This research has the meaning to be the basic help for the study of the qualification system for cultural artistic education teachers, and it is to recognize the importance of the qualification system for cultural artistic education teachers which has been developed from the teachers' pool system to the present cultural artistic education teacher system and to find the more systematic development plan. Thus, focusing on the advanced researches and materials regarding the cultural artistic education teachers, this research is to discover the economical, social and educational values and the plan to solve the present problems. And as a result of this research, it suggests the development plans for curriculums and training course, qualification and employment, field experiences, working conditions and treatment of the cultural artistic education teachers.

Five cultural websites are evaluated on their content, interface, design. system, and service elements. The Culture Portal of Korea, Korea Culture Content, Culture Arts, Korea National Heritage Online, and Culture Heritage Information Center are chosen for this study. Most websites do not have a purpose or target audience. Their focuses are not on the content they provide but on the function of interfaces and interface design. However, interfaces do not function well for users to quickly access information they want. Suggestions are made to facilitate a system's search function and interactive users' feedback.

Big data-related research that deals with the amount of explosive information in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is actively underway. Big data is an essential element that promotes the development of artificial intelligence with a wide range of data that become learning data for machine learning, or deep learning. The use of deep learning and big data in various fields has produced meaningful results. In this paper, we have investigated the use of Big Data in the cultural arts industry, focusing on video contents. Noteworthy is that big data is used not only in the distribution of cultural and artistic contents but also in the production stage. In particular, we first looked at what kind of achievements and changes the Netflix in the US brought to the OTT business, and analyzed the current state of the OTT business in Korea. After that, Netflix analyzed the success stories of 'House of Cards', which was produced / circulated through 'Deep Learning' cinematique, which is a prediction algorithm, through accumulated customer data. After that, FGI (Focus Group Interview) was held for cultural and artistic contents experts. In this way, the future prospects of Big Data in the domestic culture and arts industry are divided into technical aspect, creative aspect, and ethical aspect.

It illuminates the representation of Korean dance in the sense of color. The unique color and light of Korean dance reflects the essence of Korean art and the consciousness of Koreans. Therefore, analyzing Korean art, colors and meanings can provide the principle of aesthetic interpretation to re-examine Korean colors. This means that it is necessary to pay attention to the possibility of developing original contents as a humanistic basis, asking the origin of Korean art. The Korean thought and philosophy in which color and life become cultures remain the roots for another re-creating vision of Korean art. Therefore, it is time to establish a system of Korean identity as an art with the expansion of various interpretations of various aesthetic attitudes that recognize Korean dance.

This study aimed to investigate the effects of cultural and artistic experiences on elderly life satisfaction and verify the mediating effects of individual creative traits. The outcome of the study on 144 elderly people using factor analysis, descriptive statistics, and regression analysis is as follows. First, there was a positive correlation among cultural and artistic experiences, life satisfaction among the elderly, and individual creative traits. Second, experiences in creation and appreciation, subfactors of the cultural and artistic experience, had significant effects on the elderly life satisfaction. Third, creation and appreciation had significant effects on creative traits of individuals. Fourth, individual creative traits showed a partial mediating effect on the relationship between cultural and artistic experiences and elderly life satisfaction. Therefore, it could be concluded that cultural and artistic experiences and individual creative traits have positive effects on elderly life satisfaction, and individual creative traits can be enhanced through cultural and artistic experiences. In addition, it was verified that the enhancement of creative traits through cultural and artistic experiences has a positive effect on elderly life satisfaction.

중국의 전통민족 문화는 유구한 역사를 가지고 있으며, 중국의 문화 저력은 전지 애니메이션 디자인에 많은 영향을 끼쳤다. 중국 전통 문화를 전지 애니메이션 디자인에 활용하는 것은 이미 오늘날 중국 전통 애니메이션 발전에 많은 영향을 미쳤다. 전통 문화에 대한 학습과 중국 문화와 민간 예술 연구를 기반으로 애니메이션 예술 디자인을 진행해야만 중국 문화의 특성을 갖춘 애니메이션 영화를 연구할 수 있다고 생각한다. 본 논문은 중국의 문화 특성으로부터 시작하여 전지 애니메이션 캐릭터 이미지 디자인에 대한 연구를 진행하고자 한다.

This study examines the structure of taste repertoires for cultural arts. The major results are as follows: firstly, the numbers of taste repertoires were 1.66 for type 1 and 4.27 for type 2. More specifically, respondents tended to have movie taste. Secondly, there were socio-demographic differences for taste repertoires for cultural arts. In other words. female respondents to have more taste repertoires than that of male respondents. Also, younger respondents to have more taste repertoires than that of older respondent. Thirdly, blog users tended to have more taste repertoires than that of non-users. It can be argued that blog use may be a determinant of the number of taste repertoires for cultural arts. In addition, although the number of taste repertoires type 1 was determined by tastes for theatre, movie, popular music, musical and photo, the number of taste repertoires type 2 was determined by tastes for theatre, movie, musical and classic contents.

This study predicts the paradigm shift that the development of artificial intelligence technology will bring to the production of music content, and suggests that works created through collaboration between artificial intelligence and humans can have artistic value as finished products. Anyone can easily produce music content using artificial intelligence composition programs, and it has become an opportunity to inspire artists with various attempts and creative ideas. Although artificial intelligence technology provides convenience in human life and benefits a lot in the efficient aspect of work, it is difficult to escape the perception of data-based pattern music in the art field so far. Pattern music with many quantitative elements is not recognized as a complete creation due to the absence of abstract symbolism or meaning pursued by art. However, it predicts that if qualitative elements such as emotions and creativity are given to artificial intelligence music through human collaboration, it can be recognized as a complete work of art. The development of artificial intelligence technology increases access to culture and art from the public, and it can be expected that anyone can enjoy it as well as aesthetic experiences. In addition, various contents can be produced by improving individual digital literacy, and it is an opportunity to share and communicate with others. As such, artificial intelligence technology serves as a medium connecting the public with culture and art, and is narrowing the gap between humans and technology through art activities. Along with this cultural phenomenon, we predict the possibility of research on the production of artificial intelligence music contents with artistic value and the development of various convergence and complex art contents using artificial intelligence technology in the future.

둔황 벽화는 4세기부터 14세기에 거쳐 제작된 중국전통 회화 예술의 한 종류이다. 본 논문은 둔황 벽화의 예술성이 애니메이션에서 어떻게 연출되며 중국의 전통 문화와 어떠한 관련성이 있는지 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위한 연구 전개는 첫째, 둔황 벽화와 중국 애니메이션에 대한 이론적 고찰, 둘째, 둔황벽화를 소재로 한 애니메이션 <하충국, 2013>을 대상으로 사례 분석하여 둔황 벽화의 예술적 특성이 전통 애니메이션을 통해 어떻게 표현되었는지 분석하고자 한다. 이를 통해, 고대의 예술성과 문화가 애니메이션 형식으로 제작되며, 중국의 문화역사에 대한 효과적인 교육적 기능을 하게 됨을 알 수 있다.

Works engraving enlightenment and ethnic identity by giving meaning and lesson to past events and great people against the past can be one of the good ideal art film contents. The animation reproduces the existing cultural archetypes, situation and history, when the 'Book of Kells' was produced, and the myths of the Kelts tribes. This thesis analyzes the history the kelts, traditional patterns and formative symbolism shown in , and studies the cultural preservation method unique to animation contents. In conclusion, the movie not only suggests a methodology that animation content is an effective way to preserve the culture and history of the native people, but also pursues the eternal, enlightening and teaching people for history.
