챗 GPT 는 음성 혹은 문자로 사람과 대화할 수 있는 컴퓨터 프로그램인 챗봇(ChatBot) 중 하나이다. 최근 챗 GPT 의 사용자가 급격히 증가하면서 다양한 문제점과 한계가 발견되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 챗 GPT 를 활용 시 발생하는 문제와 한계에 대하여 살펴본다. 챗 GPT 의 문제점에는 챗 GPT 로 악성코드를 작성하는 사이버 범죄, 개인정보 침해 문제, 챗 GPT 로 과제 작성, 타인에게 챗 GPT 와 대화한 내용이 보이는 보안의 취약점이 발견되는 등이 있다. 챗 GPT 의 한계로는 실시간 학습 불가, 아는 것과 모르는 것의 구분 불가, 저작권 침해와 편향성과 같은 것이 있다. 본 논문이 챗 GPT 의 해결 가능한 문제를 신속하게 해결하고 남아있는 한계에 대한 잠재적인 해결책을 파악하는 데 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the metacognition of mathematically gifted students in the problem-solving process of the given task in a bid to give some significant suggestions on the improvement of their problem-solving skills. The given task was to count the number of regular squares at the n${\times}$n geoboard. The subjects in this study were three mathematically gifted elementary students who were respectively selected from three leading gifted education institutions in our country: a community gifted class, a gifted education institution attached to the Office of Education and a university-affiliated science gifted education institution. The students who were selected from the first, second and third institutions were hereinafter called student C, student B and student A respectively. While they received three-hour instruction, a participant observation was made by this researcher, and the instruction was videotaped. The participant observation record, videotape and their worksheets were analyzed, and they were interviewed after the instruction to make a qualitative case study. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the students made use of different generalization strategies when they solved the given problem. Second, there were specific metacognitive elements in each stage of their problem-solving process. Third, there was a mutually influential interaction among every area of metacognition in the problem-solving process. Fourth, which metacognitive components impacted on their success or failure of problem solving was ascertained.

최근 수년 동안에 급격히 보급된 것이 휴대전화와 인터넷이라는데 이론을 제기할 사람은 거의 없을 것이다. 둘 다 인프라의 정비와 전후하여 그 편리성과 함께 가볍고 알맞는 가격이 일반시장에 받아들여진 결과이다. 이제 이들 두 가지 기능을 함께 갖춘 ''휴대가능한 인터넷''이 점차 자연스럽게 요구되는 추세이나 한편으로는 단말기의 화면크기와 통신속도, 통신비용 등의 문제 때문에 이들 시장요구에 충분히 응할 수가 없었다. 이번에 개발한 스마트폰 ''MT151''(미쓰비시전기상표)은 이와 같은 시장요구에 응하기 위하여 다음의 과제를 해결할 것을 목표로 개발이 추진되었다.(1)적당한 통신비로 인터넷 서비스를 실현하기 위한 무선 Packet데이터통신 단말기의 개발 (2)기존의 휴대전화가 갖춘 가반성, 편물성을 손상시키지 않는 크기로 인터넷 액세스를 실현 여기서는 상기 과제를 해결하기 위하여 주요 기술로 개발한 CDPD(Cellular Digital Packet Data)기술과 UP.Link기술에 대하여 설명하고 또한 스마트폰으로 실제 이용할 수 있는 서비스에 대해서도 소개하고자 한다.

Information inquiries asked of the 'Librarian's Community' will reveal the real problems and interests of the university libraries. This paper intends to find out in what areas the university libraries have most problems and interests and how serious they are by analyzing the contents of inquires. To identify the issues, the works in the university libraries including acquisition, cataloging, reference services, library automation and Interlibrary loan were analyzed. This research also tries to identify if the issues need to be handled by the legal or solved by individual libraries.

본 연구의 목적은 초등학교 5학년의 도형 영역에서 도형의 모양과 변환을 대상으로 공간 시각화하는 과정에서 나타나는 교구의 역할을 알아보고자 '공간 과제'를 수행하는 과정에서 학습 능력 수준에 따라 나타나는 교구 활용 의존도 및 교구의 역할을 비교 ${\cdot}$ 분석하고자 질적 연구를 수행하였다. 양적 측면에서 아동 C(학습능력 하: 33%), 아동 A(학습능력 상: 18%), 아동 B(학습능력 중: 15%) 순으로 나타났지만, 문제 해결 과정의 단계에서 나타나는 교구의 활용은 서로 간의 다른 특징을 보였다. 친근감을 느낄 수 있는 교구 사용을 통해 아동은 과제 해결을 위한 수학적 사고를 시작하였고, 새로운 방법 모색에 관심을 가졌으며, 유익한 시행착오를 제공하여 아동에게 자신의 사고에 대한 반성과 구체화를 촉진시켰다.

WBES(Web-Based Education System for Programming Language)는 웹을 기반으로 한 프로그래밍 학습 시스템이다. 학습자와 교수자가 시스템적 공간적 제약에 구애 받지 않도록 하여 학습자에게는 자율적이고 효율적인 학습이 가능하도록 하고 교수자에게는 과제제출이나 성적부여에 편의성을 극대화 한다는 장점이 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 WBES의 구현으로 가상학습시스템의 실습교육환경 미 구축 문제를 해결하여 이론교육과 그에 따른 실습이 병행되도록 한다. 또한 교수자 일인당 많은 학습자가 존재하는 현재의 교육환경에서 과제제출과 채점, 성적부여에서 학습자를 개인단위로 관리해야 하는 어려움을 별도의 과정이나 번거로움 없이 해결한다. 향후 본 시스템은 사이버대학, 방송대학, IT교육기관 등의 가상교육 학습시스템의 컨텐츠로 활용 가능할 뿐만 아니라 점차 확대되고 있는 공학인증시스템에 도입되어 발전가능하다.

NTIS(National Science & Technology Information Service) provides the information for domestic research projects. It in particular has several classification schemes to classify research projects and provide better retrieval and analysis services. It however is difficult to understand the characteristic of a research project clearly since only a classification in a classification scheme can be chosen about a research project. Moreover, the classification scheme covers the high-level classification for every research areas so that it cannot cover the area specialized to the oriental medicines. On the other hand, the classification schemes for oriental medicines have recently been studied in oriental medicine field. However, it also covers the high-level classification for oriental medicine so that it may not suit to a classification scheme for research projects. Therefore, in this paper we propose a classification scheme to understand clearly the characteristic of research projects in oriental medicine and use to use them to retrieval and analysis services.

To solve the emerging geospatial problems, more creative and effective spatial information infrastructures are required. To solve the emerging geospatial problems at a national level, this study assumes that the current Korean NSDI considered descriptive needs to be more prescriptive. The future NSDI will require a more useful integration vehicle for matters and places of national importance such as national security and emergency prevention and management. The purpose of this study is to identify "What can be done for the Korean NSDI to be more prescriptive?" This study reviews previous researches and new SDI concepts, analyzes the Korean NSDI in terms of a descriptive NSDI, and proposes a prescriptive NSDI model for Korean geospatial problems. The model includes new aspects of an advanced NSDI and several tasks for the future prescriptive Korean NSDI.

해양오염에 대한 문제가 최근에 많이 거론되고 있다. 해양오염 문제의 해결방안은 첫째 오염원의 차단과 둘째 오염된 물질이 어떻게 퍼져나가는가를 정확히 규명하는 것이다. 본 연구의 대상지역인 울산만은 부산항ㆍ인천항과 더불어 우리나라의 수출입의 관문이 되는 중추적인 역할을 하는 울산항이 있는 지역으로서 특히 울산지역은 임해공업지역으로 해양오염에 대한 관심이 민감하기 때문에 이에 대한 학문적 논리의 바탕을 마련하는 것이 중요한 과제라 할 수 있다. (중략)

10여년전 IMF 이후 성장이 정체된 복사기의 국내시장은 그 동안 디지털화를 기점으로 하여 컬러화, 서비스 비즈니스 솔루션의 개발, 디지털인쇄시장 진입 등 새로운 시장을 개척하며 사업의 다각화를 꾸준하게 노력하고 있으나, 결국 한정된 국내시장에서 업체 상호간에 생존을 위한 치열한 경쟁을 할 수밖에 없는 상황이다. 이러한 여건 속에서 복사기업계에서 안고 있는 고질적인 문제가 전혀 해결되지 않고 있어 이중삼중의 고통을 겪고 있다.
