This study analyze whether the organizational learning culture affects the firm's dynamic capacity and whether the dynamic capacity mediates the relationship between organizational learning culture and management performance. Respectively. First, "The more organizational structure is organic, the higher the integrated relocation capacity and learning capacity. Organizations with organic organizational structures were found to have the ability to successfully adapt to external changes because there is a practice that is not tied to formal processing or procedures. Second, it can be seen that there is a positive (+) influence on the relocation capacity among the dynamic competence of the learning culture of the corporate organization. Third, both sub-factors of dynamic competence have positive (+) influence on business performance. Also, there was no mediating effect of dynamic competence related to learning culture.

The objectives of this study are to introduce a critical perspective of the multicultural education in home economics education, to develop teaching-learning materials and to apply them in classes for the purpose of enhancing students' multicultural competence for a validity test. For these purposes, family life culture sections from six high school technology and home economics textbooks were analyzed based on the contents and elements of multicultural competence. After recomposing the family life culture sections, this study developed 12-session teaching-learning materials with an emphasis on media literacy. Among them, 4-session plans were taught in classrooms for 247 students in the 10th grades. To test the validity of the plans, a questionnaires was given to the students as a pre- and post-test. The data were analyzed with paired t-tests. The results showed significant pre and post differences in all sections of multicultural competence except the section of 'general cultural understanding'. This implied that the developed teaching-learning materials were effective in helping students overcome ethnocentrism and enhance the understanding of cultural differences.

In Korea, the traces of Mongolian history and culture are often found in Korean life and customs. Under these perceptions, this study has attempted to develop the learning contents using the Mongolian historical and cultural heritages in Korea. For this, the perspective on Mongolia in Korean History and Social Studies textbooks and the exhibition of Mongolian cultural materials in a museum have been analyzed. In addition, this study has researched a plan to develop learning contents for exhibition and education using the Mongolian historical & cultural heritage and folklore materials in Korea and people's perspective on Mongolia in the ancient western maps as a way of understanding the historical and cultural heritage between Korea and Mongolia. In addition, a way of taking advantage of the Mongolian historical and cultural heritage in Korea from the view of world history has been proposed to share historical views and promote cultural exchanges between the two countries. Furthermore, the development of learning contents of the museum using the historical and cultural heritage between Korea and Mongolia could be grounds for humanistic studies from the view of understanding multiculture and characteristics of international culture.

This study examines the effectiveness of the study through a case of PBL (problem-based learning) class conducted in a balanced culture course called at 00 - University in the second semester of 2020. The effects we can achieve through learning are as follows: First, problem-based learning (PBL) has sufficient active interaction between the teacher and the learner. Second, PBL learning can actively utilize various problems that fit the characteristics of the subject and actively utilize the process of role sharing and collaboration. Third, critical perceptions of problem situations can be extended. The limitations identified in this class case are, first, the nature of the subject, "Understanding Culture and Philosophy," which makes it possible to discuss the global cultural phenomenon, but it should be discussed in terms of philosophy. Second, it is not easy to work as a team on non-face-to-face online.

This study addresses the effective utilization of film music as learning material for language, target culture, and ethics education. Music is intertwined with language and culture, and even with ethics. This study focuses on the potential power of film music in the processes of teaching and learning in a classroom. For this purpose, five songs are selected from the soundtrack of Disney's famous animation The Lion King: "Circle of life", "I just can't wait to be king", "Be prepared", "Hakuna Matata", and "Can you feel the love tonight?", and concrete learning activities are suggested based on these. Using these five songs, gap-filling and singing-recoding tasks are proposed as listening and speaking activities respectively. Film music is also very useful in learning vocabulary, sentence structure, and grammar. Learners participate in a writing activity involving creating their own lyrics for the tunes reflecting their experiences. Next, for culture education, a teacher asks their students to discuss about, and be aware of, food culture using a specific character's song. Finally, for ethics education, a philosophy of life, natural logic, leadership qualities, and the motto Hakuna Matata("no worries") are explored and discussed through an analysis of the lyrics. The open-ended questionnaire survey is conducted. The result shows that music has a positive effect on culture and ethics education. Film music can be effective in learning a second language, target culture, and ethics.

This study indicates there is a need for delivering key academic vocabulary to students with multi-cultural backgrounds before they enter middle school and thus select academic vocabularies necessary for satisfactory middle school education and self-directed learning methods using a more focused selected academic vocabulary list. To this end, we first examine the vocabularies appearing in the main Korean language, math, social studies and science textbooks used in the first year of middle school and compile the most practical academic vocabulary list. Then we offer a selection method for the main academic vocabulary from these compiled vocabularies. We also propose a self-directed vocabulary learning model for using these selected academic vocabularies and an academic vocabulary learning application as a prototype. As a result, students with multi-cultural backgrounds will be able to adapt to middle school education more quickly when they learn the necessary academic vocabularies on their own using the academic vocabulary learning application.

본 논문에서는 목조 문화재의 변위 현상 중 하나인 크랙 현상을 감지할 수 있는 EfficientNet 기반 모델을 제안한다. 우선 사전 학습된 EfficientNet모델을 통해 학습 이미지로부터 심층 특징을 추출하고 크랙이 존재하는지 아닌지에 대해 분류하기 위한 완전 연결 신경망을 학습한다. 그런 다음 새로운 목조 문화재 이미지가 들어왔을 때 학습한 모델을 통해서 크랙이 존재하는지에 대해 최종적으로 판별하게 된다. 데이터 셋으로는 충주시 근처의 문화재에 방문해서 수집한 목조 이미지를 가지고 정상 및 비정상으로 구분한 데이터 셋을 사용하였다. 실험 결과 EfficientNet을 사용한 딥 러닝 기반 모델이 다른 사전 학습된 합성 곱 신경망 모델보다 더 좋은 성능을 나타냄을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과로부터 우리가 제안한 방법이 목재 문화재에서의 크랙 검출에 있어서 적합함을 보여준다.

교육은 준비, 발표, 적용, 복습 및 평가 순으로 이루어지고, 학습은 경험의 결과로 개인의 지각, 사고, 느낌, 행위의 방식에 의해 변화될 수 있다. 고로 초기 조종사를 양성하는 과정에서 교육과 학습은 안전문화 증진을 위한 매우 중요하다. 항공안전법에서 국내 조종사를 양성하기 위해 전문교육기관(ATO)을 국토교통부로부터 승인을 받아야 하고, 또한 항공안전관리시스템(SMS)도 승인받고 안전관리 활동이 의무화됐다. 조종사가 되기 위한 첫 관문인 학생조종사에게 국가 항공안전관리 정책 및 목표에 부합하도록 달성 가능한 수준의 항공 업무의 안전목표를 수립하고 그 구성원들이 학생조종사에게 안전문화를 형성할 수 있도록 효과적인 교육과 학습 방안을 마련해야 한다. 본 연구는 조종사양성 전문교육기관에서 교육을 받고 있는 학생조종사의 교육과 학습에 따른 단계별 안전의식을 알아보고, 학생조종사가 안전문화를 형성하는데 초기교육과 지속적인 교육을 통해 학습문화을 만들고 도움이 되는지 연구한다.

문화재 영상 데이터는 방대한 양으로 인해 고해상도로 모두 저장이 어렵거나 시간이 지나 상대적으로 화질이 낮은 영상들이 다수 존재하기에 초해상화가 필요한 상황이 많다. 따라서 본 논문에서 처음으로 문화재 영상에 특화된 4 배 및 8 배 딥러닝 기반 초해상화 방식을 제안한다. 문화재 영상 데이터는 배경이 단조롭고 물체가 영상 중간에 위치한다는 특징이 있어 이를 고려해 중간 부분에서만 패치를 추출하는 방식을 적용하여 의미 있는 패치로 학습이 되도록 한다. 또 자연 영상 데이터 셋인 DIV2K 를 사용해 학습하는 방식과 직접 구성한 문화재 데이터 셋을 이용해 학습하는 방식, 그 둘을 적절히 함께 사용하여 학습하는 전이 학습 방법까지 세 가지로 학습하여 초해상화의 성능을 향상시키는 방법을 제안한다. 그 결과, 쌍삼차 보간법(Bicubic interpolation)보다 4 배 초해상화에서는 약 1.25dB, 8 배 초해상화에서는 약 1.26dB 의 성능 개선을 확인하였으며, 단순 DIV2K 로 학습한 방식보다는 4 배에서는 0.06dB, 8 배에서는 0.17dB 의 성능 개선을 확인하였다.

논문은 공공 데이터 Open API와 사용자의 과거 행동과 주변 상황정보를 토대로 사용자가 선호하는 문화를 맞춤 추천하는 어플리케이션인 '눈치 코칭_문화'의 설계 및 구현에 대하여 서술한다. '눈치 코칭_문화'는 사용자가 쉽게 문화를 추천 받을 수 있도록 만들어진 어플리케이션으로 기존의 필터링 방식으로 사용자가 검색하는 방식의 어플리케이션들과 달리 사용자의 주변 상황과 사용자의 취향 분석을 통해 최적의 문화 Contents를 어플리케이션을 통해 제공한다. 사용자의 별도의 상세검색이나 검색, 좋아요 기능, 주변 위치와 같은 상황 정보를 어플리케이션 사용 로그를 저장 후 데이터 전처리를 하여 사용자에게 다시금 피드백 되는 어플리케이션이다. 지속적인 알림을 통해 사용자에게 문화를 추천하도록 만들었다. 또한, 사용자에게 문화의 날 정보와 사용자 주변 위치의 문화센터를 추천하여 사용자의 문화 활동을 지향한다.
