Mokpo is a port city in the southwest of the Korean Peninsula. The popular song "Tears of Mokpo" is a song planted in the hearts of the entire nation. In this content, there are Yudalsan Mountain and Samhakdo Island in Mokpo, and people vaguely know this area, but it is a familiar place. In particular, Samhakdo Island is a representative brand that symbolizes Mokpo and is a place with regional identity. Mokpo City is creating many facilities infrastructure to develop Samhakdo Island. It is a stepping stone for converting the local economy into a tourism industry. However, the development of performance contents for the soft power of local culture is weak. In this respect, this study presented performance contents for Samhakdo Island, Mokpo's representative brand, for local tourism attractiveness. The research progress is a study on planning and researching performance contents using the location of Samhakdo Island in Mokpo. First, the background of the theory of performance content planning based on local placeability was examined. Next, Samhakdo Island in Mokpo proposed planning for performance contents.

목포-중국 간 카페리 취항에 따른 지역경제 기여도를 분석하였다. 목포-중국 간 카페리 컨화물처리 수입, 여객수입, 여객 관광수입, 카페리 화물수송 및 여객 관광 부가가치, 고용 및 임금효과 등으로 구분하여 살펴보았다.

This is an exploratory study that has formulated the formulation and development processes of private social service organizations in the Mokpo region and has drawn the social background in their hidden side and social service-oriented implications. To this end, this study examined the formation and development processes of private social service organizations from 1897 when Mokpo opened its port to the late 1960s when private social services were actively carried out in order to examine the formation and practice processes of social service organizations in Mokpo. The analysis results were as follows. First, the response of private social service organizations to the social desires of Mokpo residents played a major role. Second, even if private organizations played a large role in the formation and development processes of social service, the government's support and Social support was confirmed to be essential for consistent development.

목포는 지형 특성상 도시기반이 낮게 조성되어 있어 폭풍해일에 의한 영향이 그리 크지 않더라도 조위가 크게 상승하는 대조기에 해안 저지대에서는 침수범람이 빈번하게 발생하는 지역이다. 특히 1997년 8월 태풍 WINNIE(9713)와 2004년 7월 태풍 MINDULLE(0407)의 간접영향시기가 대조기 고조와 중첩됨에 따라 목포 내항 및 북항 일대에 해수범람 피해가 발생한 바 있으며, 이러한 피해에 대응하여 목포 해안시설물 표고는 1997년 이전의 D.L.(+)480~500cm(목포지방해양수산청, 1998)를 D.L.(+)550cm로 증고한 상태이다. 태풍이 발생하여 내습하는 시기에 해당하는 2010년 7월~9월까지 목포지역 조석예보표(www.khoa.go.kr)에 따르면 거의 매달 500cm 이상의 조위가 예측(최고 511cm, 2010년 8월 11일)되었고, 2004년 범람이 발생한 7월과 8월에는 5.2m 이상의 조위가 3회 이상 예측된 바 있다. 또한 2000년 이후 목포지역의 태풍에 의한 해일고가 매년 50cm 내외로 기록(최고 59 cm, 태풍 RUSA(0215)됨을 고려할 때 D.L.(+)550cm의 목포 해안시설물 표고는 범람피해로부터 안전을 확보하기에는 어려움이 있을 것으로 우려된다. 특히, 최근 2년 동안은 우리나라에 직접 영향을 미친 태풍이 없었으나, 올해 8월 중순에는 대조기에 태풍 DIANMU(1004)가 내습하여 남해안 일대에 피해가 발생하였고, 올해 9월 초에 서해안으로 상륙한 태풍 KOMPASU(1007)는 강한 세력을 유지하면서 북상하여 서해안 일대 및 수도권에 큰 피해가 발생하였다. 만약 태풍 KOMPASU(1007)가 태풍 DIANMU(1004)가 내습했던 대조기 또는 9월 중순의 대조기에 내습했다고 가정한다면, 목포와 같은 서남해안의 저지대는 물론 많은 해안지역에 엄청난 피해가 발생했을 것으로 사료된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 관련연구와 자료분석을 통해 목포해역의 침수범람 위험성을 파악하고, 올해 발생한 태풍의 수치모의 적용을 통해 위험성을 검토하고자 한다.

Macrobenthos composes the dominant biomass at the mudflat and play an important role in the maintenance of the benthic environments. Organic matter in sedimentary environment affects habitat, feeding behaviors, and survival of benthos. In this study, the relationship between organic matter content in sediment and the distribution of macrobenthos was discussed at two margins (Mokpo and Aphae area) in the mouth of Muan bay. Sediment TOC was higher at Mokpo than at Aphae through the four seasons, and the pollution indicator organism Musculista senhousia was dominant in this area. The macrobenthos distribution was clearly divided into two areas correlated with sediment organic matter content in the mouth of Muan bay.

목포대학교 교내 장학금 제도인 MNU핵심역량포인트의 문제점을 설문을 통하여 확인한 결과, 취득조건, 공지 가시성 부족, 20대의 행사참여율 저조, 실용성의 부족과 같은 총 4가지 문제점을 분석하였다. 이러한 문제점은 사용자 친화적인 UI 제공 및 무결성과 보안성 제공을 통하여 해결할 수 있으며, 본 논문에서는 무결성과 보안성을 제공하기 위하여 블록체인을 사용하였다. 대학생들의 지역방문을 활성화하기 위하여, 지역의 특정한 장소를 대상으로 미션을 수행하는 기능을 제안하였으며, React-Native와 연동하여 객체 인식하기 위하여, YOLO와 OpenCV를 활용함으로써 미션 수행 결과를 확인한다. 제안하는 방안 및 미션 기능을 통하여, 대학생들의 지역행사 및 교내 행사 참여율이 높아질 것으로 기대되며, 전국 대학교의 장학금제도가 발전할 것으로 사료된다.

페리는 도서지역과 도시를 연결하는 중요한 교통수단이다. 최근에는 섬 관광, 낚시객 등이 늘어나면서 페리터미널을 이용하는 이용객이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 차량과 여객을 함께 탑승하는 페리(차도선)가 접안하는 페리터미널이 이용객 관점에서 이용에 편리한지에 대한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 많은 섬을 연결하는 도서항로가 위치하고 있는 목포지역을 대상으로 심층 설문조사(Audit survey)를 실시하여 페리터미널 이용객의 보행 편리성에 대하여 연구하였다.

Drought is a very difficult natural disaster to overcome because its beginning and end are not clear to define, and it is widely distributed in space and has long term persistence. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the drought at Mokpo using drought frequency formula suggested by Sharma(1997). The precipitation records for the period 1906-1999 at Mokpo meteorological station are used for drought analysis. The most severe drought year is found to be that of 1995, which is of the 30-year frequency, and 18 drought years are selected based on the 5-year drought frequency.
