The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence relationship on the cultural tourism commentators' job satisfaction and willingness to continue by the needs of cultural tourism commentators when insufficient compared to workers in other industries. For this, I used a questionnaire organized based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs to conduct a survey of guides who participated in cultural tour guides training program in Chungcheongbuk-do and Jeollanam-do from Aug. 10 through Sep. 7, 2015. 198 of total 200 copies of the questionnaire were collected. Except 30 copies in which missing values or insincerely filled out, 168 copies were used as data for the analysis in this study. And I used SPSS 18.0 to conduct exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The analysis showed that cultural tour guides' needs were identified as the four factors of self-actualization, social need, safety and esteem, and physiological needs. Also, self-actualization and social need exercised positive influence on job satisfaction, and regard to the job satisfaction exerted significant positive influence on willingness to continue working. Based on these findings, this paper suggests implications and limitation of the research as well as future directions for the study.

Current tourism is quickly transforming into experiential and insightful tourism from simple sightseeing tourism. Due to the experiential tourism trend, cultural interpretation of cultural tourism interpreter has a significant meaning in experiential tourism for tourist. This research was conducted on tourists visiting a representative palace of Korea, Gyeongbokgung, regarding how contents and communication skill of cultural tourism interpretation influence revisit intention of the tourists. As a result, value and interest of interpretation contents influence positive impact on tourist satisfaction. Second, progress and attitude of interpretation give positive influence on tourist satisfaction but not effective on communication with audience. Third, we found that tourist satisfaction influences positively on revisit intention. As the research result shows, both context and communication skill of interpretation are very important factors in cultural tourism interpretation. Therefore, the research emphasizes on government's suport on systematic management, treatment and position of cultural tourism interpreter retraining program.

This paper concerns the cultural tourism and the importance of cultural interpreters. Globalization has become a key word of 21st century, so the volume of tourists has been increasing. Furthermore, as the Korean wave has expanded to the world, more people are interested in Korea and Korean culture, and we observed the obvious increase of tourists. International tourists visit Korea with a variety of purposes, and their travel types are also diversified. This paper analyzes tourists' behavior based on the data provided by KNTO and briefly examines the cultural interpreters in 5 major organizations. Then considering the specific roles of the guides based on the Cohen (1985) and Lee (2011), I propose that the government should give more focus on the professional foreign language speaking interpreters for culture. As for an alternative to the present volunteering system for foreign languages, I strongly suggest multi-culture families or international students staying in Korea, for the wiser use of their abilities, their easy adaptation to the new world, and the peaceful coexistence.
