1990년대 후반 정부는 경기부양의 일환으로 창업보육센터(Business Incubatir: BI)를 전국에 설치·운영하도록 지원하였다. 창업보육센터를 통해 벤처기업이 스스로 자생력을 갖출 수 있는 시기까지 시설, 기술, 행정, 경영지원 뿐만 아니라 입주지원까지 다양한 지원 역할을 수행해오고 있다. 특히 창업보육센터의 교육프로그램은 입주업체들의 기업 성장에 있어서 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 이러한 창업보육센터의 교육프로그램이 기업 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 최근 조직문화에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 조직문화는 스타트업을 움직이는 심장이며 그 영향력은 실핏줄을 타고 회사의 가장 사소한 결정에까지 미친다. 조직문화마저 없다면 스타트업은 제품, 브랜드 무엇 하나 제대로 갖추지 못한 그저 꿈을 쫓는 집단에 지나지 않을 것이다. 본 연구는 창업보육센터의 교육프로그램 서비스품질 구성요인 인 유형성, 신뢰성, 반응성과 스타트업에게 중요한 원동력이 되는 실천중심설계가 교육만족, 조직문화 및 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보고 아울러 교육만족이 조직문화에 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구를 진행하고 가설을 검증함으로써 학문적, 실무적으로 유용한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

Having gone through the international financial crisis in 1997, the Korean government has sought a new future economic breakthrough. In this line, the government chose the cultural contents business and has supported this area intensively. With the cultural contents promotion policy initiated to foster the world-class culture business based on the traditional Korean culture, Andong, which has diverse cultural traditions, was rediscovered. The Andong local government and the local power elites decided that this promotion policy can not only be an opportunity to invigorate the sluggish local economy, but also help eliminate the old-fashioned image of Andong, and thus actively promoted the cultural contents business. However, there's a conflict among the local elites over which cultural tradition should be chosen as a genuine local cultural tradition. The different views and efforts regarding the cultural identity of the region by each entity not only contributed significantly to the recovery of the local economy by revitalizing tourism, but also helped the region gain an advantageous position in competition with other regions over limited resources. This progress became the groundwork for attracting major institutions and facilities, which are essential for the revitalization of the local economy.

This article cites examples of cultural heritages that urgently require protection measures, and the reinterpretation of beacons, fortresses, and extremities identified in the process of conducting a cultural heritage investigation of the DMZ and bordering areas. It is true that there are various difficulties involved in implementing thorough protection measures considering the reality of the two Koreas' division. Despite this, the "Ordinance for the Protection of Military Cultural Properties" and the "Act on the Protection and Investigation of Buried Cultural Heritage" have been enacted and are in effect. In particular, in the "Ordinance for the Protection of Military Cultural Properties," the value of protecting "military assets" is emphasized. The identification and investigation of cultural heritages in the DMZ and border areas must continue. Although field research is currently difficult, the primary investigation conducted by high-altitude terrain analysis and literature research is considered effective. Furthermore, there are parts that require correction and supplementation with future field investigations. Although some trial and error is expected during these various cultural heritage investigations, they need to continue.

우리 협회는 지난 11월 26일 오후 2시 협회 대강당에서 '건축설계의 국제경쟁력 확보 및 전문화 방안'을 주제로 토론회를 개최하였다. WTO출범과 건축설계시장개방 등 급격한 대내ㆍ외적 환경변화에 처해 있는 우리 건축계의 국제경쟁력 확보 방안을 마련하기 위해 열린 이날 토론회에서는 경쟁력 확보를 위해 건축설계사무소마다 다양한 전문분야를 확보하고, 건축설계 생산성 향상을 위해 설계업계와 구조, 설비 등 관련 전문분야가 협력체제를 구축해야 하며, 건축의 상품성과 문화예술성이 함께 고려된 건설관련 법안이 마련돼야 한다는 주장이 제기됐다. 이날 서울시립대 최찬환교수는 '건축설계의 경쟁력 확보 방안'이란 주제발표를 통해 해외건설업계의 국내진출에 대응하기 위해서는 설계사무소가 전문성과 효율성을 확보해야 한다고 강조하면서 전문영역을 크게 주거, 상업시설, 공공시설, 교육문화시설, 사회복지시설, 교통 및 운수시설 등으로 구분하였다. 최교수는 또 외국업체에 의한 국내시장 잠식을 막고 우리가 해외에 진출하기 위해서는 해외건설업체와 협력해 정보와 기술, 경험 등을 지원받아야 하고 R&D에 대한 투자를 적극적으로 해야한다고 강조했다. 이어 '건축설계의 전문화'에 대해 주제발표를 한 강원대 박경립 교수는 국내 건설관련문제점 개선과 대외경쟁력 강화를 위해 현재 입법추진되고 있는 건설산업기본법이 건축설계의 독자성과 전문성을 고려하지 않고 있다고 지적하면서 이에 대한 보완필요성을 제기하였다. 박교수는 또한 건축설계분야가 갖고 있는 전문성과 함께 '건축문화'라는 사회문화적 측면의 중요성이 인식돼야 한다며 건축의 상품성과 문화예술성이 함께 고려된 건설관련 법안이 마련돼야 한다고 지적했다. 박교수는 이밖에도 사회발전에 따른 새로운 전문영역의 개발로 실내 설계와 도시설계를 예로 들었으며 정보화에 맞게 고도의 전문성을 바탕으로 Network체계를 구축하고 그 핵심은 건축사협회에 정보Network를 구축하여 활용하는 것이라고 제안했다. 한편 주제발표 후에는 약 3시간여에 걸쳐 이문보(동국대 교수), 손세관(중앙대 교수), 이병담(현대산업개발 부사장), 김인호(국방부 건설기술과장), 유경철(삼육건축사사무소 대표), 이관영(본 협회 이사)씨 등 건설ㆍ건축관계자들이 참가한 종합토론이 이어졌다. 이 자리에서는 사회의 인식에 앞서 건축계 내부적으로 전문성과 효율성의 확보에 나서야 한다는 의견과 함께 무한경쟁속에서 우리 건축설계의 경쟁력을 높일 수 있다는 다양한 의견들이 제기되었다. 본지에서는 이번 토론회의 주제발표 내용을 요약 정리하여 게재한다.

현대 의상에서의 소재가 차지하는 비중이 날로 커지고 있는 가운데, 과거 공예적 성격을 띠고 있던 염직의 개념이 디자이너들의 자유로운 창작욕구를 표현하는 새로운 장르로 대두되면서 지금까지 사용된 재료와 표현방식에 국한되지 않으며 혁신적 재료의 사용과 개발을 통해 새로운 표현기법이 끊임없이 추구되고 있다. 인류의 역사와 함께 발전되어온 전통적인 기법인 홀치기염은 단지 실용성에서 벗어나 새롭고 다양한 조형예술로서 그 가치를 추구하는 작가의 끊임없는 노력으로 새로운 재료와 기법이 개발되고 그 표현 양식도 다양해지고 있다. (중략)

오늘날 디지털기술과 결합한 사진은 현실과 허구를 결합하는 상호 텍스트성으로서의 사진이미지로 빠르게 변모하며 예술, 과학, 산업이 혼융되어 새로운 기능과 역할을 제시하고 있다. 디지털 사진과 재현의 새로운 관계 모색을 위해 적용된 디지털 포토그램의 다양한 사례를 Scanography, 3D Scanning작품, 나노과학기술과 사진이 만나 결합한 Nanogrphy, 렌티큘러 필터를 이용한 즉석 입체영상 배경사진 촬영 등을 통해 살펴보고 다양한 문화현상을 형성하고 새로운 시각적 패러다임을 제시하면서 문화변동까지 이끌어내는 디지털 사진의 확장가능성에 대해 연구한다.

오늘날 첨단과학기술의 발달과 더불어 도래한 컴퓨터 및 디지털기술의 발전으로 인간의 생활양식, 환경, 사회가 급격히 변함에 따라 의복도 생리적, 물리적, 심미적, 기능적 요구가 다양하게 대두되고 있다. 이러한 요구에 대응하는 일환으로 장갑은 단순한 방한, 보호의 기능에서 각종 레저 스포츠용 장갑은 물론, 고도의 정밀한 작업을 수행 할 수 있는 특수한 장갑이 필요하게 되는 등 용도가 다양해지고, 세분화 된 기능을 필요로 하고 있으며, 그 수요 또한 증가할 전망에 있다. (중략)

Korean peninsula has a long history and a geopolitical location as a buffer tone, which has provided the conditions for cultural dynamism and diversity across space and time. The changing processes of place names in Korea is considered to be better suited to the study on cultural politics that is interested in the culture wars over the meaning of culture among different social subjects. In order to ensure the legitimacy of cultural politics for the study of place names in Korea, this study attempts to make a theoretical construction based on the concepts of place identity, territorial contestation, and the politics of scale. Cultural and linguistic theories to be best applied to the study of place names in Korea are the theories on Angehm's and Castells' identity, $P{\hat{e}}cheux's$ identification, Hall's decoding, and Voloshinov's ideological sign. Power relations involved in the inclusion and exclusion are necessarily concerned with the process of constructing a place identity or territorial identity by means of a place name, which represents identity and ideology of a social subject. In the examination of this process, it is necessary to take the elements of identity, ideology and power relations into consideration. In this study, therefore, the politics of scale is experimented for its applicability in the study of place name in Korea, which is expected to accommodate concepts of boundary, territory, territoriality and territorialization. In the end, it is suggested in this study that a series of basic and interdisciplinary studies on the cultural politics of place names in a range of area should be undertaken along with the enough theoretical knowledge of cultural politics.

In the contemporary modern society, information and knowledge generate a set of new social values. These changes demand a transformation not only in socio-cultural and educational spheres, but also, specifically, in the field of culture and art education. Culture and Art education emphasizes the integration and cross-discipline of other related fields which have great impact on culture and arts. This study applies theoretical analysis of Animation education in the context of culture and art education. Animation education takes an interdisciplinary approach to integrate various subjects in the field of culture and art education. Animation, as a form of culture and art education, plays an educational role in the social classroom. Animation education should be developed and expanded to become a regular classroom course. The goal of Animation education is to pursue and develop a connection with other educational courses of study. In order to strengthen the role of Animation education, we should first re-structure the pedagogical role of Animation education. Secondly, Animation education needs to become a diversified and popularized education. Third, the cultivation of creative human resources is considered of vital importance to Animation education. Finally, the expansion of infrastructure and the establishment of a comprehensive support system for Animation education has to be established.

This study is to find social welfare practices that married women migrant can provide to them in order to relieve the stress of cultural differences and enjoy a good family life. Results,First, action plans to overcome intercultural differences are needed. To overcome effective cross-cultural differences, interventions and goals are set for culturally diverse clients that match their racial, cultural, ethnic, gender and sexual orientation.Second, it is necessary to cultivate professional education personnel. In order to train professionals, cultural diversity should be addressed in existing social welfare courses.Third, the related laws need to be rearranged. The Multicultural Family Support Act continues to emerge as a need for supplementation, including the understanding of Korean family culture and the lack of counseling for immigrant women.As a result, married women immigrants recognize that Korean life is different from their own in many aspects of their daily lives, so they endeavor to have a lot of patience and high level of effort in the adaptation process. Therefore, there is a need for a social welfare practice that can support this.
