본 연구는 항공보안업무 종사자의 조직문화가 조직유효성에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위하여 항공보안검색요원 300명을 대상으로 집락표본추출법(cluster sampling method)을 통해 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 수집된 설문지 중 표기오류, 누락, 전체 항목의 동일 표기 등을 분류하여 최종적으로 272부를 분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과 조직문화는 조직유효성에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 조직문화의 하위요인인 합리문화, 합의문화, 발전문화는 조직유효성의 하위요인인 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 위계문화는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 합의문화, 위계문화, 발전문화 순으로 조직몰입에 영향을 미쳤으나 합리문화는 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

Public policies in regard to developing reading culture programs and the contents, and in running public libraries have been used to overcome existing social issues such as regional self-centeredness and cultural lagging. It means that public libraries are playing an important role to encourage communications within local communities. The purpose of this research is therefore to analyze the concept of local community, and develop reading culture and contents to reinforce the concept. This research also targeted to analyze the required contents in reading culture. Through the case study of "G" city, the research analyzed their citizenship and sense of local community and the requests. As a result, the requited subjects were for economics, unemployment, poverty, aging, and housing order. For the subjects of environment were environment pollution and energy order. For the subjects of human rights, disabilities, and multi-cultural were requested. For the subject of education, school violence, tutoring, and truly teaching were requested. Based on the requirements, 221 items of reading lists, DVD clips, and abstracts are developed as well as 4 programs of reading culture.

This study was intended to analyze the effects of Organizational Culture on manufacturing(automobile) employees' Organizational Trust and Organizational Commitment. A proposed model based on previous research was empirically tested via structural equation modeling by AMOS using 362 valid samples collected from current employees of G-automobile Enterprises in Chang Won. The results of the empirical analysis are summarized as follows. First, Organizational Culture had a partially direct impact on Organizational Commitment. Second, Organizational Culture had a partially direct impact on Organizational Trust. Third, Organizational Trust had direct impact on Organizational Commitment. It has been confirmed that Organizational Trust has a partial mediation effect(full mediation effect) in the process of Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment. This study showed similar results as other previous studies.

최근에 이르기까지 문화예술회관들이 대중들의 문화적인 욕구에 의하여 많이 건립되었으나 대중들과 음악가와 연주자들을 도외시한 채 건축음향 기획 없이 건립되어진 많은 문화예술회관들이 지방자치시대를 맞이하여 지방재정에 적잖은 부담으로 작용하고 있으며 또한 민영화로 독자적으로 운영을 하지 않으면 안되게 되었다. 이와 같은 경쟁체제에서 많은 문화예술회관들이 음향문제로 많은 어려움을 겪고 있으나 대책은 미미한 실정이다. 본 연구는 U문화예술회관의 대공연장을 중심으로 대공연장의 음향특성을 측정분석하고 최근 6년간의 공연장의 장르별 이용률을 기초 자료로 활용하여 측정 결과를 중심으로 대공연장의 개선방향을 설정하고 음향 시뮬레이션를 통한 음향인자를 (잔향시간 (RT60, EDT), 명료도(C80, D50), LF, 음압레벨) 비교분석 평가하였다. 그리고 설계에 반영 벽체에 음향 보강 반사판을 시설하고 분석하여 리모델링 공사 후 음향특성이 개선됨을 확인할 수 있었으며 벽체에 시공된 반사판의 효능을 입증할 수 있었다.

This study aims to analyze library culture-program management and propose methods for improving the program management. To achieve this research goal, this study examines current state of culture-program management and user's participation by analyzing users' participation logs of the National Library of Korea, Sejong. The users' participation logs have been accumulated from May, 2015, to December, 2017, and the logs contain 722 program data, 24,816 program participation data, and 6,729 users data. The data were used for analyzing of program management, users' characteristics, and changes based on timelines. Based on the analysis results, culture-program management problems were pointed out and future improvement methods for solving the problems were proposed. This study analyzes culture-program management in view of users using real users' participation logs, and it has significance for being different from preceding researches focusing on culture-program providers.

The purpose of this study is to analyze domestic patient safety culture research topics using text mining and CONCOR analysis. The research method was conducted in the stages of data collection, data preprocessing, text mining and social network analysis, and CONCOR analysis. A total of 136 articles were analyzed excluding papers that were not published. Data analysis was performed using Textom and UCINET programs. As a result of this study, TF (frequency) of patient safety culture-related studies showed that patient safety was the highest, and TF-IDF (importance in documents) was highest in nursing. As a result of the CONCOR analysis, a total of seven clusters were derived: knowledge and attitude, communication, medical service, team, work environment, structure, organization and management that constitute the patient safety culture. In the future, it is necessary to conduct research on the relationship between the establishment of a patient safety culture and patient outcomes.

This research focus on Community Culture Center's efficiency according to the regional and operating subject in Capital region. Recently the importance and potential market of cultural industry is growing. In addition, as a basis for local cultural industries, the importance of Community Culture Center has been highlighted. Therefore, for the activation of cultural industry, Community Culture Center on the efficiency of the operation should be reconsidered. To analyze Community Culture Center, using DEA, the efficiency of public organizations tool, which focus on operational efficiency. Depending on the results of analysis, Seoul, Incheon and Gyeonggi province was able to confirm their efficiency. In addition, according to the Direct Operating, Industrial Operating, Foundation, Private Consignment Agency their efficiency showed significant results. Looking at regional Community Cultural Centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province will see that two are operating efficiently. On the other hand, the Community Cultural Center in Incheon was not efficiency. Looking at the operating entity basis, Direct Operating Agencies and Industrial Operating Agencies were operating efficiently. On the other hand, Foundation Act of agencies and Private Consignment Agencies have been operating relatively inefficiently.

The distinction between high culture and popular culture is gradually weakening. Taste is becoming a new standard to distinguish culture. This research analyze sports film by taste cultural perspective. In perspective of Universality, and is Both emphasized the individual attitude of sincere effort. This can be interpreted as a capitalist ideology. Analyzing the two films as a global and local tastes culture, shows a new world that follows the birth of a star player and deifies the football beyond borders and races. shows the distrust of the system through the K-League Citizens' Club and the trust in individual who does their best in the meantime.

This study aimed to provide basic data for the development of local cultural festivals by verifying whether regional cultural unity moderates the link between storytelling and brand assets for festival visitors. The survey was conducted with 431 visitors who participated in the S city Eupseong Festival program. Descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and moderating effect analysis were performed for the analysis of the questionnaire data. As a result of the study, first, storytelling and regional cultural unity showed the highest positive correlation, and there were positive correlations between local cultural unity and brand assets, and between storytelling and brand assets. Second, as a result of the moderating effect analysis, regional cultural unity moderated the link between storytelling and brand assets. In other words, when storytelling increases, brand assets increase, but when regional cultural unity is high, it increases more steeply than when regional cultural unity is low. This study presented a new model to improve the brand assets of local festivals.

본 연구의 목적은 공공도서관에서 수행하고 있는 문화프로그램에 주부들이 참여함으로써 가족에게 어떤 영향을 미치는지 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기, 인천지역의 공공도서관 문화프로그램 참여 주부들을 대상으로, 공공도서관 문화프로그램의 주부 참여가 가족에게 미친 영향에 대한 23개의 설문항목을 동하여 조사 ${\cdot}$분석하였다. 이것을 기반으로 공공도서관의 주부대상 문화프로그램의 활성화 및 더 유용한 문화프로그램 개박을 위한 기초 자료를 삼고자 하는데 초점을 두었다
