This study was conducted to compare the creative problem solving styles and conflict management types between engineering college students with high and low team performance records. Most students with high team performance records preferredDeveloper style(76.7%) and Task-oriented style(65.1%), whereas most students with low team performance records preferred Explorer style(72.2%) and Person-oriented style(86.1%). Results of the comparison of conflict management types revealed that most students with high team performance records belonged to a competitive logic type(22.8%) and an accommodative compromise type(17.7%), while most students with low team performance records belonged to an accommodative compromise type(20.3%) and a permissive resignation type(12.7%). It would be useful to provide the engineering students with the specialized program to complement their problem solving styles and conflict management types.

The purpose of this study is to investigate characteristics of students' problem solving processes based on their mathematical thinking styles and thus to provide implications for teachers regarding how to employ multiple representations. In order to analyze these characteristics, 202 university freshmen were recruited for a paper-and-pencil survey. The participants were divided into four groups on a mathematical-thinking-style basis. There were two students in each group with a total of eight students being interviewed. Results show that mathematical thinking styles are related to defining a mathematical concept, problem solving in relation to representation, and translating between mathematical representations. These results imply methods of utilizing multiple representations in learning and teaching mathematics by embodying Dienes' perceptual variability principle.

As diversity has getting its significance, recent research on diversity has moved the focus from direct effects of diversity on performance to moderating effects between the two. In this paper, I analyzed the moderating effects of the innovative problem solving style and three types of interdependence (i.e., task, goal and outcome) on the relationship between diversity and performance. Empirical results using 75 project teams of R&D institute showed that the innovative problem solving style positively strengthened the effect of diversity on performance. All three types of interdependence also amplified the relationship between diversity and performance. I addressed theoretical and practical implications, and future research directions.

The objective of this study is to identify the characteristics of high performer among R&D professionals and to examine the effects of LMX(Leader-Member Exchange) and TFL(Transformational Leadership) on job satisfaction or organizational commitment. The empirical result shows that; 1) when compared with the low performers of R&D professionals, the high performers have more proactive personality such as risk-taking propensity, self-efficacy, need for achievement, 2) the high performers have more innovative problem-solving style, 3) the impact of LMX and TFL on job satisfaction or organizational commitment is significant and positive, 4) the augmentative effect of TFL over LMX on job satisfaction or organizational commitment exists for low performer but does not exist for high performer. Based on the result, the theoretical and practical implications are discussed.

색상 전이는 스타일 전이, 색이 바랜 사진의 복원, 색상화, 색상의 보정에 사용될 수 있는 기법이다. 본 연구에서는 기존 색상 전이의 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 영상 분할 기반의 색상전이 기법을 제시한다. 영상에서 색상의 가장 의미있는 최소 단위를 픽셀로 보고 있는 기존 연구에 반해서, 본 연구에서는 영상 조각을 영상에서 가장 의미 있는 최소 단위로 보고 색상 전이를 수행한다. 영상 분할 기반의 색상 전이를 통해서 기존 연구에서 발생할 수 있었던 픽셀간의 코헤런스 문제를 해결한다. 또한 영상 분할 기반으로 했을 때에 생길 수 있는 경계 문제를 해결하기 위한 새로운 방법을 제시한다. 제시된 기법을 이용해서 색상 전이의 응용인 스타일 전이에 적용한다.

본 논문에서는 패션 매칭의 어려움을 해결해주기 위하여 '무신사' 쇼핑몰을 이용하여 크롤링하고 이를 정제한 dataset을 이용하여 패션 스타일의 핵심 요소 중 하나인 신발에 초점을 맞추어, 이미지 기반의 패션 매칭 시스템인 빅데이터 기반 패션 도우미, Shoes Navigator 를 제안한다. 이를 위해 컴퓨터 비전 및 딥 러닝 기술을 활용하여 이미지에서 의류 항목을 자동으로 감지하고, 스타일, 색상과 같은 패션 특성을 추출한다. 또한, 사용자의 개인적인 스타일을 고려하여 최적의 매칭을 제안하기 때문에 패션 코디 문제를 용이하게 해결할 수 있다.

텍스트 스타일 변환은 입력 스타일(source style)로 쓰여진 텍스트의 내용(content)을 유지하며 목적 스타일(target style)의 텍스트로 변환하는 문제이다. 텍스트 스타일 변환을 시퀀스 간 변환 문제(sequence-to-sequence)로 보고 기존 기계학습 모델을 이용해 해결할 수 있지만, 모델 학습에 필요한 각 스타일에 대응되는 병렬 말뭉치를 구하기 어려운 문제점이 있다. 따라서 최근에는 비병렬 말뭉치를 이용해 텍스트 스타일 변환을 수행하는 방법들이 연구되고 있다. 이 연구들은 주로 인코더-디코더 구조의 생성 모델을 사용하기 때문에 입력 문장이 가지고 있는 내용이 누락되거나 다른 내용의 문장이 생성될 수 있는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 마스크 언어 모델(masked language model)을 이용해 입력 텍스트의 내용을 유지하면서 원하는 스타일로 변경할 수 있는 텍스트 스타일 변환 방법을 제안하고 한국어 긍정-부정, 채팅체-문어체 변환에 적용한다.

Deep-learning based style transfer has recently attracted great attention, because it provides high quality transfer results by appropriately reflecting the high level structural characteristics of images. This paper deals with the problem of providing more stable and more diverse style transfer results of such deep-learning based style transfer method. Based on the investigation of the experimental results from the wide range of hyper-parameter settings, this paper defines the problem of the stability and the diversity of the style transfer, and proposes a partial loss normalization method to solve the problem. The style transfer using the proposed normalization method not only gives the stability on the control of the degree of style reflection, regardless of the input image characteristics, but also presents the diversity of style transfer results, unlike the existing method, at controlling the weight of the partial style loss, and provides the stability on the difference in resolution of the input image.

Multicasting, the transmission of data to a group, can be solved from constructing multicast tree, that is, the whole network is partitioned to some clusters and the clusters are constructed by multicast tree. This paper proposes an algorithm that reduces the multicast routing costs using a clustering method. Multicast tree is constructed by minimum-cost Steiner tree. It is important to solve the mnimum-cost Steiner tree problem in the multicast routing problems. Hence, this paper proposes a genetic algorithm for multicast routing problems using clustering method.

윈도우즈 비스타(Windows Vista)는 용이성, 안전성, 연결성, 엔터테인먼트 기능의 향상을 기반으로 한다. 특히 사용자계정 제어, 악성 프로그램에 대한 보호 기능, 인터넷 익스플로러 7(Internet Explorer 7)의 보호 모드, Windows Defender 등의 제공으로 개선된 보안기능을 제공한다. 기존 응용 프로그램의 대부분은 관리자 권한만을 고려하여 설계 및 작성되었으므로 보안이 강화된 윈도우즈 비스타에서는 호환성에 대한 문제가 제기되었다. 본고에서는 윈도우즈 비스타로 인해 발생한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 새로운 플랫폼이라는 관점에서 대응책을 제안한다.
