  • 감속기가 사용되어지는 경우 부하의 변동이나 구동부의 상태변화에 따라 모터의 토크, 회전수 등이 변하는데 이러한 값들을 모니터링 하면 부하의 변동이나 구동부를 진단할 수 있다. 본 논문은 유성기어를 이용한 기어드 모터를 제작하고, LCD를 포함하는 간단한 사용자 인터페이스를 통해 전달 Torque, 전달회전수(rpm), 전달동력을 확인할 수 있는 소형의 표시기가 있는 감속기에 관한 것이다. 일반적으로 전달 토크를 측정하는 장비는 크기가 크고 고가이며 계측기를 연결하고 측정하는 과정이 매우 번거로울 뿐만 아니라 지속적인 유지보수가 필요한 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 유성기어를 사용하면 간단히 모터의 토크 및 회전수를 측정할 수 있고 측정값을 표시하는 표시기를 모터에 부착할 수 있다. 측정 및 표시기는 기존 가격에 비해 매우 값싸게 제작할 수 있고 유지보수가 필요 없으며 검출 값을 시스템 제어부에 피드백 시키면 자기진단이 가능해진다. 특히 블루투스를 이용한 무선 통신기능을 부과하면 원격 모니터링이 가능하고 복수 모터유닛의 네트워크 구성이 용이하며 인터넷을 통한 데이터 통신으로의 확장이 가능하다.

  • 본 연구는 국내에서 발생되는 소각재를 재활용하여 벽돌 생산을 하는 공장에서의 이원화된 작업현황을 일원화 할 수 있는 데이터 모니터링 시스템 구축을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 RFID 센싱 기술을 생산 공정에 도입하여 공정관리 시스템을 획기적으로 개선할 수 있도록 하였다. 각종 계측기 및 센서의 신호를 데이터 수집 장치인 IDMC-Net8842를 이용하여 실시간으로 수집하고 유/무선 통신 모듈을 이용한 TCP/IP 연결을 통하여 모니터링 서버에 접속하여 실시간으로 현장의 상황을 확인하여 제어할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하고자 한다.

  • FEU which is a important device in HCTRS of TICN amplifies transmission signals. Tests of intermodulation distortion and harmonic distortion for FEU have been performed manually, and take a lot of time. This paper improves the test methods using program that set up the measurement instruments and read the data automatically. This proposal allows intermodulation distortion and harmonic distortion test simultaneously. And the new test methods show that the measurement time is shorter than before. Also, it is expected that efficient quality assurance is possible because the test time can be independently managed, unlike the previous methods, where the test time was determined according to the skill level of the operator.

  • The development and demand for the system that provides users with traffic information and efficient road use have continued. also, this system provides the basic technology of the Intelligent Transport System (ITS). The most used traffic information collection tools are Vehicle detectors (VDS) and short-range wireless communication (DSRC) on express way. In order to generate reliable traffic information, it is necessary to efficiently manage and utilize the collected data as well as high-quality traffic data collection and processing technology. In this study, traffic information collection·processing·provision systems were investigated, and analyze the current status and problems of traffic information collected through VDS. Based on this, we would like to present an improved collection algorithm that utilizes the Kalman filter for vehicle information measurement of VDS data. By using the algorithm of this study, it is possible to minimize the time delay of the estimated value as well as the noise removal that inevitably occurs during measurement.

소형 낚시선박의 선형변화에 따른 횡요감쇠효과와 복원성 평가

  • 레저선박 중 하나인 8톤급 낚시선박에 대한 설계에 앞서, 우수한 복원성을 가지기 위해서는 실해역에 가장 적합한 선형의 개발이 중요하다. 특히 선행되어야 할 것은 선박의 운동 중 횡요 운동이 선박의 안전성 및 승선감에 미치는 영향에 대한 평가라 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 모형선 시험 중 전통적으로 사용되는 경사시험, 자유 횡요 시험 및 GZ 곡선을 통하여 기존선형과 대상선형에 대한 횡요 감쇠효과 및 복원성 평가를 수행하였다. 그리고 선형개선에 따른 GM계산 및 횡요운동 주기와 복원성 조사를 통해 낚시선박의 안전성과 승객의 승선감에 대한 영향을 조사하였다. 특히 자유횡요시험 시, 비접촉식 6자유도 운동계측기(Rodym DMM)와 무선 경사계를 이용한 계측 두 가지 방법을 함께 수행함으로서 횡요감쇠효과에 대한 신뢰도를 높였고 그 결과 기존 선형보다 대상 선형에 의한 감쇠효과가 더 크게 나타남을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 개선된 대상선형의 GZ곡선을 이용하여 설계시 적합한 복원성을 조사하였으며 자유횡요시험을 통하여 횡요주기가 증가함으로서 대상선형의 승선감이 더욱 향상된 것으로 분석되었다.

  • In the pipeline for supplying purified water to each household, measurements such as flow meters and pressure meters are installed at important points to monitor in real time. The measured data acquired to the central control room through wireless or wired communication, but data may not be acquired due to intermittent communication failures. Since then, even if the communication network is restored, data during the failure period is not stored on the site, or even if it is stored, data cannot be automatically stored in the database. Low cost with universally installed in the field in order to address these data logging by developing a module is compatible with PLC, automatically would like to make sure that we can recover in the database.

The Effect of Rotation of Discharge Hole on the Discharge Coefficient and Pressure Coefficient (송출공의 회전이 송출계수와 압력계수에 미치는 영향)

  • Pressure coefficient in rotating discharge hole was measured to gain insight into the influence of rotation to the discharge characteristics of rotating discharge hole. Pressure measurements were done by the telemetry system that had been developed by the authors. The telemetry system measures static pressure using piezoresistive pressure sensors. Pressure coefficients in rotating discharge hole were measured in longitudinal direction and circumferential direction with various rotating speed and 3 pressure ratios. From the results, the pressure coefficient, and therefore the discharge coefficient, is known to decrease with the increase of Ro number owing to the increase of flow approaching angle to the discharge hole inlet. However, there exists critical Ro number where the decrease rate of discharge coefficient with the increase of Ro number changes abruptly; flow separation occurs from the discharge hole exit at this critical Ro number. Critical Ro number increases with the increase of length-to-diameter ratio, but the increase is small where the length-to-diameter ratio is higher than 3. The decrease rate of discharge coefficient with the increase of Ro number depends on the pressure recovery at the discharge hole, and the rate is different from each length-to-diameter ratio; it has tendency that the short discharge hole shows higher decrease rate of discharge coefficient.

  • This study is about the development of measurement system using ubiquitous wireless communication for river flow monitoring. The system can acquire water depth, quality (temperature, pH, conductivity, turbidity etc.) while a GPS module for getting the location data of measurement points. Also this system is able to acquire the field data via RF connection and can be controlled same time. The acquired data is transmitted to a gateway system from the remote buoy using Zigbee wireless connection. And the gateway system is able to monitor the data through GIS monitoring tool. Finally the data are transmitted to a server computer using CDMA wireless connection by gateway system. The D/B of server computer are constructed automatically and monitored the project web site. The resulting system can be used for scour monitoring, environment monitoring and the other monitoring purposes such as a river flow monitoring system.

  • This study is about implementing wireless transferring system in pre-hospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR). Also, this study includes monitoring based feedback between patient and hospital to increase the survival rate of emergency patient by developing the performance of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in pre-hospital. It minimizes the loss of flow rate or gastric inflation through the space between the airway and the esophagus, which enables the inspiration-expiration rate to be measured more precisely. Due to these reasons this study applied ET insertion based respiratory sensor to measure flow rate. The main indices of artificial ventilation are justified from minute respiration(V), end-tidal $CO_2(E_TCO_2)$, and tracheal pressure($P_{tr}$). The simulation is performed to verify the bandwidth and delay time of transport network for in-hospital monitoring even as transporting images and voice information simultaneously. The total bandwidth is 815 kbps, and WLAN (IEEE 802.11x) is used as communication protocol. The network load is under 1.5% and the transmit delay time is measured under 0.3 seconds.
