본고는 ‘정보화 사회’란 용어에 배제된 개념과, 방법론적 오류를 지적하고 우리나라의 경우에 어떻게 정보화사회란 용어가 사용되게 되었으며, 정보와 사회의 관계및 정보화에 대한 사회학적 이해를 바탕으로 정보화 사회의 개념적, 방법론적 문제점 및 부적절성을 분석 제시하고 있다.

본 연구는 우리나라 제주도의 운송수단별 물동량을 중심으로 제주물류 현황을 분석하였으며 이로부터 제주 물류의 문제점을 식별하여 제주물류의 효율성을 개선하기 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다.

In this study, we compared the contents of cloud making experiments in middle school science textbooks of 5th and 6th science curriculum from the viewpoint of methods and apparatus. And we analyzed the problems of the experimental methods and apparatus based on the thermodynamic theories. A new experiment was developed to solve the problems, and the effects of new experiment were compared with those of the experiments in the textbooks.

한국통신에서는 PC로 된 프로토타입 시스템을 이용하여 음성인식 증권정보 서비스를 1995년 11월부터 1998년 초까지 5채널에 대해 시험운용을 해왔으며, 상용서비스를 위해 120명이 동시에 서비스 받을 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. 개발된 시스템의 전반적인 문제점을 파악하기 위하여 개발된 시스템을 사용하여 1998년 3월 16일부터 30 채널규모로 일반인들에게 시험서비스를 제공하고 있다. 음성인식 전화정보 서비스를 현재보다 훨씬 더 활성화시키기 위해서, 서비스의 이용 형태에 대한 분석을 통해, 어느 부분이 어떻게 개선되어야 할지를 연구하여, 초보 사용자라도 이용하기 쉬운 형태로 서비스를 시나리오를 개선해 나가고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자 특히, 처음 사용자의 여러 가지 이용 실태 요인을 분석하였다. 또한, 음성인식 증권 정보 서비스가 정식으로 서비스되기 이전과 그 이후의 일시별 인식률을 통해 조사하고, 이용자가 동일 대상 단어를 연속으로 발음하는 경우, 동일 대상 단어에 대한 인식률을 조사하였다. 조사결과 문제점은 4가지로 분류될 수 있었으며, 드러난 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 노력하고 있다.

이번 유조선 Hebei Spirit호 오염사고의 발생단계에서 해상 및 해안방제활동이 진행되는 동안 여전히 현행 오염방제시스템과 방계능력에 여러 가지 허점과 결함이 있음이 드러났고, 또 선진국의 해양오염사고 사례 및 방계시스템과 비교해 보면 몇 가지 오염사고 방지, 대비 및 대응에 근원적인 문제점이 노출되었다. 이와 관련하여 본 연구에서는 Hebei Spirit호 오염사고를 중심으로 오염방제 전 과정에서 노출 또는 지적된 문제점(단, 본 연구에 피해배상관련 사망은 제외함)을 알아봄과 동시에, 그 문제점에 대한 타당성을 평가하고 그 원인을 분석하였다. 이에 추가하여 선진국과 우리나라의 해양오염방제시스템을 상호 비교하여 방제시스템의 선진화를 위한 개선방안을 마련함으로써, 추후 본 연구 결과가 국가해양오염방제시스템 정비 및 개선작업 시 참고자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

전력계통에서 전류를 측정하는 변류기는 주요 전력 설비와 연계되어 보호 및 감시에 있어 중요한 역할을 수행한다. 그러나 기존방식의 전류 변성기는 자기포화에 의한 파형 왜곡과 써지나 잡음 등의 전기적 장치가 갖는 구조적 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위한 방법으로 전류에 의해 형성된 자계에 의해 광신호의 편광(polarization) 회전을 발생시키는 Faraday 효과를 가지는 광센서를 이용하여 보호계전 분야에 적용 가능한 전류계측기술을 개발하였다. 본 논문에서는 기존 전류변성기의 계통 보호에서 발생하는 문제점을 PSCAD/EMTDC 시스템을 이용하여 시뮬레이션 하였으며, 아울러 동일 조건에서 광 CT의 동작 특성을 산출하여 기존 전류변성기와 비교 분석하였다. 분석 결과들로부터 광 CT는 기존 전류변성기가 자기포화되는 상황에서도 정확한 1차 전류의 측정이 가능함을 보였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the actual condition and the problems of the cave resources, and to suggest the improvements of the cave management. For this purpose, I analyzed the use of cave and the characteristics and the changing factors of the cave resources as well as the types and the formative factors of caves, and then investigated the problems and the improvement of the cave management. in conclusion, it is necessary that the comprehensive polities to prevent caves from staining and contaminating be established such as the environmental assessment and the conservative policies.

Now Vocational High School have many Problems. The Alternative proposal, to easy go on to university of same tract can not a substitute of the basic cause. Vocational High School is needed to the practical curriculum for her place. This article analyzes the problems of the Computer Education Curriculum for Vocational High School by compared with the demanded Curriculum, haying his or her Career when the student complete the Vocational High School course.

AIS(Automatic Identification System) is a radionavigation equipment for exchanging safety related information between ships as well as ship and shore station, introduced by SOLAS convention and widely used especially in vessel traffic service. However, in an area of broad communication coverage of coast station, various problems may appear in receiving AIS data from ships. In this paper, AIS problems that may happen in broad communication coverage of coast station are analyzed using received data.

최근 수많은 국 내외 글로벌 기업들이 클라우드 자원의 제공자 겸 소비자 역할을 하는 프라이빗 IaaS 클라우드 환경을 구축하고 있는 추세이며 이를 위해 오픈소스 클라우드 플랫폼인 오픈스택(OpenStack)이 많이 사용되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 대규모 빅데이터 처리를 위해 오픈스택 클라우드 환경의 가상머신 라이브 마이그레이션 기법을 사용할 경우 발생할 수 있는 문제점을 분석한다. 이러한 문제점에 대하여 가상머신에서 빅데이터 연산 처리 시 스토리지 병목현상을 해결하기 위한 마이그레이션 기법을 제시한다.
