 다양한 지표 분석을 통해 물류서비스 경쟁력 제고에 기여할 수 있는 투자 유망지역을 제시하였다.

국제 무역에 있어 한 중 일 삼국은 동아시아에서 차지하고 있는 비중이 클 뿐만 아니라, 전 세계 컨테이너 물동량의 30% 이상을 차지하며 세계 물류 흐름에서 큰 역할을 차지하고 있다. 하지만 각국의 물류 정보시스템이 각각 다르고, 관리 체제나 연계 방안이 마련되어 있지 않아 정보 연계 시 많은 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 한 중 일 삼국은 정보를 공유하고 관리할 수 있도록 동북아 물류정보 서비스 네트워크(이하 NEAL-NET) 구축 사업을 진행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 NEAL-NET 프로젝트의 진행 사항과 의의를 살펴보고, 추후 국제 물류정보 공유 협력을 위한 표준화 방안에 대해 연구하였다.

The meaning of "added value" refers to the contribution of the factors of production, i.e., land, labor, and capital goods, to raising the value of a product and corresponds to the incomes received by the owners of these factors. The importance of added value in service industry has been recognized as one of the critical factors to economic growth, even in logistics industry. But, it is hard to find out the previous studies providing a clear definition and framework for designing and analyzing the performance of Value Added Logistics(VAL). The purpose of this study is to define the meaning of extended VAL that extensively includes activities initiating and operating the reverse logistics under the closed-loop logistic scheme, and to suggest the framework that describes the partnerships among participants involving in operating the value added logistics. Also, in this paper, we emphasize on the need for investigation of added value logistics definition and framework based on previous academic studies, and examine various value added logistics service activities of current leading 3PL companies across the world. Finally, we suggest the analytic framework for value added logistics throughout closed-loop logistics.

When comparing Korea logistics industry with advanced nations, in size, service scope, network and others, our domestic logistics industry is falling behind, and this problem will deter the efforts of South Korea becoming the logistics hub nation in North-east Asia. This study will focus on current conditions of th foreign and domestic logistics, presents policies and plans which will advance logistics industry in South Korea. The results of this study will promote logistics industry in Korea and attain the aim of being a Logistics Hub nation in North-east Asia.

물류 네트워크는 거점(Node)과 수배송(Link) 형태로 구성된다. 중장기적인 관점에서 예측된 수요를 고려하여 재고, 수배송, 납기시간을 줄일 수 있는 Node와 Link를 결정하는 것이 물류 네트워크 구축 연구의 목적이다. 건축도료를 생산하는 A사는 3개의 공장과 2개의 물류센터를 보유하고 있으며, 향후 공장 이전과 신규 물류센터를 건립할 계획이다. 이러한 물류 환경 변화 하에서 현재 대고객 서비스 수준은 유지하면서, 최소의 비용으로 적정 재고수준을 보장하는 A사의 신 물류체계를 구축하는 것이 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 시뮬레이션을 활용하여 최적의 물류 네트워크 구축 및 적정의 물류센터 규모를 산정하였다.
