In this paper, the development of differentiated programs for visitors as well as those for teaching, ways on how to make these halls a culture complex that can support diverse cultural activities for citizens, and strategies to increase their utilization for the public as an facility open to the community, given the trend that intangible cultural heritage teaching halls are getting bigger and complex. The intangible cultural heritage teaching halls of it is need to make improvements to the facility for their activation. Therefore In this paper as a collected information on their establishment and administration to find ways for their activation from a user perspective by visiting three intangible cultural heritage teaching halls except Seoul and large cities of metropolitan areas. We expect that findings from the study will provide a basis to set directions to make intangible cultural heritage teaching halls a culture complex facility.

Korea has been designated as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage with outstanding value among intangible cultural heritage. We have supported various exhibitions and performance activities, and the Intangible Cultural Heritage Public Events. However, in recent years, more diverse policies have been pursued in order to revitalize transmission activities and the State is leading the Completion examination system. In order to improve the utilization of crafts, we introduced a Craft Bank System. In addition, to increase the marketability of crafts, we have implemented the certification system for crafts. For the diversity of transmission activities, we are promoting the Transmission Education School System. In order to fuse traditional activities, the Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition is being held and the World Heritage Forum is being pursued. In this study, we analyze various policies of the new intangible cultural heritage and investigate the problems and seek ways to improve them.

In recent years, there are many awareness and demand for digital convergence of the future. In information technology, especially, convergence with other studies such as regional studies, literature and humanities should be needed because information technology is closely related to real life. Culture atlas represents various aspects related to culture visually using points, arcs, and more in the map. Thus, it should be an available tool to survey cultures efficiently in digital environments. For oversea region study, especially Mediterranean region research, we suggest the way to apply electronic culture atlas in this paper. In detail, design and implementation a study on Electronic Culture Atlas for overseas area. Research results for oversea regional studies can be expressed visually by utilizing digital culture map implemented in this paper. Therefore, digital culture atlas should be used as convergence media between information technology and other studies such as regional studies, humanities and so on, tools for oversea regional studies, and exhibition of research results.

This study try to analyze the relationship between the corporate culture type and performance about convergence corporate. In addition, we developed a model that fix this research to analyze the business culture and firms type in order to perform this study overall. In the daily operations of an organization's culture can be a source of corporate competitiveness, it may be classified as an important factor in the performance of the organization to promote. In other words, the organizational culture as well as be able to describe an individual's attitudes and behavior, microscopic, macroscopic analysis of organizational behavior can serve to connect conceptually each others and through this process can be seen as contributing to the achievement creation. Therefore, analyzed the influence of the relationship between corporate culture and performance form the basis of this study and research model was validated. Corporate culture in the form of the convergency enterprise found out the strong relationship with job satisfaction and organizational commitment in the research result. Finally, this research results are expected to be a useful guide as a basis for the creation and management of companies with a corporate culture in the near future convergence corporation.

The Study aims at carrying out basic research on the future housing culture plan by the aging and low fertility phenomenon which is the most serious problem that Korean society faces today. In the future, the housing culture will be transformed into a 'convergence housing complex's residential culture' that can be coexisted with households with various members, rather than a housing type represented by apartments today, due to the phenomenon of nuclear family and the increase of one resident. In this regard, this study is a basic study on the housing complex culture of Korea. It is not that the hosing complex culture has been imported from the western society today, but the Korean traditional housing complex's culture proposed by Korean first developer Segwon Jeong has already existed in Korea urban and architectural perspective. In the early 20th century, Segwon's improved Hanok planned to complement the disadvantages of the existing hanok and the modernization of hanok such as the standardization of hanok, moreover the most important point is the beginning of the Korean style housing complex by modernization of the inner space of hanok. It is expected that this study for Segwon's housing complex of improved hanok will provide important basic data for the Korean-style convergence residential culture plan needed for our society in the future.

According to the growing interest in the digital convergence throughout society, the convergence of creative and new forms is emerging recently in various fields. Research methods to explore the diversity of academic studies have been studied in the field of study. As one of these methods, research on electronic cultural atlas that has features of convergence studies is gradually spreading. In this paper, we examine existing electronic cultural atlas and then, compare and analyze them. In details, existing electronic cultural atlas are comparative analyzed on the basis of base map, interface, and function. Through the results of comparative analysis, the efficient production of electronic cultural atlas are examined.

This study was to measure the awareness of the patient safety culture of medical workers in various occupations working in hospitals and tried to be used as useful data. As a result of evaluating department (ward), hospital, immediate supervisor/manager, communication & procedures and frequency of accident reports, the patient safety accidents considered to be the most dangerous, technicians showed high results in the department(ward), nurses showed high results in the immediate supervisor/manager area. Radiological technologists and physical therapists recognized falls and clinical pathologists and nurses recognized before during after the test as the most dangerous patient safety accidents. To raise awareness of patient safety culture, executives and practitioners should create an atmosphere in which practitioners can prioritize patient safety, gain and manage appropriate personnel, manage cooperative systems between workers or departments.

This study surveyed the convergence of organizational culture, organizational structure, emotional labor on job satisfaction of dental workers and analyzed it with SPSS WIN18.0 program to obtain statistically significant results(p<.05). Organizational culture was high men, dental hygienist, university graduates, hospitals, many workers, High income. Organization structure was high hospitals, many workers. Emotional labor was high low age and career, single, drinking. Job satisfaction was high more than 10 workers, high income. There was a positive correlation between job satisfaction, organizational culture, organizational structure. The regression analysis showed that Y (job satisfaction) = .907 + .106 (organizational structure). Therefore, in order to enhance job satisfaction of dental workers, it is necessary to make an effort to form a positive organizational culture by considering variables related to organizational structure.

This convergence study was combined research on identifying the effect of health behavior and awareness of Korean wave (Hallyu) on academic adjustment of foreign students living in Korea, and providing support for future foreign students to easily adjust to Korean culture. The subjects for this study are foreign students attending G University and were studied from April 2nd to 30th,2018. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS statistical program. According to the multiple regression analysis which was conducted to analyze the effect of health behavior and awareness of Korean wave on academic adjustment of foreign students, the older and the longer the stay, the poorer the academic adjustment; on the other hand, the higher the frequency of exercise and awareness of Korean wave, the better the academic adjustment. Further, it is necessary to address plans and measures to develop academic adjustment of foreign students by providing health care programs and Korean wave culture programs on sustainable health education and sports.

Today, home gardening is in the spotlight. Therefore, the necessity of developing a new type of gardening product was raised according to the consumer's desires. This study, the contents were developed using sparrows, a helper who helped the bean rat's grain-cracking task among the characters of 'kongjwi patjwi'. The cultural contents convergence product is a lid production that is used at the end of the plant support. The fabrication method was designed using UG NX program after design research, and after printing by 3D polyjet method, mold was made and cast into silicon and resin. Through product manufacturing, we could confirm the public's interest in the possibility of new products and creativity. In the future, it is expected that the development of products incorporating cultural contents through various cultural archetypes will be activated, contributing to the enhancement of economic added value and national brand value.
