  • Seoul Metropolitan Rapid Transit Corporation has 148's stations. Total length is 152km and most of the station is located in the basement and Groundwater occur inflow of 700,000 tons per day. Groundwater is treated as a natural flow way instead of artificial ways. Therefore, most of the collection wells is located in the low place or station for the efficient induction and collecting water. Manhole overtopping is occurring frequently because groundwater is concentrated in the drain pipe near the collecting well and heavy rainfall in summer. As a result, ballast contamination and radon levels are increased in tunnel. This paper introduces a solution is increasing overflow in tunnel, which introduces drainage system of non-motorized that uses differencial head between collecting well and manhole.

  • It considered the population decrease and becoming older in age of the Rural area and operates by unmaned-non power which self-controlled gate developed. The operational principal used a buoyancy and when water level in the canal arrived to the set water level, in order for gate to be opened. It developed 4 as the research project and it established in Ah San city, and it establishes the Self-controlled gate of $B3.2m{\times}H2.4m$ size in Damyang and 100ha it does water supply in the rice field.

  • The Self-Controlled Screen which removed canal underwear garbage in order to prevent the damage of the arable land that increased by a typhoon and a concentration precipitation was developed. A method to remove garbage let communicate the force that a water mill was run by water pressure in the canal, and occurred in a water mill to Rake, and to have walked on a screen was adopted. As a result of was designed by structure calculation, and was made, and having installed in an experimental laboratory, operation was able to know that was become smoothly well. Afterwards, It is going to test for model development of a water mill to be able to more very generate an influence and force to reach to a canal.

  • 흡착식 건조공정에서 가장 중요한 부분은 건조에 활용되는 용해제(Desiccant) 라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 국내에서 흡착식 건조기에 사용되는 대부분의 용해제는 수입에 의존하고 있는 실정이다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 흡착식 제습 설비의 제작 능력을 기초로 하여 용해제의 자체 개발을 통하여 안정적인 기술력의 확보로 국내에서 친 환경적이며 무동력으로 사용할 수 있는 용해성 흡습제에 관한 연구를 진행하고자 한다. 이를 위해 알칼리성 흡수제를 합성하기 위하여 KCl, NaCl 그리고 $CaCl_2$ 등의 물질을 질량비로 일정비율이 되도록 수용액에 용해시켜 교반속도가 유지되는 회분식 반응기에서 일정시간 동안 반응 시킨 후 일정온도 범위에서 일정시간동안 건조시켜 시료를 제조 하여 흡습제의 조습특성을 분석하였다.

  • 선진국의 경우 무동력 수상 레저(Water leisure)분야에서는 카약(Kayak), 카누(Canoe)를 포함한 노 보트 종류가 가장 대중적인 상품으로 인식되고 있다. 특히, 국내의 경우 국민소득증가와 함께 보는 관광에서 체험관광으로 변화됨에 따라 수상레저상품에 대한 관심이 증가되고 있다. 또한, 한국은 2009년 말 해양레저활동이 가능한 마리나 사업을 발표함에 따라 수상레저참여인구의 폭발적 증가를 유도하고 있다. 한편, 국내 수상레저기구제작업체는 FRP 재료를 기반으로 하는 대량 생산 방법을 채택하고 있어 환경과 운영 및 관리에 어려움이 있어 새로운 재료를 이용한 제품에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 수상레저기구중 가장 초보적인 제품인 카누를 친환경 소재를 이용하여 제작하고자 한다.

  • 기존 이동로봇의 활발한 연구와 더불어 다양한 형태의 이동로봇이 등장하였다. 이에 본 논문에서는 8축으로 구성된, 총 16 Degree of Freedom을 가지는 다 관절 뱀 로봇을 제작하였다. 뱀 로봇은 지면과의 진행 마찰력을 고려하여 무동력 바퀴를 사용하였다. 또한 PC Cam과 초음파 센서를 사용하여 각 관절이 움직일 수 있는 Joint Angle을 나타내기 위하여 Target의 색상과 거리를 입력으로 하였다. 뱀 로봇은 머리부분, 몸통 그리고 꼬리부분으로 나뉘어 진행하는 방식을 가지며 PC Cam을 통해 화면에 보여지는 움직이는 특정 목표물에 대하여 진행을 하며, 진행 중 움직이거나 고정되어있는 Obstacle이 포착될 경우 충돌회피를 통하여 Target을 추종하는 방식을 실험적으로 보이고자 한다.

  • As we have advanced in culture, the consumption trend of main industrial energy source, electric energy has been increased in correspond with it. This increment is not only causing depletion of fossil energy since long times ago, but issuing the environmental problem nowadays. So considering a point of this view, it is necessary that we adapt the photovoltaic solar system as a new electric energy source. In this paper, we have to design that no-power Chlorine injector. This system uses photovoltaic power generation system. Therefore, we will obtained low-cost and stability.

  • This study is a structural analysis of the major components of the implements for an agricultural tractor. To develop an unpowered high-speed implement of an agricultural tractor, the modeling and analysis of the benchmarking product was calculated using 3D scanning and reverse design technologies. The tractive load was calculated using the powertrain efficiencies and soil-propelling force, which were estimated by analyzing the main frame, disc, frames, and chisel plow for the axial loading condition. The final goal of this research is to establish the design parameters and assembly technology for securing disc harrow structures and durability of life. This information will be used to analyze the new model design for domestic consumption.

  • The characteristics of bearingless main rotor of helicopter are investigated through non-rotating tests and rotating tests. The stiffness and natural frequencies of rotor blades, flexbeam, and torque tube which are core components of baearingless rotor are measured to obtain input material properties for rotor analysis. The functional test on ground for assembly of one hub with damper, snubber, and no blade is carried out to check interfaces between components, kinematics of components, and pitch motion ranges under applied loads including centrifugal load. The 4-bladed bearingless rotor with 5.82m of rotor radius is tested on the whirl tower with rotation plane of 9.65m height. The thrust and power are measured to obtain hover performance and the frequencies and dampings of the rotor are obtained by excitation of cyclic pitch by hydraulic actuators.
