This study tried to analyzed the relationship outcome and commitment in order to suggest to a outcome for commitment decision-making of e-trade. 6 hypothesis were constructed for analysis based on previous literature review. The subject of this study is to analyse on electronic trade practice outcome on the international trade practice commitment. This paper investigates the outcome determinants of e-trade commitment. There are 250 sended samples and 188 returns, 168 of them are analyzed on commitment for a electronic trade outcome. The first, multiple regression result shows that the international trade practice outcome are positively affected by the "Overseas market research commitment", "e-L/C Practice commitment", "Clearance Practice commitment", "e-B/L or global logistic commitment", "Payment or e-Nego commitment". However, The "Commerce practice commitment" factors does not affect in the electronic trade practice outcome.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the variables affecting the institutional commitment of college students. Based on the relevant literature review, this study subdivided institutional commitment of college students into three; academic integration, social integration and institutional commitment. To achieve the goals, the hierarchical regression analysis was conducted using KELS(Korea Educational Longitudinal Survey) data collected by KEDI in 2018. Major findings are as follows: factors related to college experiences such as learning styles, negligence of learning, college climate, interaction with faculty members or peer group were found to be associated with the institutional commitment of college students. With regard to students' background, male students revealed lower level of academic integration and institutional commitment. The regression model disclosed that students from medicine demonstrated higher social integration compared to other majors. Based on the findings of the study, policy implications were discussed.

Flow is a concept closely related to intrinsic motivation and is considered a positive factor in sports performance in sports psychology. The purpose of this study was to confirm the addictive nature of Flow through previous studies and propose a new hypothesis that Flow may decrease intrinsic motivation in the long term, unlike previous studies. In line with adaptation level theory and the law of diminishing marginal utility, the satisfaction derived from Flow is continuously decreasing. At some point, the individual's progress is limited and they reach a point where they no longer experience FLOW. However, the individual will continue to try because the desire to experience FLOW again exists. However, failure to experience FLOW and repeated failure will lead to sadness, which will decrease intrinsic motivation.

Interactive art is implemented by participants interaction, characterized by the virtuality, immersion, interactivity. Among these features, immersion is important factor to absorb in the interactive art. From now, Interactive art measurement methods are mainly used in interview, questionnaire, and physiological methods. But these methods are difficult to measure the exact immersion, can give interfere with viewer's participation in the interactive art. In this paper, we propose the immersion measurement method which based on participant's moving lines, observation time with mobile devices, camera. This paper can help to analyse degree of immersion on interactive art.

디지털콘텐츠에서 몰입을 유도하려면 무엇보다도 유저들을 이끄는 여러 방식이 필요하다. 인간은 누구나 낯선 것에 몰입할 수 없다. 낯선 것들은 사람을 당황하게 만들거나, 한걸음 물러서게 만들거나 무관심하게 만든다. 이 몰입을 유도하는 과정은 여태까지 많은 문화물에서 무의식, 의식적으로 드러나 있다. 이 과정 자체를 우리는 플롯, 스토리텔링이라고 부르기도 한다. 이 몰입은 인간이 심리적으로 동일시하고 몰입하는 내용적인 측면과 구조적으로 동일시하게 느끼는 과정인 형식적인 측면으로 나눠볼 수 있다. 이번 호에서는 형식적 측면을 살펴볼 수 있는 플롯구조를 몇 가지의 일본만화를 통해서 살펴보겠다.

본 연구는 재학생들에 대한 게임 과몰입 위험요인과 보호요인으로 작용하는 기질 및 성격적 특성을 살펴봄으로써 게임 과몰입으로 인해 학업 및 대학생활 적응에서 어려움을 겪는 학생들을 돕기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 게임 과몰입이 학업적응 및 학업성취와의 관련성과 게임 과몰입 방안을 마련하기 위한 기질 및 성격적 특성에서의 위험요인과 보호요인을 확인할 수 있다.

최근 자연환경과 스포츠를 활용한 스포츠 관광의 활성으로 도심지를 벗어나 그 외의 지역으로 여행을 떠나는 레저스포츠 중심의 관광 형태로 발전하고 있다. 이러한 사회적 흐름에 따라 본 연구는 레저스포츠 중심의 관광활동 참가자들의 참가정도가 몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 규명하고자 한다. 레저스포츠 유형에 따른 몰입의 차이는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 참가정도가 오래될수록 몰입도 또한 높아지고 있었다. 마지막으로 레저스포츠 관광활동의 참여정도는 몰입의 하부요인에 정적인 영향을 미치고 있다.

본 서비스는 코로나 19 로 인한 비대면 수업에 따른 학생들의 학업성취도를 증진시키기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해서 비대면 수업동안의 사용자의 시선을 추적하여 몰입도를 분석한다. 사용 기술로는 사용자의 시선을 추적하는데 Gaze-Tracking 기술과 영상에서 수업에 있어 유의미한 영역을 분석하는 deeplabv3 기술을 사용한다. Gaze-Tracking 기술은 웹캠 등을 통하여 사용자가 화면의 어느 부분을 쳐다보고 있는지를 고개, 눈, 눈동자의 각도를 통하여 알아낸다. 해당 기술들을 활용하여 실시간 몰입도를 분석하여 알림을 제공한다. 수업이 종료되고 나서는 마지막에 몰입도 통계를 제공한다. 추가적으로 몰입도 향상을 도와주는 미니게임도 제공한다.

In relation to the creation of an avatar that will become the main character in the metaverse environment, we design a system that automatically determines the shape of the avatar according to the situation and location by adjusting the details between immersion and privacy. In this study, as a way to control immersion in various virtual environments of the metaverse environment, we derive the hypothesis that immersion is determined by how detailed the original object is expressed. We conduct research that can adaptively control the expression information of avatars.

This study is conducted in the form of purposive sampling among 215 social workers working in social welfare and living facilities located in the metropolitan area. The purpose of this study is to understand how organizational commitment and psychological empowerment affects job satisfaction and investigate the mediating effect of psychological empowerment when it comes to the relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction. In this study, it is observed that there is a significant impact of psychological empowerment on job satisfaction. The higher the level of psychological empowerment is, social workers tend to have a higher level of organizational commitment and job satisfaction. The result of investigation on mediating effect supports a mediating effect of psychological empowerment on the relationship between emotional/continuance/normative commitment and job satisfaction. In addition, the self-authority appears to have a mediating effect on the relationship between emotional/continuance/normative commitment and job satisfaction. Finally, competence also has a mediating effect on the relationship. The result supports the significant effect of the four hypotheses presented in this study. The result of this study implies that social workers' psychological empowerment has a positive effect on their organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Therefore, it can be used by an organization as an effective management technique.
