In the process of warm forging, billet is heated up to $800^{\circ}C$ and located in the upper part of die block impression. The scattered oxidized scale may cause workers burn and shortening of die life sticking to the die block impression. The separating materials sprayed in die block cause harmful dust, harmful mist, fume, and bad odor which contaminate workshop environment. The process is classified as one of the avoided jobs and make the planned output achievement difficult. Development of an elimination device to clear out the contaminating materials in the workshop and improvement of the unsatisfactory maintenance method to fix the abrasion of die block impression which delays the dead line, cost increases needs to be developed. In this research, I tried to solve the problems caused in warm forging of bronze pipe joint such as the billet heating process, die maintenance, and manufacturing cost through improvement of warming forging manufacturing method and die maintenance method and eliminating harmful gas which will make the workshop more environment friendly.

Six sigma methodology is the management tools not only can cause productivity enhancement through the quality control and cost reduction of products and services but also can be applied to various activities of corporates such as research and development. Development of high-density information storage media and devices is indispensible to accomplish the information convergence era. In this paper, we report the case of applying six sigma methodology and tools to the development project of high-density information storage media. The standard DMAIC process was applied to the project and pursuing goals and tools and results in each stage were explained in detail. By adopting the methodology, we could establish fabrication methods of information storage media of recording density higher than $250Gb/in^2$ with high uniformity and reproducibility. The magnetic property and performance of fabricated media were confirmed through measurement of the magnetic hysteresis curve.

KICS is intended to facilitate the computerization of the criminal justice process and realize a quick and transparent criminal justice process. Thus, it has been operating in the field of criminal justice by establishing criminal justice portal for the empowerment of the people. While in 2008 the opposition by the Court concerns the independent function of the judiciary and privacy violations presented in conjunction with its own operating system between the judiciary and other institutions. KICS improve office productivity by creating documents in a single criminal justice agencies to reduce costs, and costs of document exchange between criminal justice agencies. Secondly, the decision-making process is simplified by using the electronic documentation system and speed up, bind and document handling procedures ranging from preserving documents received are reduced dramatically contribute to the competitiveness of the organization through business improvement. Third, The use of an electronic document stored in the information is easy, and it is possible to easily access a variety of information can facilitate the realization of an open state by smoothly to provide information about the people. Finally, KICS building a network of criminal legal systems to maximize the benefits and the electronic integration effect it is being evaluated to improve the overall efficiency of the criminal legal system.

The purpose of research is to complement the circulating pump of gas boiler for the domestic and to develop a pump housing with internal three way valve: Housing and three way valve have been apart in the existing pump system. Based on the experimental result on can-typed circulating pump with existing housing, a new housing with internal three way valve was designed and manufactured. The performance of can-typed circulating pump with the new housing, and the performance of circulating pump of boiler system were tested. As a result ot the test, the new housing with internal three way valve has been excellent in respect of pump performance, weight and manufacturing cost. So It is expected to have an effect of import substitution.

This study is the context about an introduction of a bookkeeping by double entry & accrual base accounting which is the turning point of National Accounting and defense integrated financial management which is delivered following system Digital Budget Accounting system, in other words about something to do with the improvement of efficiency of financial information data. National defense Integration Financial Information system (NDIFIS) facilitates Project program management and makes the whole process of Defense financial Business manageable in one system. Also, there is a purpose to increase the credibility and transparency of National defense finances by providing internal and external information users with credible financial statements and cost materials. By using data envelopment analysis (DEA) which is a useful method to measuring the efficiency of organization, this study aims to improve the financial information data efficiency by comparing the efficiency of the same type troops and when it comes to the inefficient troops, by offering the certain objective of efficiency.

This study aims to explore life experience of divorced mothers' self-independence and to search for ways of helping their self-independence in social welfare practices. Researcher conducted in-depth interviews with 10 divorced mothers about life experience of psycho-social and economic spheres, child care, job experience, etc. The results of this study showed that the single mothers had experienced psychological distress of depression, feeling of reject and betrayal, difficulties in child care, and so on. They had experienced of various jobs to cope with economic difficulties. After divorce, they had explored informations and support resources to receive help for their children, and they endeavored to acquire a certificate of qualifications. They accepted their divorces in themselves and they rebuilt relationships with ex-husband, excised perceptions of self-control in finances and child discipline spheres. And they established of mid-to long-term life goals, and did not abandon their dreams and visions in despite of their poor qualities. Based on these results of this study, the ways of social welfare practices to help and support single mothers' self-independence were suggested in the conclusion part of this study.

In this study, as a method to increase the recycling of circulating fluidized bed combustion ash(CFBCA), CFBCA was utilized to produce autoclave aerated concrete product since CFBCA contains quicklime and calcium sulfate components that are required for the manufacture of autoclave aerated concrete. Successful achievement of such objective will bring cost reduction with high value addition, saving of natural resources, and the reduction of environmental load. Various mixing designs were designed to evaluate the properties of autoclave aerated concrete made of CFBCA. Based on series of experimental program, prototypes mix design for factory manufacturing was obtained. According to the experimental results, it was confirmed that gypsum can be replaced with CFBCA through the method of pre-treating the CFBCA as a slurry. It was possible to produce competitive autoclave aerated concrete products using CFBCA.

The resource-based relative value scale (RBRVS) compares the value of a medical practice to the consumption of resources, which consist of the work of the physician, practice expenses, and professional liability insurance. At the time of the 2nd revision of RBRVS, the fee for radiological examinations had been reduced due to the high preservation rate. In RBRVS, practice expenses account for most of the compensation of radiological examinations, and physicians' work is relatively undervalued. A new healthcare policy (Moon Jae-In care) consists of the expansion of the National Health Insurance (NHI) coverage, reduction of patient charges for the vulnerable class, and support for catastrophic medical expenses. However, Moon Jae-In care is expected to negatively affect the NHI in Korea financially. The expansion of the insurance coverage for ultrasonography and MRI examinations is a significant part of the Moon Jae-In care, and radiological societies should establish fair compensations for physicians' work within the field of radiology while implementing the Moon Jae-In care.
