A Study on Properties of Early Strength Development of the Concrete (콘크리트의 조기강도 발현특성에 관한 연구)

  • Recently, due to the increase of high-rise buildings construction, many researches for making harden of concrete earlier and remove of forms faster are being performed to reduce construction period. The purpose of this study is to analysis which mixing condition and curing temperature of early strength concrete. Porperties of concrete by the different factors, such as the type of active admixtures, mineral admixtures, curing temperature, the amount of binder, etc. Through the test of concrete using the different type of admixture, PC type was more excellent than PNS type admixture. The concrete Strength remarkably will be able to confirm that decreases from temperature below 12$^{\circ}C$.

Study on Stress Waves for Development of Glulam from Domestic Small Diameter Log(I) - Effect of MC on Stress Wave in Glulam Member - (국산 소경재를 이용한 집성재 개발을 위한 응력파 연구(I) - Glulam 부재의 응력파에 대한 함수율 영향 -)

  • 두께가 20mm 와 30mm 이고, 폭이 40mm 와 60mm인 600mm 길이의 낙엽송 제재목에 응력파 시험을 실시하였다. 모든 시험편은 생재 상태로 구입 후 함수율 27%, 22%, 17%과 12%조건으로 조습 처리하였다. 함수율 변화에 따른 응력파 속도와 영계수를 구하기 위한 응력파 시험을 4종류의 함수율 조건에서 실시하였다. 응력파 속도와 응력파 시험으로부터 구한 영계수는 시편의 함수율, 치수, 그리고 시험편의 옹이와 옹이 주변 목리의 상호작용에 의해 영향을 받았다. 모든 함수율 및 각 함수율 조건에서 응력파 속도는 응력파에 의해 구한 영계수와 양호한 상관관계를 나타냈다. 응력파 속도와 응력파 시험으로 구한 영계수는 함수율이 증가할 때 비선형적으로 감소하였으나, 함수율 25% 이상에서는 응력파에 의해 구한 영계수의 변화가 거의 없었다.

Fire Resistance Performance of High Strength Concrete with Fiber Types (섬유 종류에 따른 고강도 콘크리트의 내화성능에 관한 실험적 연구)

  • In this study, the fire resistance of high strength concrete with organic fibers and polymer powder (PW) was investigated. Two types of the specimens of ${\phi}100{\times}200mm$ and $300{\times}300{\times}600mm$ sizes were prepared. As a result of the test, it was found that the fiber-to-PW mixing ratio of 1:1 achieved the highest fluidity. Further, it was found that the mixing ratios of PP 0.05% + PW 0.05%, PNY 0.05% + PW 0.05% was sufficient to protect the high strength concrete from spalling. For the mock-up specimens of $300{\times}300{\times}600mm$ size, if the required amounts of fibers were added in the concrete. the concrete spalling was resisted. Likewise, in the case of the polymix (PM) together with PW, all the tested specimens were satisfactory for fire resistance performance.

Reliability Evaluation of Compressive Strength of Reinforced Concrete Members (철근 콘크리트 구조 부재의 압축강도 추정 신뢰도 평가)

  • In this study, a specimen composed of columns, walls, beams, and slabs was fabricated to investigate the estimated reliability using nondestructive test method for the location of structural members of reinforced concrete single layer structures. And for accurate analysis in the comparison process with the existing estimation formula, we try to analyze the reliability through statistical approach by using error rate comparison and Confidence interval estimation. As a result, The average error rate of the core test was 18.8% compared with the result of estimating the compressive strength using the ultrasonic pulse velocity method. The average error rate of the core test results compared with the result of estimating the compressive strength using the rebound hardness method was 20.1%, confirming the field applicability. it is judged that the reliability of the compressive strength estimation can be derived from the wall member to make a quick and efficient structure safety diagnosis using the ultrasonic pulse velocity method. In addition, it is judged that the reliability of the compressive strength estimation can be derived from the beam member to make a quick and efficient structure safety diagnosis using the rebound hardness method.

Evaluation of Shrinkage Properties Based on Mock-Up Testin High Performance Concrete (Mock-Up 시험에 의한 고성능 콘크리트의 수축특성 분석)

  • This paper investigates the fundamental properties and shrinkage characteristics of low shrinkage high performance concrete(LSHPC), using mock-up specimens. According to the test results, the most suitable mix proportions of LSHPC need a higher dosage of SP agent and AE agent, in order to obtain the target of slump flow and air content. This is due to reduce fluidity and air content respectively. It also presented earlier setting time than control concrete by 6 hours and exhibited compressive strength of 60MPa at age 28 days. Autogenous shrinkage of LSHPC was the half of the value of control concrete. Drying shrinkage of center section of LSHPC showed similar tendency with autogenous shrinkage, because of no internal moisture movement, while surface section had larger drying shrinkage. The specimen with embedded reinforcing bar had smaller deformation owing to confinement of reinforcing bar.

  • Recently, the recycling and reusing of construction and demolition waste concrete is urgently required because generation quantity of construction and demolition waste concrete is greatly increased according to the rapid increasing of urban redevelopment project. On the other hand, the problem solution for demand and supply unbalance of fine aggregate is urgently required because of the restriction of collecting sea fine aggregate by intensification of environment influence evaluation and the shortage of river fine aggregate. but a quality of aggregate as building structure is not demonstrated. Therefore it is the objective of this study to estimate plastic and early dry shrink crack of fiber reinforced concrete using a recycled aggregate by plat-ring test and mock-up test of exposure to the air. as a result, in case of plat- ring test, developing crack is wider using recycled aggregate concrete than natural aggregate concrete, is wider using fiber reinforced concrete than non fiber. in case of mock-up test of exposure to the air, it is similar to plat-ring test.

  • 새로 개발한 철재 교량용 방호울타리는 기존 시설에 비해 충격흡수기능과 조망권 확보, 융설작업, 유지보수가 용이하도록 설계되었다. 본 연구는 새로 개발한 철재 교량용 방호울타리를 건설교통부의 $\ulcorner$도로안전시설 설치 및 관리지침 - 교량용 방호울타리 편. 1999$\lrcorner$ 의 설계기준에 따라 기존 고속도로에 사용하고 있는 F형 콘크리트 교량용 방호울타리와 성능비교를 통해 평가하고자 하였다. 비교평가는 S2급 교량용 방호울타리의 시험기준으로 실시하였으며 결과는 다음과 같이 나타났다. 첫째, 소형승용차를 대상으로 한 운전자의 안전도 평가에서는 두가지 시설 모두 강도성능, 충돌 후 차량 안전성능 구성 부재 비산 억제 성능 등 세 가지 기준을 만족하였으나, 가속도 기준에 있어서는 철재 교량용 방호울타리는 기준인 20g 이하인 18.2605g로 나타나 안전기준을 만족하였고, F형 콘크리트 교량용 방호울타리는 20.1791g로 나타나 기준을 약간 상회하는 것으로 나타났으나 안전기준의 범위에 있는 것으로 평가하였다. 둘째. 대형차량을 대상으로 한 방호울타리의 구조적 안정성 평가에 있어서는 F형과 철재 교량용 방호울타리 모두 평가기준에 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 새로 개발한 철재 교량용 방호울타리는 국내 최초로 모의충돌시험과 실물차량 충돌시험을 통해 개발하였다는 의의를 가지고 있으며 성능측면에서도 기존의 시설에 비해 충분히 안전하다는 것을 증명하였다. 그러나 측정시설의 미비로 충돌후의 차량의 이탈속도나 이탈각도에 대하여 만족할 만한 수준의 결과를 제시하지는 못하였다.

  • 두께가 20mm와 30mm이고 폭이 40mm와 60mm 인 길이 600mm의 낙엽송 제재목에 응력파 시험과 휨강도 시험을 실시하였다. 모든 시험편은 생재 상태로 구입 후 함수율 약 13%로 조습 처리하여 응력파 시험과 휨강도 시험을 시행하였다. 휨 영계수와 휨강도는 두께가 큰 것이 작게 나타났다. 최상의 상관관계는 휨 영계수와 양 표면에서 구한 값의 평균값을 사용한 응력파 속도 및 영계수 사이에 나타났다. 휨 영계수와 관계에서 응력파 영계수는 응역파 속도 보다 더 확연한 옹이의 영향을 보였다.

  • In this study, conducted a Mock-up test on the use of TBC and CGS fine aggregates for the purpose of reducing the upper and lower hydration heat according to the horizontal division and punching of mass concrete. As a result of the experiment, it is judged that it will be effective in preventing temperature cracking of mass concrete when mixing the upper and lower parts and replacing CGS.
