  • 인류의 역사는 앞으로 400여일이 지나면 새로운 천년을 맞이하게 된다 세계는 2000년을 기점으로 도약하기 위하여 VISION 2000을 제시하는 등 세기말을 바쁘게 지내고 있다 그러나 희망으로 다가오는 2000년은 시한폭탄이 되어 다가오고 이다 그것은 산업사회에서 정보화 사회로 이전되면서 우리가 모르는 사이에 디지털 시대에 살게 되었기 때문이다 디지털의 세계에서는 메모린의 절약과 표현의 간소화를 위하여 연도표기를 마지막 2자리 숫자로 사용하여왔다 그로인해 2000년이 되면 컴퓨터에서 처리되는 연도가 '00'으로 되어 1900년과 구별되지 않게 되었다 은행거래 각종공과금 계산의 오류는 물론이고 산업계 전역에 설치되어 있는 자동화기기의 RTC(Real Time Clock)오동작으로 국가 기반시스템까지 마비될 가능성을 파생시켰다 이러한 Y2K 문제(일명: 밀레니엄버그)는 크게 하드웨어 시스템 소프트웨어 애플리케이션 비정보처리계시스템(자동화기기)등 4가지 종류에서 발생하고 있다 본고에서는 이들 4가지 종류에 맞는 해결안을 마련하고 실현하는 구체적인 계획을 제시함을 물론 이어 최정적으로 이를 다시 통합해서 테스트하는 3단계방식으로 Y2K 문제를 해결하도록 제안하고자 한다.

  • 확인 가능한 암호화는 암호문을 풀어보지 못해도 어떤 것이 암호화되어 있는지 확인 할 수 있는 암호화 기법이다. 이 기법은 공정한 교환에서 암호화된 물건을 우선 제시하여 상대방이 물건을 받을 수 있다는 확신을 가지게 하는데 사용된다. 지불의 원자성을 보장하기 위해 공정한 교환을 적용해 볼 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 확인 가능한 암호화 기법을 표현문제를 사용하는 화폐시스템에 적용하여, 지불의 원자성을 제공하는 방법을 제안한다. 확인 가능한 암호화를 사용하면 분쟁이 발생했을 때 신뢰기관이 은행으로부터 상점의 입금여부를 확인할 필요가 없어 분쟁해결이 간단하다. 반면에 지불과정에서 확인 가능한 암호화를 적용하기 위한 증명이 추가로 필요하다.

A Study on Difficulty Equalization Algorithm for Multiple Choice Problem in Programming Language Learning System (프로그래밍 언어 학습 시스템에서 객관식 문제의 난이도 균등화 알고리즘에 대한 연구)

  • In programming language learning system of flip learning methods, the evaluation of cyber lectures generally proceeds from online to multiple choice questions. In this case, the questions are randomly extracted from the question bank and given to individual learners. In order for these evaluation results to be reflected in the grades, the equity of the examination question is more important than anything else. Especially in the programming language subject, the degree of difficulty that learners think can be different depending on the type of problem. In this paper, we classify the types of multiple-choice problems into two categories, and manage the difficulty level by each type. And we propose a question selection algorithm that considers both difficulty level and type of question. Considering the characteristics of the programming language, experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is more efficient and fair than the conventional method.

  • 선로상에 열차의 은행에 지장을 주는 장애물들 검지하였을 때 반대편 열차에 알리거나 열차내의 긴급한 상황이 발생하였을 경우에 대비하여 열차와 지상의 사령과는 항상 열차무선을 통하여 정보를 교환한다. 초창기에 사용하는 열차무선시스템은 열차의 운행빈도나 사용자의 측면에서 아날로그방식의 음성통화로 충분한 서비스를 제공할 수 있었으나, 근래에는 고밀도의 열차운행 및 고속화로 다수의 사용자가 요구하는 서비스를 충족하기에는 많은 개량할 부분을 가지고 있다. 통신기술의 발전과 더불어 한국의 고속철도에서 사용예정인 열차무선시스템은 이러한 사용자들의 요구를 충족하기 위해 통신망의 개념을 도입하고 디지털의 TRS 시스템을 이용하여 많은 사용자의 요구를 충족하려고 노력하고 있다. 또한, 유럽에서 여러 국가를 횡단하는 고속열차의 경우 열차무선시스템에서 횡단하는 국가들간의 호환성을 극복해야하는 문제 등을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 VHF방식의 개량할 점과 TRS시스템의 특징 및 유럽에서 사용중인 열차무선시스템의 운영방법 등을 통하여 열차무선의 발전방향을 제시하고자한다.

  • Recently, though there are many REES(Remote Education Estimation Systems), they have some tied and complete testing method not considering for the student individual specification and characteristic. This paper proposes the education model of the distributed asynchronous communication method which making a test without me and place limits using web estimation system from problem bank database, and attach effective method could improve student achievement, quality of estimation later problem filtering using user profile in order to consider the student individual difference and characteristic that not considered pre-Remote Education Estimation Systems. This is a adaptive DAC method improving the pre-DAC method.

Analysis of Household Overdue Loans by Using a Two-stage Generalized Linear Model (이단계 일반화 선형모형을 이용한 은행 고객의 연체성향 분석)

  • In this paper, we analyze household overdue loans in Korea which has been causing serious social and economical problems. We consider customers of Bank A in Korea and focus on overdue cash services which have been snowballing in the past few years. From analysis of overdue loans, one can predict possible delays for current customers as well as build a credit evaluation and risk management system for future customers. As a statistical analytical tool, we propose a two-stage Generalized Linear regression Model (GLM) which assumes a logistic model for presence/non-presence of overdue and a gamma model for the amount of overdue in the case of overdue. We perform goodness of fit test for the two-stage model and select significant explanatory variables in each stage of the model. It turns out that age, the amount of credit loans from other financial companies, the amount of cash service from other companies, debit balance, the average amount of cash service, and net profit are important explanatory variables relevant to overdue credit card cash service in Korea.

The Effects of Bail-in System on SME's Loans (채권자 손실분담제도(Bail-in 제도)가 중소기업대출에 미치는 영향)

  • After global financial crisis, policy makers in major countries tried to find a new bank recovery and resolution policy. The new policy intends to normalize the market not by bail-out approach in which public funds should be provided bankrupt banks, but by market discipline approach in which unsecured creditors take part in liquidation process. Bail-in system is a new and dominant financial policy after crisis period in resolution regimes led by the government administration. This study tries to analyze the relationship between bail-in system and pro-cyclicality. Empirical analysis has been done by taking the basis of the 8 year data from 2008 to 2015, which is selected from financial statistics information system of Korea Financial Supervisory Service. Accounting and financial data are collected from the dataguide 5.0 between 2008 and 2015. Through the analysis, the effect of bail-out system and bail-in system on pro-cyclicality of total loans did not show the statistically significant relationship. However the effect of bail-out system on pro-cyclicality of SME loans showed the statistically significant relationship, meanwhile the effect of bail-in system on pro-cyclicality of SME loans did not show the statistically significant relationship. In conclusion, bail-in system can be useful policy which improves the support and promotion of SMEs.

  • WBI (Web-Based Instruction), a web-based tool for teaching the students at a long distance, makes possible to Interact between learners and instructors, provides a wide variety of learning materials, has an advantage of overcoming spatial constraints. In this paper, as a model of using the web for education, a web-based education-evaluation system has been designed and implemented. Web-based education-evaluation system has to be equipped with both of the online setting question mode and the upload setting question mode, the former makes questions on web and the latter uploads the setted questions on offline with settling a defeat of the existing systems on setting questions. And the system has to be equipped with the function of analyzing the questions that gives teacher several kinds of analysis information and makes possible to feedback to questions by adjusting the difficulty and revising the questions. In this paper, a system that reflects the above requirements has been designed and implemented with PHP script language and MySQL database system.

  • In general, existed kiosk using touch-screen based kiosk system has been used by only single user, so that multiple users to access this kiosk need to provide a lot of waiting time and maintenance costs. To solve this problem, the framework design based on Bluetooth profile for kiosk servers is presented. The proposed kiosk system can be more efficiently used in theater, train station, bank, government, and public offices by using Bluetooth module and AP in mobile system such as smart phone.

  • In this paper, we design an e-Learning system for the Driver's License Teste studying through the Internet. The proposed system make users to be arrived at the goal for the license in a shorter time by offering learning contents and items according to the item-responses made by the users based on the Item Response Theory. Moreover we design the scheme to give the optimum items and the most necessary content to the user during the learning procedure in the form of concept-based objects. All the items in the problem bank DB maintain their difficulties, discriminations, and guessing parameters as is the case of 3-parameter logistic model. In addition user profile DB stores users' status informations, item responses, and ability parameters. Using these structures and combining agents, we can offer the optimum learning process or dynamic personalized studying structure to the user. We can construct interface agent and content selection and feedback agent with the DB's described above. User can study without any awareness of system operations or personal fitting scheme.
