21세기 정보화 시대에 효과적으로 대비하기 위해 세계 여러나라에서 추진하고 있는 정보화 사회를 구축하는데 필수적인 요소로 lnfrastructure인 초고속 정보 통신망을 구축하고 있다. 이에 따라 국내에서도 정부주도로 초고속망을 이용한 대국민 서비스 사업을 추진하고 있고, 이 사업의 일환으로 문화체육부에서도 국립중앙박물관을 중심으로 대국민 서비스용 문화정보망 구축을 추진하고 있다. 이러한 문화정보망 사업의 최종 목표는 종래의 개념을 넘어선 인간에게 가장 현실감을 줄 수 있는 "가상박물관"과 같이 문화재를 글, 그림 이외에 3차원 업체형상을 가진 문화재를 3차원적으로 표현하여 보이지 않는 부분을 볼 수 있도록 문화재를 이동, 회전 및 확대, 축소 표현이 가능한 3차원 형상정보 데이타베이스를 구축하여야 한다. 본 과제에서는 이러한 3차원 형상정보 데이타베이스 구축을 위해, 컴퓨터 그래픽스 기술과 인공지능 기술이 복합적으로 구현된 3차원 입체형상 자동 입력 시스템 및 모델링 시스템과 지원 도구 개발을 목표로 진행되고 있다. 이 시스템이 완성되면 문화재 형상의 영구보존, 문화재의 특성(크기,색,무늬,질감) 보존, 문화재 형상 복원 및 문화재의 시대적 상대평가를 용이하게 하는 효과를 얻을 뿐아니라, 컴퓨터 그래픽스 기술 및 정보처리 기술을 문화재 연구와 전시에 적용하여 문화정보망 사업의 구체적 효과를 가시화 할 수 있다.

전자문화지도는 지도를 인터페이스로 문화와 관련된 정보를 디지털화시켜 나타내는 시스템이며 공간데이터와 문화정보의 연계를 통해 다양한 정보를 제공한다. 이는 문화와 관련된 정보를 시 공간데이터와의 조합을 통해 유기적으로 연계된 형태의 정보를 효율적으로 검색할 수 있다. 기존의 전자문화지도는 2차원 지도(베이스맵)에 점, 선, 면 데이터를 활용해 정보를 표현하는 방법이 대부분이다. 이는 3차원 공간을 2차원 평면으로 표현하기 때문에 지리적 왜곡, 입체감 결여 등의 문제점을 발생시킨다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 구글 어스에서 제공하는 3차원 형태의 지도서비스를 활용하여 전자문화지도를 설계한다. 전자문화지도는 문화(주제), 시간, 공간 데이터를 조합하여 검색이 가능하며 이는 지역연구의 방법으로 활용할 수 있다. 또한 3차원 지도를 활용해 시각적인 효과를 높임으로써 사용자의 사용성 및 이해도를 향상시킬 수 있다.

In this research, Collectivism's influence on Japanese employee's volunteerism in IT Multinational Enterpise (MNE) was investigated with empathy mediating. Previous research on Hofstede's cultural dimensions were mostly conducted at national levels. However, in this study, Yoo's Cultural value Scale (CVSCALE) was used to analyze colletivistic tenedencies at individual levels and its influence on volunteerism. A total of 220 self-administering online surveys were distributed to IT MNE employees in Tokyo, Japan for three weeks period. 160 usable surveys were collected and analyzed with SPSS 21.0. Findings indicate collectivism positively influenced volunteerism in individuals with empathy as possible antecent of volunteerism. In conclusion and application, the significance of this research lies in indicating collectivism's positive influence on volunteerism and empathy as possible antecedents of volunteerism in Japanese employees even though Japan has displayed stronger individualism than the rest of East Asian neighbors.

본 논문에서는 위성영상 기반의 3차원 문화재 정보 시스템을 구현하기 위한 과정으로 고 해상 위성영상 제작을 위한 DEM(Digital Elevation Model)제작단계와 위성영상 자료를 수집하여 영상이 지니고 있는 왜곡을 보정하는 자료보정 단계, 사용 목적에 맞게 영상을 가공하여 저장하는 영상 생성단계를 통해 위성영상 기반의 3차원 지형정보를 생성하고, 3차원 스캐너를 활용한 대상지역 문화재의 DB 구축과 3차원 복원을 통해 3차원의 문화재 정보를 획득하고 질감 및 재질 사실적인 면을 강조하기 위한 텍스처 맵핑 과정을 통해 3차원 공간적인 조건 및 검색을 가능하게 함으로써 언제 어디서 든 누구나 쉽게 문화재에 대한 정보를 검색할 수 있도록 Web3D를 활용한 3차원 문화재 정보 시스템을 구현하였다.

This study utilized one of Hofstede's cultural dimension, collective dimension and validated its influence on individual's change oriented organizational citizenship behavior(COCB hereafter) with mediation of emotional regulation. Previous research on Hofstede's cultural dimensions were mostly conducted at national levels. However, in this study, Yoo's CVSCALE was used to analyze collectivistic tendencies at individual levels and its influence on emotional regulation and COCB were measured. The study distributed 200 paper based self administered surveys to employees of Fortune 500 electronic company in Korea for two weeks period. Findings indicated individual's collectivistic dimension positively influenced COCB and emotional regulation mediated between collectivism and COCB. In conclusion and application, the significance of this research lies in indicating collectivistic culture's positive influence on COCB and emotional regulation as possible antecedents of Change oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

A fundamental understanding of "sustainable development" is generally related to a triptych of social justice, ecological integrity, and economic well-being. It aims at a development of human societies that would achieve the reconciliation of social justice, ecological integrity, and the well-being of all living systems an the planet. Furthermore, the quest for "sustainable development" focuses on economic, ecological, and social dimensions. interdependence of culture and sustainable development. The original syntax was not quite standard English, i.e., it was also unclear and vague. Ergo, this is a hypothetical edit. If you demur, then please rectify it. In Germany, th "Tutzinger Manifest" also includes the cultural dimension as a major dimension of sustainability, thereby arguing for the integration of culture in strategies for sustainability; and furthermore for the building of networks in order to overcome this gap. The cultural dimension of sustainability in Germany involves not only cultural policy, but also culture management.

After dismantled, Mireuksajiseoktap(Stone pagoda of Mireuksa Templesite) is being in the stage of restoration design. Now, different ways - producing restoration model, a 3 dimension simulation - have been requested to make more detailed and clearer restoration design prior to confirmation of its restoration design and actual restoration carry-out. This thesis proposes the way to build the detailed model for better restoration plan using extensively-used Reverse Engineering technique and Rapid Prototyping. It also introduces each stage such as a 3-dimension actual measurement, building database, a 3-dimension simulation etc., to build a desirable model. On the top of that, this thesis reveals that after dismantled, MIruksaji stone pagoda's interior and exterior were not constructed into pieces but wholeness, so that its looks can be grasped in more virtually and clearly. Secondly, this thesis makes a 3-dimension study on the 2-dimension design possible by acquiring basic materials about a 3-dimension design. Thirdly, the individual feature of each member like the change of member location can be comprehended, considering comparing analysis and joint condition of member. Lastly, in the structural perspective this thesis can be used as reference materials for structure reinforcement design by grasping destructed aspects of stone pagoda and weak points of the structure. In dismantlement-repair and restoration work of cultural properties that require delicate attention and exactness, there may be evitable errors on time and space in building reinforcement and restoration design based on a 2-dimension plan. Especially, the more complicate and bigger the subject is, the more difficult an analysis about the status quo and its delicate design are. A series of pre-review, based on the 3-dimension data according to actual measurement, can be one of the effective way to minimize the possibility that errors about time - space happen by building more delicate plan and resolving difficulties.

과학연구의 세계적 권위로 자리 잡은 노벨과학상이 제정된 지 100년이 넘었다. 그 동안 물리학, 화학, 생리의학상 세 분야에서 수백 명의 과학자들이 영예로운 상을 수상했으며, 지난 2001년 노벨재단은 이를 기념하기 위해 전세계 주요 도시를 순회하는 특별전시회를 기획했다. ‘창조성의 문화 : 개인적 차원 혹은 사회적 차원’을 주제로 한 이 전시회는 과학적 창조성의 발현이 개인의 특성뿐만 아니라 개개인이 태어나고 성장하는 사회∙문화적 여건에 의해 영향을 받는다는 강한 메시지를 전달하고자 했다. 이번호부터 게재될‘노벨과학상 수상자의 삶과 애환’은 뛰어난 연구 성과를 낸 과학자들이 살았던 사회∙문화적 맥락과 함께 그들의 삶을 소개하고자 한다.

동북아시아지역에서 집단안보와 관련된 지역협력체가 형성되기 어려운 이유에는 먼저 체제와 이념이 다른 국가들 사이에서의 강한 지정학적 역학관계가 작동하고 있고, 두 번째로 개별국가 내부의 사회이념과 정치체제의 차이로 인한 이질성이 매우 강하며, 세 번째로 새롭게 형성되고 있는 미-중 관계의 대립적 구도가 군사안보적인 차원에서의 과도한 경쟁관계를 유발하고 있는 동시에, 네번째로 북한의 지속적인 핵과 미사일위협이 지역을 넘어 범세계적인 위협요인으로 작용하고 있으며, 다섯 번째로 장기간 미해결상태에 있는 도서 분쟁이 항시 관련국가들 사이에서의 과도한 민족주의적 갈등을 유발시키고, 이로 인한 적대적인 갈등관계가 지속되고 있는 점 등을 동시대적인 현실적 차원에서의 정치적 장애요인들로 규정해 볼 수 있다. 동시에 이런 현실적 차원에서의 정치적 장애요인들의 근원적인 발생요인으로도 평가될 수 있으며, 특히 동북아 개별국가들이 내세우고 있는 강력한 민족주의 성향과 과거사와 연관된 역사인식에 따른 문화적 이질성의 내면에 존재하는 낭만적 민족주의요소가 동북아 개별국가들 간의 신뢰형성과정을 강력하게 가로막고 있음을 지적할 수 있다. 19세기말에 동북아에 유래된 낭만적 민족주의에 대한 비교국가 차원에서의 심도 있는 분석과 이를 통한 절충점의 발견은, 역설적이지만, 세계 어느 지역보다도 극심한 갈등과 대립국면이 심화된 동북아지역 내의 국가들이 군사안보 및 정치경제차원에서의 보다 원활한 협력관계를 도모하기 위한 첫 단계로서의 공동의 장을 마련할 수 있는 주요한 동기가 될 수 있다.

Digital TV is expected to usher in a new era of TV. Thanks to digital and network technologies, TV will no more be a dumb terminal as it is today. It will incorprate the computer and thus become an intelligent device which serves not only high quality broadcast programming, but a variety of information services much like the current networked-computer. However, the real world picture of digital TV is clearly different from such a rosy vision. Albeit too early to tell, the cases in Europe and the US attest that the digital transition suffers a setback in terms of technology, policy, business, marketing, and the users. As such, the digital transition is generally problematized in terms of policy, business model, marketing strategy, and so on. Comparatively speaking, the issues of technology, policy, business and marketing are not so complicated than that of digital TV users because of the cultural issues involved in the adoption of digital TV. In other words, the technological transition to digital TV is far easier than its cultural transition. The cultural transition demands policy makers and industries of different approaches to successfully facilitating the digital transition.
