An Evaluation Model of Corporate Culture Using Fuzzy System (퍼지시스템을 이용한 기업문화 평가모델)

  • This paper suggests an evaluation method through corporate culture's evaluation model considering the relationship and affection between types and elements of corporate culture. 314 data obtained from the members of small and medium enterprises analyzed the relationship by the correlation analysis, and the degree affecting rate the corporate culture types by the regression analysis. Finally, fuzzy system was used to analyze the evaluation model of the corporate culture type. The evaluation model of the corporate culture types in this paper is mixed possibility and necessity sides and showed the usefulness through reviewing the model which has an identification problem of the fuzzy system estimated fuzzy relation matrix for corporate culture types using the model.

A Study on the Application and the Effect of Business Culture Class Using Keller's ARCS Motivational Model (Keller의 ARCS 동기모델을 적용한 비즈니스문화 수업과정 설계 및 효과에 대한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to apply Keller's ARCS motivational model to the business culture lessons and to examine the effects on cultural knowledge, interest, awareness and attitude of university students. To accomplish this purpose, the teaching-learning method applying ARCS model for business culture was designed, aiming to improve all elements of learning motivation such as attention, relevance, confidence and satisfaction. The experiment was conducted with two groups as follows; one experimental group that received instruction using ARCS model and the other comparison group that received traditional lecture instruction. Both the instruction using the ARCS model and the traditional lecture instruction was effective in increasing knowledge of culture. The instruction using the ARCS model was verified to improve interest in culture, understanding of others from other cultures, motivation to create culture, perception of importance of culture, and perception of necessity of culture education. But the traditional lecture instruction did not show statistically meaningful effects on cultural interest, awareness and attitude.

  • The purpose of this study was to discuss the cultural competency model which can be applied for all the fields in one's life and to develop the cultural competency of media part for school education, lifelong education, and corporate education. To achieve this purpose, the cultural competency model of media part was developed through literature review, panel workshop with high-performers of media part, and experts verification. In the result of this study, core performance of media part was identified. They were improvement of work efficiency, possibility of creative design, change of media context, increase of understanding and participation to social culture, improvement of relationship skill, increase of chance of self-examination, and self-satisfaction. It was 62 that The cultural competencies which were needed to achieve these core performance, then, finally the definition and standard of behaviors of each competencies were drawn and the cultural competency model was proposed.

  • The number of multicultural families is on the rise worldwide. In this respect, the central government and municipal governments are also implementing and supporting multicultural-related policies. However, they are in progress, not as services needed for multicultural members but as policy issues. This causes multicultural members to fail to figure out the need of policies supported by the government or local governments, as well as to grasp the desire for what services in need are. In addition to this, many studies regarding multiculture are under way but few studies have been known so far as to multicultural business models. This study has suggested a final business model and strategy methods by designing, comparing and analyzing a business model needed for multicultural members through interviews with professionals and multicultural members with regard to mulcultural policies and examples in Korea.

  • 본 논문에서는 목조 문화재의 변위 현상 중 하나인 크랙 현상을 감지할 수 있는 EfficientNet 기반 모델을 제안한다. 우선 사전 학습된 EfficientNet모델을 통해 학습 이미지로부터 심층 특징을 추출하고 크랙이 존재하는지 아닌지에 대해 분류하기 위한 완전 연결 신경망을 학습한다. 그런 다음 새로운 목조 문화재 이미지가 들어왔을 때 학습한 모델을 통해서 크랙이 존재하는지에 대해 최종적으로 판별하게 된다. 데이터 셋으로는 충주시 근처의 문화재에 방문해서 수집한 목조 이미지를 가지고 정상 및 비정상으로 구분한 데이터 셋을 사용하였다. 실험 결과 EfficientNet을 사용한 딥 러닝 기반 모델이 다른 사전 학습된 합성 곱 신경망 모델보다 더 좋은 성능을 나타냄을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과로부터 우리가 제안한 방법이 목재 문화재에서의 크랙 검출에 있어서 적합함을 보여준다.

A Study on the Integrated Services for Cultural Heritage Archives (문화유산 아카이브 통합 서비스에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims to suggest the ways of integrated services for Cultural Heritage Archives that belong to the Cultural Heritage Administration. To this end, the study analyzed the archives of major affiliated organizations of the Cultural Heritage Administration that manage and preserve Korean cultural assets. A cultural asset metadata based on the multiple entity model and applicable data link model standard was suggested for the integrated service of high-value-added cultural heritage information resources.

Comparative Accuracy of Terrestrial LiDAR and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles for 3D Modeling of Cultural Properties (문화재 3차원 모델링을 위한 지상 LiDAR와 UAV 정확도 비교 연구)

  • A terrestrial LiDAR survey was conducted and unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) images were taken for target cultural properties to present the utilization measures of terrestrial LiDAR and UAV in three-dimensional modeling of cultural properties for the identification of the status and restoration of cultural properties. Then the accuracy of the point clouds generated through this process was compared, an overlap analysis of the 3D model was conducted, and a convergence model was created. According to the results, the modeling with terrestrial LiDAR is more appropriate for precise survey because 3D modeling for the detection of displacement and deformation of cultural properties requires an accuracy of mm units. And UAV model has limitation as the impossibility of detailed expression of parts with sharp unevenness such as cracks of bricks. However, it is found that the UAV model has a wide range of modeling and has the advantage of modeling of real cultural properties. Finally, the convergence model created in this study using the advantages of the terrestrial LiDAR model and the UAV model could be efficiently utilized for the basic data development of cultural properties.

  • The study aims at understanding current states and problems for multi-cultural families in libraries. The study examined multicultural services in Korean libraries as well as overseas. The study analyzed library services and education problems of multicultural families based on multicultural model, assimilationist model, and differential exclusionary model. The study surveyed multi-cultural services librarians and educators as well as immigrants and children who have participated in multicultural problems, and finally analyzed problems and requirements of programs for multicultural families.

  • 본 논문에서는 목조 문화재의 변위량을 감지할 수 있는 앙상블 딥러닝 모델 모델을 제안한다. 우선 총 2개의 서로 다른 사전 학습된 합성 곱 신경망을 사용하여 입력 영상에 대한 심층 특징들을 추출한다. 그 이후 2개의 서로 다른 심층 특징들을 결합하여 하나의 특징 벡터를 생성한다. 그 이후 합쳐진 특징 벡터는 완전 연결 계층의 입력 값으로 들어와서 최종적으로 변위의 심각 단계에 대한 예측을 수행하게 된다. 데이터 셋으로는 충주시 근처의 문화재에 방문해서 수집한 목조 문화재 이미지를 가지고 정상 및 비정상으로 구분한 데이터 셋을 사용하였다. 실험 결과 앙상블 딥러닝 기법을 사용한 모델이 앙상블 기법을 사용하지 않는 모델보다 더 좋은 성능을 나타냄을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과로부터 우리가 제안한 방법이 목재 문화재의 변위량 예측에 있어서 매우 적합함을 보여준다.

  • There are various remedies that are proposed from aspects of education and social welfare for social integration of multi-cultural families which is different from ethnic and cultural background. This study proposed educational process model for information literacy education of multi-cultural children. The proposed model is consedered to reduce digital divide by using five factor from the earlier information literacy. At last, this study explained characteristics, objective, contents, teaching-learning method and estimating method of proposed model.
