  • 인쇄가 있는 곳에 문화가 있고, 인쇄는 문화의 산모라고 한다. 곧 어떤 문화도 인쇄의 힘을 빌리지 않고는 존재할 수 없고, 발전할 수도 없다는 뜻이다. 대한인쇄문화협회는 '인쇄는 내수용'이라는 한계를 벗어나기 위해 최근 인쇄수출진흥센터를 설립해 인쇄사 수출지원 등 다양한 활동을 펼치고 있다, 본지에서는 문화의 한 축을 담당하고 있는 인협 회원사를 찾아가 인쇄노하우에 대해 들어본다. 이번호에서는 성수동에 위치한 드림인쇄(주)를 찾았다.

  • Cultural Content Industry, a core industry based on knowledge, is becoming an economic model making new benefits by adding human creativity, imagination, sensitivity and style in to information technology. Cultural Contents Industry representing cultures of each countries is facing major changes towards a new competitive industry of each nation. Cultural content of a country is upbringing new contents power developing into a new industry by flattening the barriers within nations. But cooperations face difficulties in launching the industry because of limited information about the current market and lack of understanding in cultural differences. In order to solve this problem, this paper aims to create global network leading to increase of export and creation of new market with cultural contents and train local specialists. In order to search for the ways to maintain Korean contents in other nations and expand exportation. cooperations invite leading cultural contents groups to South Korea, let the groups experience Korea's contents. Cooperations initiated invite training, dispatch training by Korean companies and international students training. The purpose of this paper is to support education system, ETS-CS(Educational Training System for Contents Specialist) and analyse practices applied in the field to develop a better cultural contents industry.

Moderating Factors associated with Relationship between perceived Needs and Social Service Utilization among Female Marriage Immigrants (여성결혼이민자의 사회서비스이용 결정 연구 : 개인차와 환경의 조절효과 중심)

  • Despite the amount of government budget and resources used for female immigrants who married Korean spouses, it has not been evaluated yet whether the services designed for the immigrants are actually delivered to potential users with social needs. This study is an attempt to identify moderating factors associated with perceived needs and utilizing services of the Multicultural Family Support Centers. The National Survey on Multicultural Families 2015 is used for the analysis. Findings are as follows: the immigrant with better Korean communication skills would use the center services more when they have needs; the immigrants who lack skills were more likely to use center services in spite of the needs. Secondly, the more female spouses satisfied with their marriages, they were less likely to use the services; however, the moderating effect was not significant, On the other hand, Korean male spouses' patriarchal attitude was statistically significant. According to the results, practical and political implications were suggested.

The Influence of Career-Education on Job Satisfaction in the Multicultural Family Service Centers Focused on the Mediating effects of Multicultural Practice Competence and Organizational Climate (다문화가족지원센터의 직무 재교육이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향: 조직풍토와 다문화실천역량의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • This study analyzed the influence of career-education on job satisfaction in the multicultural family service centers focused on the mediating effects of multicultural practice competence and organizational climate. A self-reported questionnaire survey was done on 180 multicultural practitionser in Seoul and Kyunggi Do. A total of 175 copies were used for final analysis with ones insincerely made were excluded. Collected date underwent Multivariate structural equation model analysis using AMOS 21.0 and frequency, descriptive, and corelation analysis were made using SPSS 20.0. Statistical program. The study results revealed that career-education directly affect organizational climate and multicultural practice competence, and organizational climate directly affected job satisfaction. Career education did not affect job satisfaction, but organizational climate had complete mediating effect in the structural equation model. Additionally multicultural practice competence didn't have an effect on job satisfaction and mediating effect in the structural equation model. Based on the results, intervention strategies to increase job satisfaction of multicultural practitioners and future study implications were suggested.

The Impact of Childcare Workforce Cost on Fertility Rates (육아 인력 비용이 출산율에 미치는 영향)

  • This study comparatively analyzed the impact of childcare workforce cost on fertility rates across different countries. In the cases of Nordic countries, comprehensive childcare support policies and subsidies for childcare workforce costs were found to have a positive impact on fertility rates. In contrast, high childcare burden and economic pressures were identified as major factors contributing to declining fertility rates in East Asian countries. In developing countries, the effectiveness of childcare support policies varied depending on the socioeconomic context. This study suggests that the impact of childcare workforce cost on fertility rates manifests in diverse patterns across countries, and effective childcare support policies require tailored approaches that consider each country's specific circumstances. In the future, increased social investment in childcare and the spread of a culture that respects the value of care are necessary.

인협, 2011 일본시장개척단 파견

  • 대한인쇄문화협회(회장 김남수)는 구랍 1일부터 3일까지 3일간에 걸쳐 문화체육관광부의 국고 지원을 받아 인쇄물 신규 해외시장 개척과 선진국의 고품질고부가가치 인쇄시장을 파악하고 공략하기 위해 '2011 일본시장개척단'을 파견하여 상담회를 도쿄 신주쿠에 위치한 미시바빌딩에서 개최했다. 이번 일본시장개척단의 파견은 정부사업으로 운영되고 있는 인쇄수출센터가 추진한 주요사업의 하나로 대한인쇄문화협회 김남수 회장을 단장으로 동방인쇄공사, 두성칼라, 새한문화사, 아시아프린팅, 영인정보시스템, 청아문화사, 청우, 타라티피에스의 8개사, 13명을 비롯하여 인쇄문화협회의 임직원을 포함한 16명으로 구성되었으며 일본에서는 현지 스텝 13명이 추가적으로 시장개척단을 지원했다. 이번 개척단은 수출시장에 처음으로 관심을 갖고 참여하는 업체와 기존의 수출경험이 많은 업체들이 비슷한 비율로 구성이 되어 많은 경험과 패기가 조화를 이룬 가운데 경쟁보다는 서로를 보완할 수 있는 분위기를 조성한 시장개척단이라는 평가를 받았다.

Organizational Citizenship Behaviors of Low-Skilled Immigrant Workers under Employment Permit System: Integrating Cultural Adjustment and Social Support Perspectives (일반 고용허가제 저숙련 이주근로자들의 조직시민행동: 사회적 지원과 문화적 적응 시각의 적용)

  • The Employment Permit System (EPS), a system of bringing in low-skilled foreign workers, has been implemented since 2004 to relieve labor shortages in SMEs. Despite the increasing number of foreign workers under this system, due to lack of research we have very limited managerial understanding. Moreover, previous studies focused on economic or legal perspectives, which calls for a different perspective of business and management. In this study, we examined how to foster organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB) of low-skilled immigrant workers at the workplace by integrating two analytical frames-social support from management studies and cultural adjustment from immigrant literature. We tested our model using a sample of 661 immigrant workers from 11 countries working in Korea. Our results indicated that, social support perception triggered not only a direct effect on organizational citizenship behaviors of immigrant workers but also indirect effects via the level of cultural adaptation. Our findings indicated that two views are all meaningful in explaining OCB of immigrants, and provided practical implications to SMEs using EPS.

  • The paper concerns the role model of the local cultural industry agencies, which were established by the local government for the purpose of fostering the regional cultural industries. In this article, the term of the innovative milieu refers to the interaction and network system for the creation, diffusion and application of knowledge. In doing so, the case on the Gyeonggi Digital Content Agency(GDCA), which has managed the Digital Animation Academy and the cultural heritage based digital content development project will be examined in terms of the network between academic and industry. As a result of the case study, it is not certain that the activities and policy programs of the GDCA has affected the improvement of the knowledge and network environment in the field of cultural content industries. This demonstrates industries rather than the innovation system as a whole. In this respect, the paper develops the Cultural Content R & D Network Model for the improvement of the creative partnership among universities, companies and public sector organizations. In addition, the paper suggests that the Digital Animation Academy should be managed in terms of the improvement of the innovative environment of the regional cultural content cluster.

A Study on Cultural Program Improvement for Resident Writers in Public Libraries (공공도서관 상주작가 문화프로그램 개선 방안에 관한 연구)

  • This article aims to improve the cultural program for the resident writers in libraries by identifying the current status of the resident writer support project, examining users' perceptions and preferences, and investigating librarians' perceptions of the program. The research methods included an investigation (survey) of the program operation status, user perception and preference surveys, and interviews with librarians about their perceptions of the program. Data were collected from libraries with the cultural program for resident writers between May and November 2021. Findings showed there were challenges in operating the library cultural program due to the lack of resident writers' quality, frequent changes in the program formats (online or offline), and library closures during the COVID-19 pandemic. For the program improvement, suggestions were made, including inviting good-quality resident writers and writers from other fields to the program, training resident writers, advertising the programs using online and offline media, training staff, and developing programs considering user ages and preferences and diversity in local communities.

  • 한국출판문화산업진흥원(원장 이재호)은 최근 서체와 서체프로그램 저작권 관련 법률 용어 및 의미, 분쟁사례, 분쟁의 사전 예방과 대처 방법 등을 소개하는 '서체 프로그램 이용 길라잡이'를 발행했다. 이중 서체프로그램 분쟁예방 및 대응방법에 대한 내용을 소개한다. 한편 대한인쇄문화협회에서는 문화체육관광부의 지원을 받아 바른돋움체와 바른바탕체를 개발해 홈페이지(www.print.or.kr) 자료실에서 무료로 다운받아 사용할 수 있도록 하고 있다.
