Current situations, such as IMF crisis, WTO agreement and decrease of construction market, demand changes to construction companies. To meet the situation, they focus on the value of the intangible assets to improve their competitive power. In Korea, Various institutes estimate the construction company in accordance with their Purposes. But their estimating method has limitations to know the potential value of the company because they don't much concentrate on characteristics of construction industry and intangible assets. This study was peformed to introduce the methodology of estimating intangible assets of company and to show the state of intangible asset of major construction companies in Korea. Market Capitalization Method(MCM) was used to calculate intangible assets and all data are based on Annual Business Report.

Previous studies on salesperson's performance have concentrated on increasing job satisfaction through compensations and benefits or effective communication processes and have not sufficiently considered the emotional aspect of salesperson's selling behaviors. The purpose of this study is to investigate informal learning and positive psychological capital on the relationship between job satisfaction and customer orientation of IT salespeople. Data were collected from 159 IT salespeople and analyzed by structural equation modeling (SEM). As a result, it was found that the informal learning of IT salesperson had a significantly positive impact on positive psychological capital. Positive psychological capital was significantly affect on job satisfaction and customer orientation. Positive psychological capital mediated the relationship between informal learning and job satisfaction/customer orientation. The results of this study suggest that there is a need to develop informal learning based on positive psychology and to strengthen the reflected job satisfaction and customer orientation.

Korea's Kimjang and Japan's Washoku were listed in the UNESCO's Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 2013. Kimjang and Washoku not only have the meaning of a long tradition or national representative food. Additionally, UNESCO admitted the value of Kimjang and Washoku that allows members of society to share together and strengthen their solidarity through the use of it. And the identity of each nation is well represented in the Kimjang and Washoku effort. The Kimjang is managed by the Intangible Cultural Properties Department of the Cultural Heritage Administration. Likewise, the Washoku is managed by the Department of Washokusitsu of Japan's Agriculture Ministry. In regards to festivals, they are the most representative of Kimjang's contents in Korea. Kimjang can participate with a consensus of all people and must do it before the coming winter months. In this way, it is very suitable for the presentation of a festival. And there are many festivals related to Washoku in Japan, mainly manifested with local specialties. We have seen that Japan has many kinds of festivals, which encourages it to be called and known as the country of festivals. And Washoku is being fostered as the core content of the 'Cool Japan Strategy' because it has become world-renowned since it was listed as an intangible cultural heritage.

The purpose of this study is to examine the meaning of learning methods for education to transmit the items designated as intangible cultural heritages focusing on Seoul-gut. Recently, as the Act on the Preservation and Promotion of Intangible Cultural Heritages was promulgated, 'the archetype' instead of 'the prototype' has become highlighted as a crucial axis for transmission. Although there are some controversies over the definition of the archetype among scholars, it is now possible for transmitters to make use of transformations rather freely being freed from strict orientation to the prototype to follow some fixed frame. Examining learning methods used in education to transmit mudang-gut, one of the items designated as intangible cultural heritages, however, this author has found that the prototype is still emphasized or in the center of learning instead. Presenting learning methods employed for Hwanghaedopyeongsansonoreum-gut of a national intangible cultural heritage, Namijanggunsadang-gut of Seoul Special City's intangible cultural heritage, and Bonghwasandodang-gut as examples, this researcher intends to reveal the reality. In the recent situation that education centering around academies is being widely spread to transmit mudang-gut, setting forth the designation of some of the items as intangible cultural heritages, they are publishing articles on newspaper as an advertisement to encourage learning about mudang-gut. Responding to the advertisement, there are more and more shamans intending to learn mudang-gut coming to the society for preserving items designated as intangible cultural heritages. They can, of course, perform mudang-gut on their own but come to learn it as there is no fixed or definite system for it. Even though the concept of the archetype was introduced, as now it is possible to learn the fixed frame through learning about the prototype regarding the item of mudang-gut as an intangible cultural heritage, those involved in shamanism are coming to it more and more. As transmitting the prototype rather deteriorated the liveliness of gut, those involved in shamanism are coming to it to learn about gut thinking that it is where they can learn the basic frame and also acquire more detailed knowledge about shamanism. Therefore, it is needed for the item of mudang-gut designated as an intangible cultural heritage to accept the aspects of change and develop new methods of education to transmit intangible cultural heritages.

시대적 변화에 따른 경력성공의 관점이 변화하고 있지만 다수의 연구들은 창업과 취업을 분리하여 연구되어 왔다. 또한 환경의 변화뿐만 아니라 개인 가치관의 변화에 따라 평생 직장의 개념이 사라졌으며 전 생애에 걸친 학습의 필요성이 대두 되고 있다. 학습의 형태는 기존의 지식을 전달하는 형태에서 다양하게 변화해왔다. 교실 수업의 형태는 팀활동과 미디어 활용을 중심으로 변화하고 있으며 교실 밖 수업에서는 자율적인 동아리 활동이나 커뮤니티의 참여 등을 통해 역량을 향상시키는 기회를 제공하고 있다. 개인의 경력은 인생에 걸친 학습과 일에 관련된 경험 및 행동과 연관된 태도로부터 발생한다. 이러한 경력을 이끌어가는 태도는 새로운 환경속에서 즉각적인 요구를 받아들이는 적응학습과 새로운 행동 및 지식을 유발하는 생성학습, 그리고 상호작용 패턴 인식을 통해 새로운 시도를 하는 전환학습을 지속적으로 일으킨다. 또한 이러한 무형식 학습들은 취업과 연계 될 뿐만 아니라 창업의도에도 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있다. 본 연구는 자기주도성과 가치지향성을 척도로 하는 프론티언 경력태도가 창업의도에 영향을 미치지 확인함으로서 기존의 취업역량과 연결시켜왔던 연구에 새로운 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 무형식학습 활동을 매개변인으로 투입하여 학습 과정에서 자연스럽게 발생하는 학습의 효과를 확인하여 변화된 교육형태의 중요성을 확인하는데 의의가 있다. 이에 더해 스마트미디어를 활용하는 능력인 스마트미디어 리터러시와 팀 학습을 지향하는 팀학습 선호도를 조절효과로 보아 분석함으로서 스마트미디어활용 학습과 팀학습의 형태로 변화하고 있는 교육 현장의 특성을 함께 확인하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2019년 3월부터 6월까지 교육과 경력 환경의 변화의 중심에 서있는 대학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 이를 분석하고자 한다.

A four-week-old female Scottish Fold cat weighting 0.6 kg was admitted for vaccination. During the physical examination, the liquid feces were observed from the vulva and the anus was imperforate. The location of a narrow fistula and distended colon were identified on the contrast radiography. Definitive diagnosis was made as type III atresia ani with rectovaginal fistula. Anal reconstruction and ligation of the fistula were successfully undertaken to treat atresia ani. After surgery, the cat was treated with lactulose and a special diet consisting of high fiber was fed to increase digestibility. The cat was able to control defecation after 2 weeks post-operation. There was no complication for 8 months after surgery.

Herlyn-Werner-Wunderlich syndrome(HWWs) is a rare variant of Mullerian ductal anomalies characterized by the presence of a hemivaginal septum, a didelphic uterus, and ipsilateral renal agenesis. It usually presents after menarche with progressive pelvic pain, and palpable mass due to hemihematocolpos. If a cystic mass is detected behind the urinary bladder in children, in association with the absence of a kidney, the diagnosis of uterus didelphys with imperforate vagina and hydrocolpos should be considered. When renal agenesis is found in asymptomatic children, the small size and the tubular shape of the uterus makes it almost impossible to evaluate uterine anomalies, so follow-up should be performed until the end of puberty. Appropriate preoperative diagnosis and treatment will prevent unnecessary procedures and offer relief of symptoms. We report one case of didelphic uterus with blind hemivagina and ipsilateral renal agenesis with biopsy- proven thin glomerular basement membrane disease which is not related to the above syndrome.

This study compared the characteristics of cultural heritage in China and Vietnam, which have developed in the relationship of mutual geopolitical and cultural influence in history, and the following conclusions were made. First, the definition of cultural heritage in China and Vietnam has similar meanings in both countries. In the case of cultural heritage classification, both countries introduced the legal concept of intangible cultural heritage through UNESCO, and have similarities in terms of intangible cultural heritage. Second, while China has separate laws for managing tangible and intangible cultural heritages, Vietnam integrally manages the two types of cultural heritages under a single law. Vietnam has a slower introduction of the concept of cultural heritage than China, but it shows high integration in terms of system. Third, cultural heritages in both China and Vietnam are graded, which is applied differently depending on the type of heritage. The designation method has a similarity in which the two countries have a vertical structure and pass through steps. By restoring the value of heritage and complementing integrity through such a step-by-step review, balanced development across the country is being sought through tourism to enjoy heritage and create economic effects. Fourth, it was confirmed that the cultural heritage management organization has a central government management agency in both countries, but in China, the authority of local governments is higher than that of Vietnam. In addition, unlike Vietnam, where tangible and intangible cultural heritage are managed by an integrated institution, China had a separate institution in charge of intangible cultural heritage. Fifth, China is establishing a conservation management policy focusing on sustainability that harmonizes the protection and utilization of heritage. Vietnam is making efforts to integrate the contents and spirit of the agreement into laws, programs, and projects related to cultural heritage, especially intangible heritage and economic and social as a whole. However, it is still dependent on the influence of international organizations. Sixth, China and Vietnam are now paying attention to intangible heritage recently introduced, breaking away from the cultural heritage protection policy centered on tangible heritage. In addition, they aim to unite the people through cultural heritage and achieve the nation's unified policy goals. The two countries need to use intangible heritage as an efficient means of preserving local communities or regions. A cultural heritage preservation network should be established for each subject that can integrate the components of intangible heritage into one unit to lay the foundation for the enjoyment of the people. This study has limitations as a research stage comparing the cultural heritage system and preservation management status in China and Vietnam, and the characteristic comparison of cultural heritage policies by type remains a future research task.

잘 정의된 소프트웨어 아키텍쳐는 복잡성과 무형성으로 인한 소프트웨어의 개발과 진화의 어려움을 상당히 해소할 수 있다. 소프트웨어 시스템을 아키텍쳐 수준에서 효과적으로 설계, 분석하기 위해서는 아키텍쳐 기술 언어 (ADL)와 이를 지원하는 도구의 사용이 필요하다. 본 논문은 컴포넌트 기반의 도메인 아키덱쳐 모델링 시C2스타일의 아키덱쳐 기술을 지원할 수 있도록 본 연구팀이 정의한ADL로 기술된 아키텍쳐 모델의 편집과 구문 및 의미상의 오류검사를 지원하는 ADL 처리기의 설계와 구현방법을 기술한다.

The study aims to develop and verify evaluation factors and items for assessing the quality when digitizing intangible cultural heritage record information resources. To derive evaluation areas and factors, the study analyzes the digitalization cases of the National Intangible Heritage Center and International Information and Networking Centre for Intangible Cultural Heritage in the Asia-Pacific region (ICHCAP) under the auspices of UNESCO, along with digitalization-related guidelines, National Archives of Korea standards, and previous studies. Afterward, to select the importance of evaluation factors and items developed, the study conducted a survey on working-level officials of intangible cultural heritage-related organizations and those working on digitalization, and established an allocation system based on the selected importance. Furthermore, the study performed a pilot evaluation by applying it to a digitalized intangible cultural heritage record information resources and conducted a focus group interview (FGI) to verify the results of the evaluation. Through the evaluation factors and items developed in this study, the agency can objectify the deficiencies of digitalization at a glance and use them as basic data by practitioners in the future.
